The SPian Expedition into India [TMF ONLY!]

Ever since the colonization of New Zealand, The SPian Kingdom has secretly adopted an semi-imperialistic stance. To show this, Her Majesty Queen Mackenzie chose to wear the SPian Imperial Crown, a crown preserved from the 14th century, when King Jacob IV decided to conquer the Gauls of Southern France and form the United Kingdom.

The Queen, her royal council, and representatives from Parliament, including the SPian PM, have been meeting at the operations room at the SPian Ministry of Defence ever since, planning their next big operation. The meeting's goals were to bring more land for the Kingdom, increase it's population, and it's international exports, also with goods for it's own domestic use.

After a lot of consideration, it was decided that the Indian sub-continent, including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh (Bengal) was a land that met all all expectations, and also the fact that the SPian people love tea and spices, but must import them from India, so having some land should facilitate domestic production and exportation to mainland Europe. SP also notes the fact that with no superpower nations, SP could use the people's poverty to it's advantage.

After careful consideration, the SPMC has authorized the colonization of India, forming SPian India. To keep anyone from questioning this, however, the SPians would only colonize the blank lands, the lands that have not been occupied by the NPC nations, and will keep them for later.

The plan for SPian India is to circle the middle NPC nation, working it's way east towards Bengal, circling from the north the southern NPC nation, and creating an exclave south covering the land separating the southern nation all the way to the NPC nation to the extreme-south.

The SPMC has reinstated the SPian Colonial Force, mobilizing the 14th, 18th, and elite 1st forces, however detaching them from their current hierarchy and grouping them together to form the SPian East India Company.

1900 Hours

Men from the East India Company arrive and board onto transports. For Her Majesty's Logistics, it was a normal trip. General Hurresbury, being thrust into power of the East India Company brigades, oversees the plan. The forces were split into the Northern and Southern forces. Half of the southern forces were to land Mangalore, and the other half to land at Chennai, to establish and secure the exclave. Half of the northern forces were to land at Mumbai, with the other half at Puri on the North-Eastern coast. Forces on the west were to colonize all Indian land eastwards, and forces on the east to the west, until they meet in the middle and have taken all land, weary not to violate the borders of the NPC's for now.

At 18:00, the transports set out eastwards.

Troops from the East India Company arrive to the Indian coast, and Mangalore is in sight. The transports pull up as close as possible to the coast. Colonel Peterson checks his portable GPS to make sure the landing point is not infringing apon any NPC land claims. He mutters to himself, "Thank god for us that no major nation has decided to settle here. We should be able to propagate the people of the smaller nations to incorporate themselves into the empire."

The go-ahead is given, and troops rush ashore, greeted by the populace living in the small coastal town. The first order of business was to plant the new flag of SPian India in the small city square. The populace was unsure about what was happening, and a few started to panic. A meeting for all townspeople was announced in the square, aided by Indian interpreters. They reassured the populace that the SPians would take care of them, provide farmers incredible amounts of money for their crops, and most of all popular, reunite the Indian sub-continent. Most of the population of the small town appear to be happy with the promises, and the East India Company prepares to move out westwards to secure the exclave of Carnatica.

The East India Company also proceeds to begin work on a port in the city, and has set up operations in the city square offering local farmers extremely high prices for their spices and tea, leading to a long line-up of local farmers waiting to cash in their crops.

The NKVD Union Supreme Council has voiced concerns over the imperialistic stance that Spian Rebellion has taken on the colonization of India. It is here that the NKVD Union disagrees with the colonization of India as it could potentially serve as a military base and a field of military operation against us.

"This is a greedy attempt for a land grab as space for other nations growth is restricted by this greed. This isn't the first time they colonized another plot of land and if they continue doing so, the whole TMF will be spaceless" said Commissar Fomin, Commissar for External events. The NKVD Union will resist such colonization and will have joint meeting with other Asian neighbours on this issue. An agreement would mean that colonizing India will be met with stiff resistance.

The SPian Ministry of Foreign Affairs responds to the allegations.

