On August 1st, 2015, the Imperial Parliament of the Holy Tekkit Empire introduced an extremely controversial bill to the congress of the Protectorate of Stopway. The "Childrens' Rights Act" established:
-Marriage to indefinitely be defined as between 1 Man and 1 Woman
-Homosexual Civil Unions to be rendered null and void immediately
-Citizens will be identified exclusively as the gender they were born as
-Pro-LGBTQIA advertisement be outlawed whether on television or in public
-Pro-LGBTQIA organized public demonstrations be prohibited
-The right of all adoption agencies to refuse homosexual, cohabitating, or poly-amorous couples

The bill was immediately rubber-stamped by the Stopwayan Congress and passed unanimously. This caused outrage among the rather liberal population of Stopway that a foreign country could impose such laws. A national poll indicated close to 80% wished for the Childrens' Rights Act to be repealed. In the following weeks, citizens engaged in civil disobedience, organizing in massive public demonstrations of gay pride, and boycotting Tekkitian businesses. Most notably, shipping companies collected shipments of sugar from Tekkit Sugar Co. and burned it on the streets.

The Tekkit Empire responded harshly by embargoing all food exports to Stopway, resulting in widespread poverty and famine. This backfired, however, since those who were neutral or loyal to the Tekkit Empire changed their minds in favor of total independence. On September 15th, 2015, the Stopwayan Election was held, and for the first time ever, the National Party won. The people had lost faith in the Neo-liberal Party for being corrupt and weak. The National Party rejected the authority of the Tekkit Empire, voted to repeal the Childrens' Rights Act, and issued a number of demands from the Tekkit Empire.

The Tekkit Empire's Demands:
-Enforce the Childrens' Rights Act
-Dissolve the National Party and hold a re-election
-One million dollars of compensation for Tekkit Sugar Co. property damage

Stopway's Demands:
-Deny the Imperial Parliament the ability to introduce bills to the Stopwayan Congress
-Evict all Tekkitian military forces stationed in Stopway
-Rename Empire Island to something else
-Shut down all Tekkitian Businesses headquartered in Stopway
-Deport all those of full or partial Native Tekkitian ethnicity and revoke their citizenship

Right now, Stopway is facing a national crisis. They have not declared war yet, although both sides see it as inevitable. Satellite footage indicates the Imperial Navy is being prepared for deployment, but the Tekkit Empire denies this. The Stopwayans are vastly outnumbered by the better trained and better equipped Imperial Armed Forces, and many Stopwayan people are starving and impoverished as a result of the food embargo. Native Tekkitians are subject to violence and discrimination in Stopway, especially when trying to buy food. Lots of them have left, since the Tekkit Empire offered automatic citizenship to those of Native Tekkitian ethnicity who return from Stopway, but most are too poor to afford moving to the Tekkit Empire.

Rainbow flags flew in conjunction with cardboard signs of slogans full of expletives in both English and Tekkitian. The Stopwayan people were rallying in support of the newly-elected Martin Kareva: the first person of native Saavedran ethnicity to be elected in 65 years. The man spoke with a viciously revolutionary tone that inspired some, but terrified others. The cheering intensified as the tall, young, and charismatic man stepped out onto the podium

"Today, my beloved citizens, we gather here to renounce the oppressive authority of the Tekkit Empire: a burden of which we shall no longer carry on our weary backs! The congress, representing you the people, has voted, and the Protectorate of Stopway is now, proudly, the Free Republic of Stopway!" He shouted into the microphone, met with the crowd's excited roar of approval. "However! Satellite footage from one of our regional allies, who wishes to remain anonymous, has shown us the Tekkit Empire is preparing to mobilize their navy! We will stand ready and send their fascist hides to the bottom as they arrive!"

They were very lucky that the Imperial 2nd Expeditionary Fleet had just left their harbor for a mission in Gerisa. The Stopwayan Navy was really pitiful. They lacked an aircraft carrier or submarines, and most of their larger surface ships were hopelessly outdated: A few soviet-era missile boats and corvettes, 2 type 42 destroyers sold from the Royal Navy, 2 type 51 class destroyers from China, and 9 Oliver Hazard Perry frigates. Their flagship, the SNS King was their only chance at putting up a real fight. It was a Skate-class light cruiser, purchased from the Tekkit Empire, outfitted with state-of-the-art combat systems and missiles. If they wanted to win, they would need help from foreign powers' navies.

