The biggest thing is democracy (limited democracy)

HYDRA COMMAND has two leaders. The Director and the Deputy Director. The Director is a permanent position, the person filling it stays in power as long as they exist,

Type 49 TARDIS HYDRA holding the position of Director. The Deputy Director position on the other hand is elected with a two month term. Every two months the members of the high command elect a new

deputy director from within their own ranks to take the spot, Tom Vasentius HYDRA is the current elected Deputy Director and his term lasts until May 1st 2016. The remaining high command members make

up the council. The council, deputy director and director basically make up the steering committee for HYDRA COMMAND.

The region was dead in the water. The leaders were either MIA in the case of feuer (two months ongoing), had moved on in the case of Cora or stated that they had left the game

in the case of Wraith. The founder had CTE'd. The region had been tagged by a self professed "merc" group who expressed that they worked for both defender and raider interests.

DEN made it clear they had no intentions for the region and gave us their approval to move forward. So we moved on the region to ensure it did not become a victim of vandalism.

Our intent for now is to simply lock the region down so no more harm can be done to it.

We had to put something,

the WFE the defenders had put in place was an eye sore.
And it seemed fair to give credit to the soldiers who aided in saving BR. Better it be in the hands
of raiders who respect the legacy of TBR. And I say that as a member of TBR before its untimely demise (and as part of the stealth OP that took TBR back from the native/defender coalition that
had attempted to colonize it). We have a right to mark our operations, even if it's to protect a dead former raiding region from becoming a defender puppet.

What comes to BR, I've had no access to it's founder when I left last time trying cause suicide-by-mods by myself. I prefer Christmas -styled WZ/perpetual tag approach for it (as I did with TBR proper). Generally, don't bother too much. TBR spirit is more important!

Raiders' weakest point organisationally is founders, having raider regions... uh.. but now I go off-topic...