"We would like to assure the NKVD Union that, as per released plans, we intend to stay within the borders of India, and the SPian Prime Minister has formally promised, sworn to it by the SPian Constitution, to not infringe on land owned by any other nation in Asia. The Constituency of SPian India will not have SPian military bases on it, but Indian Defence Forces bases, only there to react in the event of security threats. We reassure that as per The Constituencies Act, A Constituency's respective defence forces CANNOT be called apon for offensive maneuvers, and again only exist to defend their homelands. We would also like to warn that any outside resistance to the colonization of blank land, allowed as per the TMF's constitution, will be treated as hostile. The Indian sub-continent is our ONLY venture in Asia, and will forever remain our only, as the people of SP have no interest in establishing land in the rest of Asia. Finally, we would also like to make it clear to the NKVD Union that we have NO intentions on breaking the treaty in place, as we agree it would not very be wise from our standpoint."

The NKVD Union refuses to give recognition on the blank lands of India should it be colonized. Instead, the blank lands should be reserved for Asian nations who already are facing the threat of being landlocked and that pre-developed nations like the Socialist Sectors Of Shihai would be left with little land. This is not to mention that the Spian Rebellion has colonized many times, other nations such as the Falklands and Madagascar. This is not acceptable as India Is one of the pathways that the NKVD Union hopes to develop its borders to and that to colonize the whole of India would mean that a key maritime route to south east Asia is impossible.

Regardless of constitution, the defensive forces still have the potential to disrupt, disarm and even stop NKVD Union from access to the south east Asia should the communist rebellion take over Theoniatium and request our help. Spian Rebellion also have the potential to deploy home land troops into India and onto Indian airfields to attack the NKVD Union should we find ourselves at war. Therefore Spain Rebellion will no doubt be able to unleash its military might without touching their Indian defence forces.

As the colonization has yet to gain recognition, the NKVD Union will exercise its freedom of navigation through air around and in India as we intend to safeguard our southern skies with the NKVD Air Force. We do not intend to break a treaty, but should the Spian Rebellion colonize India even on the beaches, war would be inevitable.

"All of the NKVD claims are untrue. The NKVD does not seem to understand that we are not going to war with anyone over this. The SPian colonial program, proposed and set up by the Queen, has a certain amount of permanent goals for the empire. After India, all these goals would be met, and there would be no further need to expand, and the Prime Minister will amend the SPian constitution to prevent further expansion. You are obviously not familiar with SPian Constituency Law, as even if we are to go to war with you, the Indian Defence Forces cannot intervene. They may only intervene if a foreign power threatens their homelands, aka The Indian sub-continent.

You may not recognize the colonies, we frankly do not care. The colonization process has already started and will not be aborted. However, note that if you attempt to disrupt the colonization by military force, you shall break the peace treaty we have in place, and nothing will prevent us or our allies NIB to enforce the MOJ's rightful sentence apon you. Early this morning, forces packed up their things and split off to secure their assigned areas. Troops march through the Western Ghats, and end their day by securing Hassan.

The rest of the company has landed in their designated spots, with the Northern Regiment landing in Delhi and Puri, as planned. The Southern Regiment Eastern Division has also secured a landing at Chennai.

"The Spian Rebellion ought to understand that when a colonized blank land receives no recognition, it will be treated as any other blank land in TMF. The freedom to navigate through neutral skies will still be maintained and that as long as they don't have their mark on the map, the claims for colonizing would still be pending." States Commissar Fomin.

The NKVD Union will not cease its navigation of flight for security in India and will continue doing so as long as it is capable. We do not intend to destabilize the pacific, but if the Spian Rebellion restricts us the right to move in pending territorial lands than we will reply forcefully, that is if they provoke us. The Spian Rebellion would have nothing to sentence us from the fact that we exercise international laws and that resisting us from doing so, would be their fault.

The Spian Rebellion will try to use the MoJ to bend the NKVD Union to its will to not interfere with its imperialistic approach but it all will end in failure just like how the NKVD Union conviction failed to reach its objective. Therefore, they should stop this imperialism feature that they display before it gets them into another war which would put them into debt.

