We are the Aces of Strangereal, an Ace Combat based RP group for people interested in joining and starting roleplays based off of the setting of the popular Ace Combat videogames. This is a place for discussion of Ace Combat, fighter aircraft and related topics as well as a place to plan future roleplay ideas set in the Ace Combat universe.

Op has weird bracket in front of HoH... is that supposed to be there? Also, if the whole Tank RP went through, then they wouldn't be flyers...

So why are all these RPs about mercenaries, anyways? :p

You only play as a Mercenary in just a few of the games, and the various air forces usually don't care about their pilots using whatever plane anyways.

Hmm, have we already discussed alternating the timeline of the actual SR universe to suit more RP ideas? Perhaps like an AC0 situation given that, places like the Round Table, were said to be home to dozens of different nations and mercenary companies trying to make their due?

We'd still be aces though, since successful tank commanders are referred to as aces.

Precisely why I bring it up. Tank Commanders don't fly, unless they're in a Russian Plane, then it's questionable.
