The year is 117 A.D. The Roman Empire is at her height. The Germanic tribes have united under the banner of the Germanic Empire. In Africa, empires rise and fall like the tide. In Asia, the great Maurya Empire of India and the Han Empire of China are entering a period of high prosperity.
The rules are simple:
Be realistic; nothing that would be impossible during this time period. No guns, no gun powder, nothing of that nature. Naval combat is of strictly limited utility so large navies would be impractical. I'm not saying you can't have a big navy but it wouldn't be practical.
No godmodding, metagaming, flaming, trolling, etc.
Actions take time. Quite a bit of time.
Include any military or political updates/reforms here, first, before posting them to the IC. That will allow myself and any Co-OPs I may appoint in the future to determine whether or not the update/reform is OK. This is here mainly to ensure a smooth IC RP.
