Well, that's up to your opinion basically. As for the situation in the region, there are some good things, but a lot of bad things sadly (as of recent). Sure there maybe some good things in the past, but it's bad right now for it's future.Threlizdun wrote:Does it have to be either great or terrible? An opposition politician was murdered during a rally. All this just days ahead from oncoming elections there.

My Own Opinion
What I think about this? Unbelievable and redicilous. Honestly, it's looking like Venezuela is a failed state. As of a result, there's just so many innocent people suffering because of this, and it's unfair. It looked like the country would have been so much under Hugo Chavez.

Damn right. He's been doing a pretty shitty job. Now look where Venezuela's at. A complete laughing stock that has been condemned worldwide by Maduro's actions, and abuses basic human rights (like that article on what the new Aregentinian president is doing).Liberty and Linguistics wrote:Maduro is pond scum.

Ugh, I prefer there to be socialists than ultra-liberal US puppets.

Liberal in economic sense. So that's the same as ultra-conservative governments. These ultra-conservative governments have destroyed a lot of countries in South America and I am glad they don't have any power anymore. Fortunately, tenacious actions in pursuit of remembrance, truth and justice have been taken by the population of these countries.

That's because Chavez knows about the people of Venezulea well. That's why so many Venezuelans liked him.Calimera II wrote:The Republic of American Freedom wrote:Fascism is a lot better indeed. *sarcasm*