Turkmenistan Socialist Republics, NKVD Union

As the sunsets, the NKVD Union Especas Commandos were deployed into the barracks. They were all clothed in Hunterian military uniforms and had the same weapons, all of which were made and reversed engineered back in the NKVD Union. They were to be transported to Afghanistan before beginning their operations from the Himalayan mountains. Their location is undefined even to Soviet Army Command and should they fail to reach the point of extraction at the end of the operation they will be abandon.

We at the Foreign Ministry understand your frustrations and arguments, and would therefore like to negotiate a deal with the NKVD Union to permit us to set up one colony and not the entire sub-continent, to ease your frustrations and let other nations expand apon India. Colonial Progress, 24th November, 2015

Southern Brigade Western Division

Troops continue their long colonial campaign and capture Tumakuru, 70km west of Bengaluru, their prize and goal for Carnatica. Troops are weary of potential NKVD interference, but trust the Foreign Ministry to sort everything out.

Southern Brigade Eastern Division

Troops head westwards towards the Western Division to secure the exclave, capturing Chittoor. The SPian Home Office has also decreed that Chennai will be declared regional capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Northern Brigade Western Division

Troops have been instructed by the East India Company high command that as per the first draft of a proposed plan to the NKVD, they are to move south-east, to colonize down the shore towards the exclave, to permit Delhi to be hooked up with the exclave. Troops finished the day by capturing Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Northern Brigade Eastern Division

As per executive orders, forces are told to wait in their current locations and not to move outwards, as the first draft of SP's offers to the NKVD would prohibit them.

"We are not talking about the recognition the colonizing country is ginving but the recognition of the international community. Spian India is still prematurely developed and has not yet gain any recognition even from its allies. Therefore we have every right to patrol Indian soil through air and land that international law allows and that is the freedom of navigation." States Commissar Fomin in the Supreme Council. "A few days ago I sent a telegram to nation of Shihai and they too, have expressed support in resisting this imperialistic stance that the Spian Rebellion displays" he continued as the crowd of ministries and officials clapped in approval.

The NKVD Union has sent a strong message that the eastern powers have no sense of tolerance towards imperialism and that such efforts will result a war on another front. We do not wish to see even a part of India be colonized by any nation as the Asian neighboring nations have yet to develop sufficiently and that this colonization is an attempt to create a military gateway to the east.

"As the international community can see, the NKVD Union is being stubborn once again. No matter what we say, no matter how hard we attempt to make a peaceful agreement for the mutual benefit of both sides and most importantly, the Indian people, they make up propaganda about how we are going to use India for military operations. I am not going to say this again, SPian India is legally prohibited from entering a conflict other then on the Indian sub-continent. Say we declare war on, for the sake of an example, Shihai. The SPian mainland would provide all units for the mission, however if Shihai goes ballistic and tries to invade SPian India, SPian India will fight a defensive war to save their homelands, and none more. This is signed into the SPian constitution. Finally, you seem to be taking SPian India as an autonomous, say puppet nation of SP. But in reality, it will be legally established as an SPian Crown Constituency, meaning the land is SPian land, with SPian India electing a governor-general. This is the equivalent of the Premier of a province, or Governor of a state, except with autonomy to run its governance how it pleases, for the most part. However, The SPian Parliament can override ANY decisions made by the governance, and we have promised on several occasions to make sure to never let SPian India go ballistic in any of its military or civil decisions, and that is a promise made by the SPian PM has been signed and amended into Constituency law. Therefore, under the fact of SPian India being SPian land, you do not have to recognize it. If you do however, wish to find a loophole to not recognize it, you must withdraw recognition of the mainlands, which would not make any sense to the international community on your part.

We are however ready to pass on to you one offer, and we hope you see sense in not starting the fourth world war over this. And even though without the full India we will not meet our full goals, we shall amend it into the SPian constitution to prevent further colonization of ANY territory on earth.

Under this proposal, SP would hold the provinces of Carnatica, Andhra Pradesh and Mumbai, signing the treaty of Mumbai, preventing any expansion of SPian India.

However, to appease you and your ally Shihai, we are willing not to colonize Mumbai if you agree. This should also appease any doubt in your government, as we shall have an NPC nation to the north separating us from any other nation, be it Shihai or a newcomer wishing to settle in India."

