It's been decided that the Atlantic War RP and the events that took place in this RP have been declared null and void, retconned out of history. This is due to the unrealisticness of this RP as opposed to more serious ones that were held in the future.

The year is 2016. The Nationalist and Socialist Gold Unions plunge ever deeper into a conflict that seems as if it has no end.
Innocent corpses flood the streets of cities. Weapons of mass destruction destroy anything in their paths. Governments fund armies and throw them each other, for no reason that is apparent. International help has flooded in to help both sides. Corruption is everywhere. Uncertainty plagues the region. The future looks bleak. The Atlantic War has begun.
After army officials of the Socialist Gold Union kidnapped multiple key scientists from the Nationalist Gold Union, war was declared. The Socialists had broken their side of the Independence Pact of the Gold Union. The Nationalists decided that the Socialists had once again gone too far. Multiple repeated airstrikes followed, destroying key Socialist facilities. Both sides bombed each other relentlessly. Both sides called in for support from the international community. The first to respond to the call was Worris, joining with their old friends, the Nationalists. In response to Worris forming up with the Nationalists, the clan of barbarians known as the Terals (who were banished from Worris many years ago) joined with the Socialists to get revenge.
The first full battle was the siege of Toronto, led by the Socialists and backed up by the Teralian barbarians. They forcefully took the city and slaughtered hundreds of innocent citizens. In retaliation, the Nationalist Gold Union used a secret high-tech weapon to annihilate the capital city of Terals. The war has been at a stalemate since.

Both sides have given themselves new titles. The two sides are the Atlantica Nationals and the Fourth Front. The Atlantica Nationals aim to restore unity and wealth to the lands of APSIA. However, the Fourth Front calls for a mass revolution and destruction of the rich, greedy nations that reside within the land. Additionally, a third side has been created, the Democratic Imperial League. The Democratic Imperial League stands as a middle man in the conflict. They want to gain glory for themselves and are out for their own defense. And they aren't afraid to fight anybody who opposes them in their endeavors for regional glory.

Herald Von Miller at this evenings speech

In a press conference held today in Munich, President Dexrel Kallig and his Defense Minister, Herald Von Miller gave his first speech after the 'Great Deception' incident. He gave a rousing speech where he discussed the alliance with Rutthenia, a long time ally of Noxtrem, and the upcoming war effort. He believes that since no war had officially been declared between Noxtrem and Nationalist Gold Union that they should proceed first with diplomatic solutions, in the form of Sanctions and Embargoes. This way the government can let the Noxtremian military grow before the fighting. These sanctions are being enacted immediately.

He said, "Let us see how the isolated economy of the NGU will fare after a sucker punch full of sanctions from us!". He also discussed an increased budget for the Luftwaffe. A rather unpopular idea among the Nationalist Party. Yet the proposal is expected to pass in the National Senate.

The proposed budget would allow for a more extensive program for producing EuroFighter M.IV fighter jets. These are highly adaptable jets, and one that the Noxtremian Luftwaffe desperately needs more of.

CASPIA, KEYSTONE. NGU. A full-scale anti-government riot has occurred in Caspia today outside the First Governmental Outpost. Thousands of armed and angry rioters gathered and protested the NGU's war efforts and supposedly "corrupt" government.

At around 3:23 PM today, a large mob of Socialist and Imperial sympathizers gathered and rallied around the First Governmental Outpost in Caspia and caused havoc around the building. Shortly after, at 3:37 PM, the NGUCTF Riot Control was called in and started holding off the mob.

Head of the Nationalist Gold Union Civil Task Force, Rhett Aqua, told the Blue-Gold News, "I don't know how or why this whole riot happened. All I can do is blame the commies. They have to be responsible. Have to. Our Nation is simply the greatest, there is no reason for these people to assault my men."

After raucous and violent protests in the NGU eyes immediately turned to Noxtrem. In a statement from the spokesman of Imperial Intelligence it was hinted that Noxtrem is edging on the conflict. The Spokesman, who won't be named said,
"My office has taken a peculiar interest in the internal conflict of the NGU. If we can exploit the situation for the benefit of our nation, and the peaceful protesters who were ferociously slaughtered today. We will."

CASPIA, KEYSTONE. NGU. Protests and riots continued ever more tonight. A group of violent protesters who go by the title of the People's Revolution organized outside of the Caspia Stock Exchange and set fires and bombs in the roads and building.