Revolution was in the air, and the whole nation was preparing for war. Stopway had declared an official State of Emergency to the international community in desperate need of not only donations, but most importantly, a long-term trade deal to replace the Tekkit Empire as their main food source.

8 men sat at the table. The nation had just minutes before announced that they would assist Stopway in this crisis, and now they were planning on what to do. A fine fleet of 25 'Athiest' Beachstorm Connectors, which could carry give or take, around 170 men each would be going. Of course, they knew that 60,000 were being sent, so dozen's of trips would have to be made with the ships, but most were reinforcing numbers. They also had those electronic warfare craft and the transports, although that was mainly for delivering food to the starving civilians.

After a few minutes of discussion, they had agreed to a plan. They would start by attacking Triage Island, where they would raid the plantations and take all of the sugar they could find back home. Meanwhile food would be airdropped to the civilians on the island. There, they would continue to Empire Island and secure the mountain range there and afterwards, move into the cities. Once that was done, they would move to Eilon Island and secure it, and use satellite reconnaissance to observe the movements of the Tekkit Fleet whenever possible. They would alert the Stopway government on whatever movements the enemy was taking, and they would react accordingly. They would fortify, and wait for the rest of the troops to slowly move in. They would have a easy time disrupting enemy communications with the electronic planes. While all of this happened, they would take every opportunity to disrupt the Tekkit Navy's communications, and make it hard to work as a group, ensuring time for more men to come into Stopway.

The Arkanan Global Organization of Trade and Tariffs has dispatched representatives via chartered jet to Stopway. With news of the embargo and its effects quite well known among those following global economics, the trade organization sees it as a good opportunity to establish a new market. There are of course risks associated withe the venture, but with knowledge that the Arkanan government is taking steps to prepare for the defense of Stopway, the AGOTT is confident a deal can be made which will benefit both sides, the best kind of deal as it ensure future business prospects.

In the mean time, the Arkanan government has issued an official statement regarding the current situation in Stopway.

The situation in Stopway is a dire one. A people are being denied their right of self-determination, and the Tekkit government is denying their right to even basic sustenance. As such, we have authorized the shipment of food and basic living necessities to Stopway. Today, the first convoy of 40 vessels from the Arkanan Merchant Marine will be departing from the Western Naval District. This will be one of the largest relief operations we have ever attempted in a single convoy, and as such, the vessels are to be escorted by the Joint Mobile Fleet. The JMF will leave the vessels unescorted once they are within 200 nmi of Stopway, but any threats towards the relief vessels will be handled as necessary.
While we understand the current situation is a volatile one, taking aggressive military action will only result in needless suffering. We advise all nations to refrain from foolish military intervention. The Imperial Federation believes a peaceable separation of Stopway from Tekkit control is possible and is desirable.

"I propose that we increase trade with Stopway, and start delivering shipments of food."

A newsman was yelling the news as he tried to sell the paper:
"Vote to support Stopway, 52 to 48 the levy passed!"

The Commandant was on his battlecruiser as the supply convoy took off to Stopway:
"This is Commandant Jacob Hakhra, we are to be on high alert in case there is anyone who wants to interfere with this shipment." he said into the radio
he heard a wave of "understood."s from the escort Commanders as he took a seat in the bridge.