The SPMC has authorized several shipments of AA Guns to SPian India. SP's finest model has been chosen, the FD541, produced by contractor Flug-Drehun under a $1.5 Billion NSD contract last year. If access is denied, the aircraft must stay out of SPian airspace. If SPian airspace is entered without authorization, it will be subject to the two-warning system. Firstly, a warning shall be issued over the radio frequency the aircraft is on, ordering a course diversion. SPian AA guns will arm aswell. If the warning is denied/unheard, a second and final will first be issued over the aircraft's frequency, followed by the Unicom channel. If the aircraft still fails to show it is atleast trying to obey commands, all reachable AA guns in the area will shoot down the aircraft, and fighters will head up to intercept.

SPian and CFN pilots are required to tune Kamatagi Entry Center on 103.410 when they are ten nautical miles from SP's borders, and state their final destination, registration, and preliminary customs report.

Other foreign pilots must tune SPian Home Office India Entry Control on 113.980, and receive authorization from Madawaska City to enter.

Both divisions have been told to hold at their current locations, pending the offer put through to the NKVD.

Troops march up towards Kumbalgodu, only 15 kilometers east of their target Bengaluru and the prize of Carnatica for SPian India. The plan was to carry on and take Bengaluru, but the forces were drowned out by the night and decided to take up shelter. The forces generals plan an extravagant parade march into Bengaluru set for tomorrow afternoon.

Southern Brigade, Eastern Division

Troops make amazing progress through Andhra Pradesh, securing the last city on the planned province split for Andhra Pradesh, Venkatagirikota, at about noon. They continue marching and have reached Koralur, on the outskirts of Bengaluru, but have decided to hold aswell as their western counterparts.

East India Company Southern Brigade, Western & Eastern Divisions

Most SPian troops got up early in the morning, before the sun had risen. Troops polish their boots, and prepare their ceremonial uniforms for the parade that lies ahead. As the sun goes up, the SPians observe the sunrise over the beautiful Carnatica, and are sure why the SPMC decided to colonize here.

At 9 AM precise, troops fall in to their orders, and their commanders order the march. The citizens of Bengaluru have been well informed about the SPian arrival, with citizens becoming extremely happy that the sub-continent would finally reach western standards under guidance of the SPians. The citizens plan an extravagant festival to show the SPians their culture, cooking homemade food for the troops and setting up a make-shift stage in the city square for some entertainment.

At 11 AM, troops march across the city limits from both sides, and are greeted by a massive crowd on the streets welcoming their arrival. At 12 PM, the first troops arrive into the city square. Colonel McDonald was given the ceremonial task of raising the flag. The Colonel plants the flags of SPian India and SP, to a massive wave of cheering from the crowd. Troops are dismissed, and head down the small roads enjoying Indian hospitality and culture.

East India Company Northern Brigade, Western & Eastern Division

The western division fall back and march all the way back into Mumbai, informed that their unit might be disbanded apon the acceptance of the latter offer. However, the Eastern Division has been disbanded, and most troops pack up and head towards Bengaluru to join the Southern Brigade.

International Media cameras close in as SPian Prime Minister Steven Williams and Her Majesty Queen Mackenzie I sit down on different sides of the desk, and as SP's WA Ambassador writes up the document. After looking over the proclamation, the PM signs one part, and hands it over to the Queen, who signs on the different part. SPian India has officially been declared, with it's regional capital Bengaluru, and Provincial Capitals of Chennai for Andhra Pradesh, Bengaluru for Carnatica and Mumbai for the district of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, although it only being interim as Mumbai might be abandoned.

The SPian PM walks onto the stage set outside of the Parliamentary Buildings, greeted by a non-stop wave of cheering. It takes five minutes for the cheering to die down enough for the PM to talk.

