Capilean Embassy Program

The Duchy has decided to open the door for all countries, not just its close allies, to have embassies in their country. After a few months of preparation, the Duke has released forms for nations to apply for an embassy, either in the newly prepared row of townhouses in Saxtonberg, or a special building for close allies or important nations. All ambassadors will bring their own staff and security, or hire some locally. We hope that many nations will apply, so as to strengthen relations with all of the nations of the world.
We have provided a table regarding diplomatic immunity for nations to reference:

Embassy Regulations and Banned Objects/Practices
-All nations represented by embassies must submit to Capilean laws and regulations
-Embassies are under the protection of Stoßschutz Military Police, but they will not enter the embassy grounds unless given express permission by the leader of the mission or the second in command
-The embassy is considered sovereign territory of the represented nation
-We limit security staff to fifteen; also, we will not allow more than two attack or guard dogs
-We limit service and diplomatic staff to twelve
-There is a ban on rocket launchers, grenades, shotguns, chemical weapons, tasers, explosives, fireworks, incendiary, acidic and energy-based weaponry
-We will pay for the construction of the embassy, but not for special requests
-There are no military vehicles allowed, and vehicles should not have weapons of any type. Air vehicles are limited to small helicopters(helipads are provided IF you have a special request embassy; otherwise all air vehicles are banned); the only exception is SMALL private air vehicles which must seat fifteen or less; you will also have to pay for the airstrip
-We limit the amount of automatic and semiautomatic weaponry to six weapons
-Riot gear and similar body armor is limited to four full suits
-We discourage more than six vehicles
-Freedom of religion is allowed but ONLY on embassy grounds(we will not prohibit you building your own place of worship on the embassy grounds)
-You may practice national or religious holidays on embassy grounds
-Foreign flags are allowed on embassy grounds but they must not fly higher than eighteen meters off the ground
-You may NOT harbor an individual(s) wanted by the government
-Non-medicinal drugs are prohibited