The 50,000 men of the 2nd Expeditionary Korps began to board their transport fleet. The entire 1st Carrier Gruppe was to escort them. The whole force was to be led by Baron and Maj. Gen. Augustus Rochefort, a battle hardened commander with experience in both Capilean Civil Wars and the Sovendian invasion. Meanwhile, the Grand Duke was preparing for a public speech in the capitol, Saxtonberg. Many Capileans were uneasy about the new war. Many citizens had lost their family and friends in the last ten years, all stricken with war.
The Grand Duke:
"Capileans, you are probably very anxious about the new war that is brewing. Many of you have husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons who are preparing to go to Stopway. But you must understand, that this is for the good of the world. Always there are rebels, trying to usurp the rightful rulers of their lands. Always, there are barbarians, slaughtering in the name of "freedom". And always, there are hate-filled nut jobs bombing and terrorizing the good people of the world. But we, the good old monarchies of the world, will strive, strive constantly to enforce and protect our sacred way of life, to reinforce Christian morales and decency, and to strike at the evil rebel, threatening to rip our way of life apart. And that is what we are fighting for. To protect and preserve our way of life. Thank you."

"My lord here is the latest news regarding the Tekkit Empire" said a lowly scribe in the depths of The Spire.

Alsonius quickly took the dossier and reviewed its contents. Within the folder was a rather hefty amount of newspaper articles and printed literature from online news sources, pictures of military involvement captured from satellite imagery were present as well. This information would allow the Imperator of Birtonia to make a decision he was wanting to make ever since tensions escalated between The Tekkit Empire and the country of Stopway. Knowing that The Tekkit Empire would back The Imperium's claims in a war of succession, and sensing this would evolve into one, he knew that he wanted to support the Tekkit Empire. Now that he finally had the information he needed, he could avoid an international political clash and freely announce the support of the Imperium.

The office of the Ministorium Defensoris was quickly set to work, the hundreds of nameless office drones scattering to the winds in a frantic rush to get the orders out. In the order of march, it was the 72nd Infantry and 3rd Amphibious Assault Group, being tasked to support the Tekkit Empire when hostilities would break out. For now, while the unit was getting itself organized the overall commander of Birtonian forces for the engagement, Knight-Major Harold Lee would be sent to the Tekkit Empire to meet with them and discuss strategy.

"Excellent." he said, thumbing through a portfolio full of maps.

"And, sir, Military Democracy of Birtonia had sent us a message of their full support. They wish to meet with us."

"That's not my concern. Get me Romanov on the telephone, its his business." The minister said. After some time of discussion over the secured phone line, they had finally drafted a response.

"No, actually, its the Stopwayans. Some unhinged left-winger won the election and is making all these threats to us." Said Lt. Sirvoy, entering through the door, and shoving his duffel bag into his locker. "Oh yeah, that reminds me. Anyone up for some swimming?" He said. Amphibious Assault Ships often flooded their well decks on hot days to let sailors cool off. It probably wasn't very sanitary, but it was a big morale boost. As political tensions rose across the ocean, the troops at home were relatively happy and carefree.

They handed him a map, and the dictator stared over it as one of his advisors began to speak. "Sir, we've provided a map for you, as you wanted to provide support for the Tekkit Empire?" The dictator finished his cigar. He began to speak. The leader's voice wasn't aggressive, but definitely forceful. "Small island. Must be relying on a few native leaders and support from other countries. We're going to send fifteen thousand of the dispatched soldiers, as well as the tanks and helicopters to fight in the open. We're going to use the other five thousand to find their native leaders, attempting to avoid fighting along the way. We then use a drone to target the leaders with missiles. Napalm should work. Any questions?" Nobody was willing to question him, and they think they understood.

Before we start, I wanted to congratulate you on become the leader of Stopaway. I am writing you this letter to inform you that the UAI will fully support your rebel cause, even in the event of defeat. we would like to start a new economic partnership with you region, providing military and economic aid to further support your cause. If you accept, we will send 60,000 troops (45,000 men, 15,000 women) to help your rebels in defeating the government. In addition we will provide two warships to patrol Empire Island. We would also be glad to provide military fighter jets if needed/requested. In addition, we would be able to support your troops with food, and your new government with a 10,000,000$ATH loan, in the event that you win your independence. We also invite you, or a representative to come to Athena City in the UAI to hold discussions on numerous topics of discussion, such as war strategies, and the opening of embassies. Once he had finished writing the letter, he sent the command to army bases in all islands to be ready for immediate deportation to Stopaway. This was the first war the UAI was getting involved with.