"People of SP. It is a glorious day for the SPian Empire, the SPian Commonwealth, and the SPian East India Company. We have finally secured Bengaluru, our new regional capital for the land, and have proclaimed SPian India. We are extremely happy to see the wave of positive energy we are getting from the Indian people, and we now promise to hold up our end of the bargain. We shall start with a $3 Billion NSD investment for infrastructure, and it will only increase from there. We are appointing Bhupendra Palshikar as the interim governor-general, and hereby declare the Indian regional Parliament in Bengaluru. We shall be holding elections soon to let the Indian people decide apon who shall represent them. Due to a heightened risk threat for SPian India, the SPMC will be mobilizing partially, and sending defensive forces. We ensure we shall not attempt any offensive maneuvers, this will be purely for defence purposes, and to train the Indian Defence Forces to hold on from there. The SPMC has also proclaimed shortly after the proclamation a Class 1 no-fly zone. Our first air equipment arrived into India this morning, and technicians are setting it up as we speak. I would like to conclude my speech, by ensuring the people of India that they will become official SPian citizens in 72 hours, meaning emigration to the mainlands is totally fine. Thank you."

After many consideration and between Politburo members and the Soviet Army Command, they have reached a final conclusion on the fate of SPian India. That fate has many times been revised by both parties and that the offers made by SPian Rebellion did not reach satisfaction, let alone agreement. They have listed out the conditions and have settled on India without the agreement of neighbouring nations and this has caused disappointment and dissent on Spian's Foreign Policy.


The NKVD Union and many foreign ministries have agreed that they do not want a western colonialisation of India and will therefore reply stiffly. The NKVD Union formally declares war on the defacto nation of SPian India. The NKVD Union may have made mistakes in its own nation but today it will resist 15th century colonialism from happening.

The South Army of the NKVD Union military has been deployed into north Afghanistan. The total strength of 120,000 soldiers as well 12 tank brigades will be deployed into the hill regions of the afghan landscape as they begin heading east with the help of 10 motorised divisions. The total strength of army group will be split into 3 cores as soon as they reach the outskirts of India.

The details of Army Group South includes,

•115,000 military personnel fully equipped with standard NKVD Union military Equipment. The remaining are to logistical managers and medical aid personnel.
• 13 Surface to Air Missiles have been transported along with army group south which includes: 150 Shilkas, 6 S-300 SAMs and 7 S-400 SAMs. 130 Pandir S-1s have also been deployed to serve as an anti-air protection for soviet troops.
•250 T-90MS as well as 130 Leapord 2A4 Revolution tanks were also deployed along army group south and will be making their towards SPian Defacto Colonies.
•650 BMP 2s and 230 BTR-90s are part of the Soviet Motorized divisions and will support infantry units in combat.
•50 AH-10 Attack Helicopters are to be deployed in southern skies as the main attack helicopter. It will assist infantry units to suppress strongholds as well as bunker positions.
•25 SU-35s have also been deployed through Shihai Airspace and airfields and are providing army group south with air supremacy. (Ooc: I am trying to be realistic with aircrafts here, there are some people who deploy over a thousand airplanes and that's insane economic and military wise)

SPIAN FOREIGN MINISTRY: STATEMENT TOWARDS THE NKVD UNION

"The lone fact that you do not even wish to negotiate proves your barbaric ways of running your corrupt government. Fine then, if you feel our offer is not good, make an offer yourself. We would love to negotiate with you to prevent war, but you have to take some initiative as well.

You may wish to revise your declaration of war. The Indian Defence Forces are fully mobilizing as we speak, and we currently have the capacities to mobilize up to 250 million men, currently in-training of SPian military defence doctrines if we want. And you would be attacking from a disadvantage, as there is an NPC neutral nation on-top of our land. Plus, please note that a declaration of war on SPian India is a declaration of war on the SPian mainlands. If you wish to continue further, I hereby announce the peace treaty null and void. We urge the NKVD to reconsider."

Whatever forces were trained begin to assume wartime protocol A6, it came so quickly that it shocked most men. SPian forces from the mainlands arrive into SPian India after a massive logistics convoy, dropping off 200k men, with the next round of 200k men set to arrive in two hours until all 2 million men pledged arrive.

A border wall is being constructed from the north and south, set to be 50 feet tall to stop the NKVD advance should they choose to violate international wartime laws and move through either neutral country.

SPian forces have been instructed to defend SPian India at all costs and breakup the invasion. The SPians would then reconsider diplomatic talks, but knowing their counterparts, do not have their hopes up.

