The year is 2063, or so you think it is. You can't remember, but for some reason that number sticks out to you. You're on a train, heading back to the compound. Or heading away from the compound. Transferring compounds? Were there more than one? It was so hard to remember sometimes. Your friends were all around you. No. This train was filled with strangers you never have seen before. They all had confused expressions on their face. How stupid they looked. There was an intense ringing in your head all of a sudden. You tried to look around to see if anyone else reacted in pain to it. No. It was gone. It was never there. You looked down at your pristine white shoes. They were all dirty with mud. Weird, it wasn't raining outside nor was it raining when you left. The train approached a grinding stop. Finally, it had felt like years since you left. Water droplets softly hit your head as you exited the train. A guard approaches you, "What year is it?" He asked. What an idiot. "2063."

So you're totally enticed by that paragraph you just read right? I know totally cool, so what's going on? Well I'll clue you in. Something BIG has just happened. Like world changing big, and your character was definitely involved somehow. Unfortunately, he (or she) can't seem to recall what it was. But that doesn't mean they should worry. They're on a train with a bunch of other people they don't seem to remember, but they'll definitely be able to clue your character in on what's happening. And if not, there's always the good people at the compound to remind them. One more thing, your character has an unnatural skill or ability. And they're going to need it because if this RP actually happens then they'll all be in for the adventure of their lives. Assuming they haven't already lived it.

This RP has a storyline, but it's definitely going to be influenced greatly by your original characters. Your character has no memories of what's happened outside of vague recollections. However they will remember things. Which I will TG to you and you alone, when the time is right. Unfortunately, this means you don't control your character's backstory, but I'll still try to make your character's backstory fit with how you portray your character. As for your character's ability or skill, it can be almost anything except mind reading. I don't want y'all to try and pickpocket each other's memories. That's my job.

Alright, I didn't expect this to get so many people so quickly, but I'm very happy it did. I'll be starting the IC tomorrow, mostly to give myself tonight to write down all your characters backstories. If you want to suggest a specific event or a general theme to the past of your character TG me, and I'll consider it.

Furthermore, everyone who has already been accepted will be on Train A. If more people sign-up and are accepted after the IC is posted they will be on Train B.

Number is an alternative to name. Your character should have both a number and a name, but some others might prefer to reference your character as their name or number.

Personality: He are often rather isolated and often don't talk, and at times he is selectively mute and won't use his voice at all, but that doesn't mean he won't actually talk. He is actually very skilled at using sign langauge, and uses this as a type of second language when he doesn't feel like talking. Most of the time, he uses his voice only to correct people about his gender. He is seen as socially awkward as well and doesn't quite understand what is socially acceptable and what isn't, and this can lead to some...interesting situations.

I have no problem with the idea of him killing before, but make sure he only has a vague recollection of it. I.e. He'd say or think "I'd kill someone for aggrevating me" rather than "I killed a man because his voice was annoying." If that distinction makes sense.

Tests with diseases and poisons show similar results, where he will not die, but suffer all other symptoms as normal. It is unknown how ageing will effect him as he is only seventeen and thus, still growing.

Personality:
Callum hides his inner feelings beneath a charismatic persona. Constantly cracking jokes and making quips, he tends to get along well with most people. He is usually happy to follow orders and for somebody else to lead- but if the person taking charge isn't pulling their weight or acting like a good leader, he won't hesitate to speak out against him. This tendency to speak his mind has gotten him in trouble in the past - at least he thinks so - and, to be honest, probably will in the future. Although he tries to stay calm, Callum can on occasion become angry, but when he does it is short lived and usually just hot air.

I have the general concept of being able to throw small balls of light that can be different harshness, color, and even vacillate darker to brighter, but I'm not sure what they would actually do other than that. I'd be fine with just the balls of light, but looking at the other powers, they seem to have some rather powerful offensive capabilities.

Personality: Optimistic. Stubborn. Sociable, and can't stand to be in a quiet room. If the room goes silent, he'll begin to talk to the nearest person. Humorous and light-hearted, as well as charming. He's a laid back guy, and doesn't see a lot of point to being serious, formal, or fancy. He's creative and a great public speaker. Terrible liar. He loves to be leading the charge. Not very emotionally involved and can be insensitive in his jokes.

Mikhail is somewhat of a cynic, though he prefers to call himself a "realist". Though it puts him at odds with the more energetic, optimistic sort, it doesn't drive away other humans entirely, as he prefers to keep his thoughts to himself.

"Most people around the world don't like winter because it gets dark quickly and makes it depressing. I, on the other hand, enjoy winter thoroughly. When it's dark earlier, I go drinking earlier."