The riots restarted today at about 6:05 PM. A group of rioters gathered and threw bombs, molotovs, and set fires around the CSE area. The People's Revolution rioters were repeatedly chanting "Omnibus aeque" during their riot.

It was announced today by Defense Minister Herald Von Miller that Imperial Intelligence would be supplying the revolutionaries in the NGU with weapons and money. On the term that when they take over the government, they ally themselves with the Democratic Imperial League. It is reported that the Luftwaffe will also perform airstrikes against government officials and military targets.

[The Republic Of The Irish Polands]

The People of Irish Ploands today stood outside the Capital Building, protesting against the war, with the sudden increase in the weapons industry. Most happened to be of the Polands, traveling hundreds of miles from home to Asura City, just to protest against the war. When rooms ran out at hotels, people were filling the streets, sleeping in the middle of an ally, where ever they could go. On Friday, they stood at the Capital Building, protesting to not join the war. The government officials, including Christy Lee and Ian Wichum, stood in front of the protesters, promising them that the government had no intintions of going to war yet. As the day grew on, the Asura citizens, mostly Irish, rioted against the protesters, taking whatever was around and flinging it at them, yelling for them to get off the streets. Police came in and stopped the outcome, arresting the riot leaders as well as the protest leaders, sending everyone else home. But with the country on the verge of war, is another civil war coming between the Irish natives and the Polish?

Recently, Worrisian engineers have built power long-ranged missiles to aid in their conflict on the Terals.

The artillery targets a selected area and fires missiles all across the radius from a long distance. They have used this method in the most recent attack on Terals's most attracted monument, the statue of Tarren Teral, the man who started the rebellion of the Terak.
We all know the history books, of how some Worrisians disbanded from Worris and created Terals. Well, the Worrisian army has left a huge mark on the Terals. They destroyed their most protected and precious monument from over 30 miles away.

It was certainly a sight, and this'll leave a huge impact on the Terals.

Today Noxtrem has completed a tedious and highly effective series of bombings on NGU targets. Today the Luftwaffe launched a series of 10 attacks on government targets, one of which being a rocket. Rumored to be destined for the NGU's secret Sentinel weapons project. The rocket along with several large military bases were destroyed.

Thanks too the latest and greatest SmartBomb technology, there were no civilian casualties! The priorities of the strikes, according to ace pilot Hans Konnisbar were to "Leave the bases themselves ruined, but leave the weapons intact for our Revolutionary friends". The strikes will be a major setback for the NGU. Which still hasn't performed any large military action yet. leaving us with the question, Why haven't they...?

MONTREAL, NIAGARA. NGU. The Nationalist Gold Union has recently received numerous airstrikes from Noxtremian forces on key military bases.

Montréal Air Base, an NGUND Airforce base, was recently destroyed in a long series of bombings. At roughly 3:53 PM today, Noxtremian bombers entered the vicinity and dropped a payload of smart bombs on the base and reduced it to ashes. The Noxtremian People Would Like To Dedicate This Article To All The Innocent Lives Lost This Day

Today in a hellish and gruesome battle in Halifax, thousands of lives were taken by the military of the NGU. They murdered thousands of innocent protesters, the bulk of which were unarmed. President Dexrel has expressed his extreme disgust towars the actions of the NGU.

I vow to see the People's Revolution win their battle against the totalitarian regime of Overseer Godfrey." 3 hours after the event, Defense Minister Herald Von Miller launched a vicious and all out aerial assault of the NGU. Noxtrem has bombed one of the biggest Airfields in all of the NGU. Depleting their Airforces, and giving the Luftwaffe, and the Revolutionaries air superiority.

HASEMARZ, COUNTY SUFFOLK, 22:37 RST Following the various attacks committed by Belhalla on the nation of Noxtrem, the government of Rutthenia has decided to fully enter the war. General Amelia Bedford of the Royal Armed Forces has been quoted saying that "this is not only a violation of Noxtrem's territorial integrity, but also a full-scale attack on the Democratic Imperial League itself."

Sources have reported that planes and drones of the Royal Air Force have already started attacking Belhalla, and that about 50,000 Rutthenian soldiers of the Royal Irish and Bedfordshire Regiments, the most since World War II, are currently being deployed to the escalating conflicts in APSIA.