OOC: I see your point in the Theo war, but not so much in this one.

1) My troops have practically indoctrinated the people with western ideologies, therefore many men are ready and willing to fight in the IDF, and we can even force conscript them if we so wish. Plus, the Indian sub-continent has a population of over a billion people, so therefore, considering the territory I occupy, 200 million would cost a bloody hell loads, but would still be possible, and not like spec-ops trained, but regular militia.

4-Crown General Spencer Noble, the SPMC's Commander for Asian Affairs pulls an all-nighter at his desk at work, monitoring his Alert and Threat Reporting System (ATRS) for India on his computer screen. It was a nail-biting wait. Now it was not a question of if war would break out on the sub-continent, but when. The General rubs his eyes, and looks at his clock. 5:30 AM. He was the only one in the office for the night, but he started to noticed people coming in for another day at work. The General stands up from his chair, and walks towards the 3rd floor kitchen, to go make himself some coffee. One man he really needed to talk to was 3-Crown General Lewis Buckley, incharge of the Indian Theater. The General looks at his watch, and mumbles to himself about the fact that the general should have been in the office 30 minutes ago. The General grabs his mug, and loads the coffee machine. He presses Espresso, and pushes the button to start the cycle. Out of nowhere, General Lewis Buckley walks in, with a smirk on his face. General Noble knew something was up, as he had never seen the other General smile.

"Hello, Lewis. How are you today?", asks General Noble, shaking the other General's hand. "Fine today. And you?", responds General Buckley. "Going alright I suppose, spent all night here in this damn office to push a red button incase the NKVD attacks. Anyways, you are just the man I wanted to talk to. I am very nervous about air superiority over India. If there is one thing the damn Soviets have done good, is designed killer fighters. I am worried our anti-aircraft systems will only manage to take down some, not all.". "I am way ahead of you!", exclaims Buckley. "Don't ask me how the geniuses down at the MI8 did it, but they managed to nick blueprints for the damn Russian S-400! We have offered a production contract to our pals at Flug-Drehun, to nickname it the FD-899, and are already producing it at The Madawaska City Production Facilities... We actually did this three days ago, but we were ordered by Metcalfe to keep it a secret until the engineers managed to put it together. We've got four already made and tested, with missiles, thanks to the Russian's blueprints being descriptive as hell. They are currently heading down as we speak to RAF Madawaska City to be shipped.". "Well, that's wonderful! I love the idea of fighting the Soviets with their own equipment, they will never know what hit them, ha!". "Yep, we should be making four a day with our crazy good mass-production lines. We will ship as many as possible down to India and train the IDF how to use them. By the way, our current AA guns are online and operational, and 20 Superhornets have already landed. Air superiority is ours. Oh, and we shall be able to ship four at a time due to our contract with Novosipol Airlines and their An-225. Again, more Soviet equipment!". The General bids goodbye to the other, taking his coffee mug from the machine and walking back towards his desk. As he takes a sip, he is assured that victory will be his in India.

Command in Bengaluru activate and arm the vast network of AA guns. Most IDF troops are completely baffled at how the SPians managed to cram one per 5-square miles on average. Most correctly assume that the SPians wish to deny the NKVD Union air superiority.

All Across SPian India

Today, a massive air-raid and counter-invasion drill took place. Citizens were instructed that if they ever hear the air-raid siren, to take shelter in their basements or assigned shelters. The SPians in every city square set up desks for citizens to conscribe themselves into the official militia. The lines are fierce. The SPians, although never meaning to propagate the population, are surprised at how well a few words worked to counter-act the poverty of the Indian population and make them take up arms to defend SPian India. The counter-invasion drill was initiated by an SPian General pushing the invasion alarm in Bengaluru. All militia are then required to grab their weapon assigned to them by the SPians and load them. If a Code 1 alarm comes on, meaning the city is potentially being assaulted by the grounds, militia are required to rush out and help the SPians defend. Although due to the sheer amount of militia, along with SPian tanks and equipment along the north and on the sea are confident they will never be forced to put the drill into reality in a city.

They had Newish Bulgarian Passports of dead soldiers in Siberia to slip pass immigration checkpoints in SPian India.