"Well I'll be damned. At least a dozen battlecruisers, 3 pocket carriers, 9 troopships, 6...no 7 destroyers. These fuckers are preparing a Spanish Armada!" Said Kareva, looking at a printout of satellite pictures covering a table with a magnifying glass. He wasn't an expert tactician, but he had a highly knowledgable military staff, many of whom served in the Imperial Armed Forces on many campaigns.

"Sir, by the time our ships can spot them on radar, they'll be within gun range. A gun battle with a Basilica Battlecruiser will be an utter disaster." Said one of the admirals. "We need recon planes to see their location far away, and launch missiles at them."

"Well that sounds like a good idea." Said Air Marshal Albert Donn "but the Tekkits have anti-aircraft ships and carriers. None of our missiles have standoff range and I'm not risking all of my planes on a suicide mission." He said.

"Hey, didn't the Western Pacific Territories have their own?" Asked Kavera. "They hate the Tekkit Empire as much as we do, so maybe theyd be willing to sell us a few. I'll get a message to them."

BREAKING NEWS. -West Pacific Task Force mobilized and ready for action- BREAKING NEWS.

According to recent news from the military, specifically, the Lord High Admiral 1SL and Chief of Naval Staff, Louiesi Bond, a armed force of military forces, estimated around 60,000 men and a few dozen ships, along with "secret" equipment, is to embark towards the Protectorate of Stopway to assist their government against the Holy Tekkit Empire, which is reported to be starving civilians with a full embargo, presumably to starve the "dissidents" of the island to submission.

While controversy continues to float around the internet, and the region, there appears to be little change aside from the fact that the Tekkit Navy, according to satellite images, is preparing for a possible attack. While the Tekkit government denies this, it is likely that due to the tensions of the region, war may very soon erupt. When or if, we do not know.

Queen Vivi had been following the situation unfolding in Stopway. Her and her staff had quickly came to the conclusion that war would the end answer to the problem put forward, and the JVP, like most other world powers, would have to pick one side or the other.

"Stopway must be free to govern themselves." Vivi would speak at the final meeting of her staff before troops began to deploy. "they must be free, and the JVP will aid them in this fight." She looked down to a sheet of paper on the top of a small stack. It only a few images and the letters and numbers *AF5* She knew it meant that she would not be fighting alone.

The order had been given for troop deployment after the leading General was pick. Damia of the order of the Penguin was picked to lead the JVP contingency force. Once appointed, Damia began the long task of contacting allies, fielding calls from allies, and selecting the units to take with her. St. Barbara smiled on her appointment, as the JVP would field the support units for the operation.

So it was that two days of planning and readying units for deployment, that the first half of the JVP taskforce, the half that would deal with land matters, left their ports and began the half day travel to Barnopea.

Once at Barnopea, The task force would link with the two carrier strike groups ported at RNB Redmand, a JVP Naval port. Afterwards the trip to the Region oceans and then to the Stopway.

A small donation of 4 Billion NSD, was wired to the Stopway government.

Today, because of a political snafu with Azenyanistan, the Duchy announced that it would withdraw it's military support of the Tekkit Empire. Because of obligations elsewhere and of course the entire political situation, the Duchy would move it's 1st Expeditionary Korps and it's 1st Paratrooper Korps to other theaters of war. However, the Duchy continues to ship munitions, ammunition, tanks, AFVs, APCs, fighters,NSD, and war material to the Tekkit Empire, as well as supporting it strongly politically and setting up Field Hospitals for the Tekkit troops.

Meanwhile the Esgonian Government, who was supposed to send a peacekeeping contingent, had decided not to and to called upon the Rattean Government, one of it's closest allies to provide peacekeeping duties in Stopway in their stead as the Esgonian government is currently handling with internal affairs after rumors and reports of the cartel resurfacing increase and launches an investigation to confirm of the cartel's re-surfacing.

