Are you an early bird or a night owl?

A lark, early bird, or morning person is a type of person who gets up early in the morning and goes to bed early in the evening.
A night owl, evening person or simply owl, is a person who tends to stay up until late at night, and is the opposite of an early bird.

Personally, when it's a weekday, I wake up early, of course, and go to sleep at at least 23:00. But when it's the weekend, I tend to wake up at 10:00-12:00 and sometimes even 13:00, and then stay up, sometimes even until 3:00. Many people do the same, yet you will always find that one person that wakes up at 6:00am and goes to sleep before 21:00. Always. And my father is one of those people. And since he married my mother and started waking her up when he wakes up, she's one too.

I usually wake up around 7:30-8:00 and go to bed 22:45-23:00 so I guess inbetween? This is my routine 7 days a week.

I seem to be an early bird. Wake up at 5 or 6 am and fall asleep around midnight +/- 2 hours. The problem is rookies are assigned to 2nd shift usually starting in the mid-afternoon and ending near midnight.

im a night owl and have been all my life

mostly worked 3rd shift jobs when possible but some 2nd shift too. here are a few well-known night owls found from the wiki page