He was the last man in line and the rest of his Especa Commando comrades were already in SPian India waiting for him at a disclosed location. He knew that if he was caught he would be entirely abandoned by his comrades and the NKVD Union. Hence he kept a small poison capsule in his mouth that would kill him in less than 2 minutes should he be caught as he wouldn't be able to depend on anyone for help.

The Stavka High Command decided not to dispatch air forces over an area that did not even have a single division in the area. Instead they are dispatched into the western part of the Indian ocean to sink any naval ship coming into SPian India therefore disrupting maritime routes for SPian Rebellion.

Operation Stormtrooper was announced on 29th November 2015 in the task of laying siege on the defacto nation of SPian Rebellion. All ships coming into the Indian ocean will be sunk and all aircrafts coming into the direction of SPian Rebellion in the north will be intercepted by SU-35s as well as J-11s. Any other aircraft coming from the south,east and west will be destroyed by S-400s and other anti-air battery facilities. Therefore the siege will stay on until a full scale operation has been declared although this is dependent on other world events.

An additional of 40 S-300 SAMs as well as 20 S-400s are also added onto the front in preparation of the siege.

The Battle of liberation will begin as the Stavka High Command's only objective is the complete destruction of the East Indian Company and the decolonisation of India. Therefore, once its allies join the war, the true strength of SPian Rebellion will be tested on its ability to fight three theaters of war.

Air borders are however open, and flights are being taken from SP, therefore you could edit your post to say that they still used dead NIBians passports, however went to SP first then caught a flight to India, and arrive at the immigration checkpoint at Bengaluru International. Ten more Superhornets arrive into Bengaluru and begin patrolling the skies, armed with the latest technology in air-to-air missiles and elite pilots, bringing the total amount of SPian jets to 45.

15 SPian FD-899s arrive in by AN-124's and scatter themselves across to their assigned locations. Technicians hook them up to The SPian India Air Defence System.

SPian Southern Borders

It was decided to reduce threat to SPian India, SPian troops shall cross over to the southern coast of India and secure it. The SPians assure this is not a occupation force, but merely a security force for the general good of the people of both India's. Once the conflict was over, they would withdraw back across the border. At 3 o'clock local, troops cross the southern border.

Customs Checkpoint, Bengaluru International Airport

SPian customs officer Lindsay Livingston sits at her desk, observing her stampers on her desk. Her wristwatch goes off, 7:00 AM. She hurriedly changes her checkpoint's outer sign from CLOSED to FOREIGN PASSPORTS. People from the other two lines rush to form a line at the third desk. She changes the red light on the top of her desk to green, indicating for the next person in line to approach the desk. It was Sergei Ivanov's turn. He approaches the desk, and presents the officer with a NIBian passport. She takes the passport, opens it up and looks it over. She compares the photo to that of the applicant. It looked very close, however she had a feeling something was just a little off. She looks over the rest of the passport, and 35 years of experience working as a customs inspector on the mainland told her that this one was worth a quick look. "Just a moment", she tells the applicant. She mutes her microphone and calls Phillip, her duty manager over, and voices her suspicions. "We have had like, 15 to 20 people come in with NIBian passports over the past few hours, I assumed they were all in a group. Plus, we have a travel advisory out for SPian India. Alarm bells are ringing, to say the least. Well, never hurt to take a look. Pull him into secondary.". "Yes, sir." responds Lindsay. She unmutes her mic. "Sorry about that sir. Anyways, we would like to run a routine check on you. We assure you that you are not in any trouble, we shall try and hurry you through.". Lindsay hits a button on her counter, alerting a guard she wishes to run a secondary check. A guard approaches the desk. "Hello sir, please follow me." he tells the applicant. Lindsay gets up from her post aswell, and the two escort the applicant into the secondary room. The guard unloads the applicants bags from his trolley, and places them on top of the counter. Lindsay looks over the passport again. "Duration of stay and final destination, please?", she asks.

4-Crown General Spencer Noble arrived into India three days ago, and has been jet-lagged ever since. However, this did have an advantage for him, as he can stay up all night to monitor the situation. He bites at his nails, worrying at why the Soviets have not launched an offensive yet. It is the same sort of atmosphere at the mainland in the MoD. However, the SPMC has internally announced a tad-bit of relief, as this delay has allowed SPian equipment and men to arrive fully in India, and the IDF has already trained many men.

