Also, is it really smart to mention that your last region failed in your OP in your new region's recruitment thread?

1. Use the [region] tag to put a link to your region in the OP (Opening Post)
2. Elaborate. Why exactly should I send a puppet nation over to your region?
A few rules to pay attention to:
1. You may only bump your thread once every 24 hours.
2. You can only have one recruitment thread,

Pharos Voice 1Issue I: November 21, 2015New Kids On the Block
We're having good times in Pharos. For a region that had three people on Halloween morning, having 12 unique nations isn't too shabby. The population boom has brought increased levels of activity to the region, with two members in particular, Montuneria and Renastera, taking initiative and getting involved in the forumside part of Pharos. This population boom has also allowed Renastera to become the first World Assembly Delegate of Pharos.Getting Down to Business
After some deliberation, Pharos has ratified its first Constitution, which can be found here. Some of the highlights of the Constitution include:
- An elected President, whose purpose is to sign bills to become codified as Laws of Pharos.
- A unicameral legislature in the form of the Peoples' Assembly. The Assembly's role is to draft and debate legislation to be signed by the President, as well as confirming the President's Cabinet nominees.
- Periodic elections every 90 days.
Open Office
Election time is here in Pharos, as a recent three-day referendum to decide whether or not an election should be held passed with a 4-1 vote. Supreme Chancellor Kaboom immediately called a Presidential election for December 1, 2015, and standing is now open. Kaboom has also stood for President. Under the Constitution of Pharos, Kaboom is therefore not allowed to run the election, which will require a non-involved citizen to administer elections.
In Other News
- Renastera has become the World Assembly Delegate thanks to the endorsement of Montuneria.
- A new forum theme was recently installed. Check it out!
- Pharos recently opened diplomatic relations with the Republic of Europeia, the second-largest user-created region in the world.
This has been a production of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Republic of Pharos. Thank you for reading!