As his ministers file out of the room he finds him self looking out over the glittering jewel of the capital is the the right thing to do? Over Tekkitian Airspace

An Imperium Militare, Adeptus Aeurs C-001 Muytan transport aircraft belonging to the Strategic Airlift Wing XXI soared over the skies of the Tekkit Empire. The olive drab green aircraft sliced through the air, rapidly descending on one of the runways of Terrace International. With a few short bumps and a short moment of the landing gear skidding across the tarmac, the two seasoned pilots put the beast down with a grace not seen by many outside of the Imperium. Its massive engines roared as they pushed the aircraft towards the designated VIP section, orders given by the tower. Finally the aircraft reached its destination and each of the engines were cut from fuel and slowly winded down, a metallic thunk was heard from the rear of the aircraft as its cargo ramp unlocked and lowered.

From within the cargo bay an honor guard Imperial soldiers exited the aircraft, standing at the position of attention, their bodies rigid and erect. These men were mainly for show, as they wore the Birtonian dress uniform, an all black jacket and coat accented with crimson and gold throughout the whole uniform. Even though it was for the dramatic flair, they were still armed with .45 caliber pistols as a side arm, but soon after the real guards of the VIP exited, men in full combat gear, sporting assault rifles and body armor moved between the two rows of soldiers, and finally the Knight-Major himself. Henry was a tall and well defined man, darkened skin showing the years of working out under the harsh sun. In addition to his physical features, his uniform was adorned with an impressive amount of ribbons and badges decorated his jacket. The group stood at the end of their honor guard, awaiting for a representative of the Tekkit Empire to greet them.

EXECUTIVE OFFICE BUILDING
Carthage, Capital Territory

The gavel slammed with a loud crack, and First Citizen Muttunbaal Tharros declared, "At the conclusion of this session, the current vote on Assembly Resolution 2156 stands at 342 in favor and 234 against. Thus, Resolution 2156, the Stopway Sovereignty Recognition Act, passes."

From the comfort of his office, Sipho Ibrahima watched the closing of the day's session of the Popular Assembly, which had officially endorsed his proposal to recognize Stopway as an independent state. Rather than at his desk, he was seated on one of the long, comfortable couches that dotted the room, providing discussion space when meeting with anyone ranging from special invitees to staff to foreign politicians. Surrounding him, eyes also glued to the television were Chinyere Afolayan, the junior suffete, several of the members of the high council, as well as the Chairman of the Defense Forces Council, General Richard Chamberlain. Several stood for a better view, while others were seated on the other couches and armchairs in the room.

Remote in hand, Ibrahima muted the television as his circle of advisors reconvened.

"Well, you've got your resolution," began Zheyna Linda, the dark-haired, dark-skinned woman who served as his Foreign Affairs Council chairwoman. In private, she had been somewhat lukewarm toward the proposal, but as a matter of course supported the measure publicly, as expected of a member of the administration.

"Yes, and now the work begins. We've got our mandate, but that hardly means anything if we don't act to support the Stopway government, ideally diplomatically, but with limited military deployment if necessary."

"AR 2156 says nothing about military deployment, it'd require a separate act to support any deployment beyond 60 days," answered Eustaquio Cardozo, his chief of staff.

"That's a bridge for a later time. Hopefully it won't take 60 days, but with the missions in Kilovosk and Oceania winding down, there should be enough space in the budget, if they're willing to spend the money. Now, as to the matter of opening relations-"

Chairwoman Linda responded, "Ambassador Zimmerman has a staff prepared to depart tomorrow morning. He's already been briefed on the situation. The department's been reviewing what materials we have on Tekkit and Stopway."

"Good to hear. The sooner we can get relations established, the sooner we can assess their needs and requests, and how to proceed further."

"Sir, I have an objection," interjected Cardozo. "It seems to be an objective of the Stopway government to evict and deport all Tekkitian residents, which would be considered a form of ethnic cleansing. Are we seriously supporting this?"

Ibrahima grimaced slightly. He'd known of that particular plank of the Stopway platform, which he personally objected to as well. "No, by no means. That's one of the first orders of business to discuss, to try to get the Stopway government to moderate their position on the Tekkitian population. How they do so is at their discretion, but it is a very important point and a condition for further relations. But the sooner we begin those discussions the better, to possibly get terms before the shooting starts."