Mr. Vibhat Rishmal is regarded by the people of SPian India as a profound peace figure, standing for peace on the Indian sub-continent. Although being for the SPian occupation, and also taking in account the potential death that the NKVD Union could bring to the Indian people, Mr. Rishmal has denounced both sides of the conflict for jumping straight into military conflict, without even attempting to preform some kind of diplomacy. Although this has caused a massive facepalm at the SPMC, the MoD has declared full support for the Indian Peace Movement.

SPian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Public Statement

Mr. Williams steps up to the counter in front of the SPian MoD, and tests his mic. He is greeted with a wave of applause, and once it dies down, he begins his brief speech.

"People of SP. It has come to the mind of the SPian Ministry of Defence and the SPian Ministry of Foreign Affairs that a war is not worth it over the Indian sub-continent. We are in the modern 21st century, and we must for the sake of all people and soldiers conduct some real diplomacy with the NKVD Union. To prevent a costly war for both sides, and the innocent Indian people we hereby propose a revision of the Treaty of Mumbai. We hope that the conditions this time will be better for all sides. We would like to thank the NKVD Union in advance for their consideration of our proposal. Thank you."

The SPian Foreign Affairs Ministry submits a further proposal to the NKVD Union Foreign Ministry, and hopes to see some collaboration.

The Revised Treaty of Mumbai

This treaty is proposed to prevent war in India and ensure the security and safety of the Indian people. This treaty involves The United Kingdom, the NKVD Union, and the Parliament of SPian India.

Clause 1: SP hereby amends it into The SPian Constitution and will send a signed copy to the World Assembly that the borders of SPian India shall remain within the provinces of Carnatica and Andhra Pradesh, with no expansion permitted. Mumbai itself will be de-colonized.

Clause 2: SP amends and reassures the safety of the (NORTHERN NPC) people and (SOUTHERN NPC) people by ensuring the sovereignty of both nations from SPian colonization.

Clause 3: SP amends it into The SPian Constitution and will send a signed copy to the World Assembly that The SPian Colonial Act will be dissolved. This therefore means SP can no longer colonize any lands, inline with TMF laws of a colony being defined as a piece of land on a continent other then the home nation's. This clause however does not prevent normal expansion of SP's borders (as per map updates).

Clause 4: Despite potential risks to SPian India, SP will declare the dissolving of The Indian Defence Forces presence in SPian India. Most IDF troops shall fall back into mainland SP and maintain military bases near Madrid Airport for quick deployment. They shall not be available for any conflict other then heading to India under the SPian Constituencies Act. However, 5,000 IDF troops shall be designated as The Indian Border Forces, maintaining a presence on SPian India's borders. If they detect a foreign invasion, they will issue a panic call to the mainland to mobilize and ship over the IDF. Furthermore, 10,000 units of the IDF shall be designated as The Indian National Guard, responding to issues within SPian borders, therefore not being officially allowed to intervene in the case of a foreign invasion.

Clause 4.1: SP will however maintain a force of 10 (ten) One-Crown Generals in SPian India to guide the border forces and national guard, and will maintain a fleet of 5 (five) Superhornet aircraft parked at Bengaluru Airport for airspace interceptions.

Clause 5: The NKVD Union may openly send official observers to SPian India to make sure that SP is upholding it's part of the treaty. These observers must simply state that they are visiting, and will be allowed into SPian India guaranteed. They may move to any part of SPian India to inspect of what they wish.

Clause 6: Apon the agreement of the (NORTHERN NPC), the NKVD Union will be allowed to maintain a presence at the north side of the Northern border fence to ensure SP is not violating the border segment of the treaty, once more.

Clause 7: The NKVD Union shall enter into a cease-fire treaty with The United Kingdom of SP Rebellion.

Clause 8: Each Clause of the treaty is open for revision at the proposal of the NKVD Union.

Both the SPian Government and The Parliament of SPian India have signed this agreement, and await the NKVD Union's response.
