Which democratic leader is a dictator?

There were tons of dictators throughout history until today. However, even there are real dictators like Kim Jong-un and Robert Mugabe, there are some leaders of democratic countries that are considered to be dictators, according to some people. Which leader of a democratic country do you think is a dictator? Choose one or many leaders.

This is my list of democratic leaders who I think are dictators.

Dictators according to me
1. Vladimir Putin (President/Prime Minister of Russia) - He is a fascist son of a bitch who took Crimea, began a genocide against the LGBT community, showed aggression towards the West and even supported modern-day dictatorships like Iran, Syria and North Korea, as well as China and Saddam Hussein's Iraq.
2. Recep Tayyip Erdogan (President/Prime Minister of Turkey) - This man is a sick Islamist who still abuses Kurds, denies the existence of the Armenian Genocide, destroying enviroment (like building a new market in the Gezi Park and polluting everywhere) and being very, very threatening towards the EU. This man should be killed by his own people.
3. Nicolás Maduro (President of Venezuela) - This leader of a former Spanish colony began cracking down on people's free will and still supports FARC. What a Venezuelan Joseph Stalin.
4. Narendra Modi (Prime Minister of India) - This friendly-looking man is a dictator, because he still commits religious discrimination against non-Hindus, couldn't end the caste system, doesn't care about abuses against women and even doesn't care about the ethnic minorities' worries. What an Indian d-bag!

...ignoring your opinion on the fate of Erdo, I have to disagree. I don't believe any of these men, regardless of the horrors they have sanctioned or otherwise done little to prevent, possess absolute authority in their countries.

Adolf Hitler was actually a dictator. Once he was elected, he gradually worked to concentrate state power in his person. By the time of his suicide, Germany (in practice at least) functioned as a dictatorship, all under the leadership of a man who was, at least initially, supported by a majority of Germans.
Do you have any other democratically elected persons who hold absolute authority?

Well, I'm going with these:

  1. Angela Merkel, "chancellor" of Germany. But really, she pushes trough everything nobody likes, not even the others in her party (not Seehofer)
  2. Erdogan, Turkish President that's pretty obvious. No democratic leader would build him self a palace.
  3. That guy from Iran. They are all dictators there.

If I would know more about stuff that isn't in Europe or affecting Israel, I could list more.

But besides, OP needs to review definitions. A bigot is not necessarily a dictator, and it can surely be argued that democratic leaders do not appear bigoted for the sole purpose that they can appeal to a greater number of votes wider audience

Putin shouldn't be on the list, he may have done bad things but he prevented a third world war and many others, now he is helping syria and Iraq to destroy the isis scum.

That guy from the Maldives, he's way corrupt and there's zero religious tolerance.
Dilma Rousseff, she's more corrupt than actually a dictator, but she still spent billions on the Olympics, but they still have crushing poverty.
The new Polish government, they've only been in power for what, two months, and they're already going after state media.
Anybody who gets 100% of the vote in their country, that's not a vote. (Ethiopia, Mugabe, Putin, Kim Jong-Un)