With Cardozo momentarily assuaged, Ibrahima turned to General Chamberlain. "And General, you've got those plans I asked for?"

"Yes, for the deployment to Stopway. I have the preliminary paper report here, the full report will be forwarded by tomorrow morning."

Ibrahima nodded. "Excellent. But in addition to the military solution, the diplomatic one must also be pursued, and given the humanitarian crisis developing due to the food embargo, at least as much attention must be paid to this situation as to the military option. Regarding the details of the proposed aid package..."

The meeting continued for several hours as the generalities and details of everything from the humanitarian aid package to the size and scope of the military response were debated and discussed. By the end, the proposals had largely settled on the plans already developed.

NAVAL BASE FARRAGUT
Santiago de Cuba, Caribbean Territory

As the sun crept over the horizon in the east, the silhouettes of dozens of ships were slowly outlined against the sky. Naval Base Farragut was the largest Punic Navy installation in the Caribbean, hosting over a hundred warships ranging from small corvettes and minesweepers to nuclear aircraft carriers and assault ships. A steady stream of traffic flowed into and out of the base at all hours, with ships departing for patrol or returning for hard-earned rest and recreation. Tugs and small patrol boats darted around the harbor, guiding the unwieldy warships to their piers and searching for any signs of potential saboteurs or infiltrators.

At this early hour, another group of ships was preparing to depart. Carrier Aviation Task Group 28 followed the standard pattern of a Punic Navy carrier group, centered around a pair of aircraft carriers and supported by over a dozen surface escorts, plus submarines and supply ships. The task group had orders to depart for Stopway, rendezvousing with additional forces including the ground contingent along the way. The ground force was being moved aboard a convoy of transports, including fuel tankers, RO-RO vessels, ammunition ships, and container carriers, supported by an amphibious task group to enable landing operations if a suitable port could not be found. The land-based air contingent would arrive only after suitable air bases had been secured or constructed for their operations.

By noon, the first ships of the task group had begun steaming out of the harbor, headed for the open sea, and for Stopway.

"Sir, your 12 o'clock meeting has arrived at Terrace International. They'll be here by noon" said Nicholas' secretary, Kelly.

"Good, I assume you've arranged the appropriate means of transportation?" He said, his face still looking down and tapping his gold-nibbed fountain pen on a classified file on Stopway's new administration.

"Yes, sir they'll be here soon, but there's more. I received a curious email from 'Balrigan Armaments', a multinational weapon company. It struck me as odd they chose to email us." She said, pushing up her thick-framed square glasses. "You know, I think this is a good idea, we don't get a deal like this very often."

"I don't know, I've certainly never heard of them before. Doesn't that strike you as a little suspicious?" He said, tapping a few keys on his tablet. "Alright, if these guys are as good as they say they are, they'll prove it with these weapons they're shipping to us." He said.

Pocket Carrier TNS St. Anthony

"Sirvoy, you mentioned an "unhinged leftist" at the helm of Stopway. What's his name?" Asked Reiston, climbing into his bunk bed.

"Uh...I think it was like 'Martin Kareva'" or something like that Sirvoy said.

"No shit..." Reiston said, stopping mid-way up the ladder to his bed. "Well I can't fuckin' believe it! Big Marty's the PRESIDENT OF STOPWAY!" Reiston said.

"Do you know him?" Laura asked curiously from her bed.

"That guy was the biggest asshole in our whole high school. I'm glad he was a senior when I came and only had to put up with him for a year. And he...you know that's not important anymore." He stopped himself.

"What?" Laura asked

"Trust me, its not important."

"Alright, fine." Laura said, before turning over in her bed and going to sleep.

Stopway Defense Command Center

"Our army is growing at a massive pace; people are enlisting like crazy, and we need to arm them. This 'Steelbrook' company seems like just the lucky deal we need!" Exclaimed Kareva. He didn't think as suspiciously as his counterpart in the empire did, simply because his country was in a desperate situation, and weapons were at the top of the list, next to food which was being handled by foreign powers who graciously stepped in to help.

"Sir! Excellent news!" Some supply ships are coming! It looks like the promised convoy from Immanuel! They just came onto radar a few minutes ago." Said the Commander of the Navy.

"That's great!" Kareva replied. "Make sure they come into port safely. Once on land, distribute all the food to schools, which we'll repurpose temporarily as food distribution stations."

Meanwhile, the plantations in Stopway were facing protests from the people. Signs of angry protesters read "can't survive on sugar!", "grow food, not money!" and "turn cane into bread!" Much of Stopway's arable land was bought by big plantation companies based in or owned by Tekkitians, and the Stopwayans saw it as a blatant abuse of their land which could be used to grow food rather than cash crops. Sarkozky Fruit Company, New Terrace Ltd, and Pacific Plenty were all in serious financial trouble. Their workers were striking, and Stopwayans were boycotting them. Fear of a war in Stopway caused investors to rapidly sell their shares in those huge companies as well, causing a noticeable decline in the global stock market.

Terrace Harbor, The Tekkitian Empire

The container ship "Rusalka", currently being operated by "Balrigan Armaments", successfully docks at the Terrace Harbor, with the captain of the ship being allowed into the harbor. Inside it were 2 container trucks worth of F2000's and G36KV's, along with it provisions and supplies. As soon as the docking ramps open, the trucks drove out of ships and into the harbor, protected by 2 SUV's. As soon as they approach the main building, they vehicles stop and out came a bald man, in his 40's wearing jeans and a black shirt with a Kevlar vest over the shirt and sported sunglasses and around 10 guards armed with P90 Submachine Guns. The man approaches a Tekkitian Customs officer and tells him.
"Sir, we're with the Balrigan Armaments. I believe the Tekkitian Government has expected us with the weapons that we have promised to them. May I ask on where we should leave them?"

Tilot Harbor, Stopway

2 Hours later, the Cargo Ship "Balaur" docks at the Tilot Harbor, bringing with it another 2 container trucks full of AK-12's and AN-94's along with supplies for them. They quickly moved out the ship the same way as the Balrigan contractors and approaches the main building and stops, then out comes a man in his 30's wearing khaki jeans, a black long-sleeved shirt also with a Kevlar Vest being worn over the shirt and also sported sunglasses, along with him 10 Guards armed with MP7's. He soon comes to a Stopwayan Customs Officer and asked the same question as the Balrigan man did.

The building was full of noises of daily office work that so often caused Dalton to tune out the sounds of the world around him when he realized someone had been standing in his office door.

The man was a most certainly a runner from one of the upper floors of the building and this alone caused him to be more curious than embarrassed by his lack of social etiquette “Yes?”

The man stepped forward and handed him a multitude of vanilla folders that were filled with pages of more than likely needless paperwork before speaking.

“The Ambassadors from Carthage has reported they have voted to support a newly formed Island nation that has recently moved for independence with the JVP and Barnopea following suit.”

Dalton leaned forward on his desk now as he could see where this was going before for the sake of being in the know he figured he’d press for more answers “And? What does this have to do with us and not main land?”

On cue the man led on “Satellites have confirmed that they intend to support them through military means as well and upon some digging it seems that this nation is a strategic location for trade and commerce. The homeland has already given its own recognition of the island and blessed off on our own expeditionary forces joining in to help them as well.”

Dalton audibly sighed in an attempt to prevent himself from swearing out loud at this announcement of more work to bury him under “And now I’ll have to start resourcing out the contracts to get supplies and whatever else to this island as well yes?”

“Yes sir, they said they needed it yesterday.” With a crisp turn around the man exited the office surely to make life hell for some other poor man responsible for some other cog in the administrative machine that was moving men halfway across the globe for another war.

After days of planning, the Minister of Foreign Affairs gave the okay for two ships stocked with supplies to be escorted to Stopaway, under military escort. One ship was full of fruits, veggies, meat, canned goods, pasta, and deserts. The other had loads of ammunition, guns, armour, and helmets to supply the rebel forces. The Prime Minister would also like to announce to the Stopwayan government that the 60,000 troops promised will be sent in 3 days. Final prepping is underway.
