Age of Shinobi (Always Open, Naruto, OOC)

The Fourth Shinobi World War drew to a climatic close nearly a century and a half ago, with the Allied Shinobi Forces victory over Akatsuki and their allies, namely Tobi, and and the sealing of the Ten-Tails. The era that followed was known as the Long Peace, a period of harmony and diplomacy between the Five Great Shinobi Countries that lacked the characteristic rivalry and warfare that plagued them for decades prior. Hero of the Hidden Leaf and the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, guided Konoha during this time, but sadly, his era is over, and the Age of Shinobi has begun. A renewed time of war and strife between the Great Countries, and where all the heroes of the Fourth World War are long gone and their actions are turned into memories, now looms over the Ninja World.

Hello and welcome to Age of Shinobi, which if you couldn't already tell, is a Naruto-based roleplay set a century after the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War. There isn't really much to expand on, but know this! I haven't watched Naruto extensively, and this roleplay will be very free and open for just about anything. Just make good, original characters and we should all be fine. Thanks!

I think a Chunin Exam Arc would be a good way to introduce all the characters that end up in this thing and showing the off a little. Not as the initial introduction but maybe the first major arc of the RP. Dunno. It's an idea.

Well, I'm having a character with Magnet Release as a kekkei genkai and his overall stats is Lightning-based.

Why not go for Fire Releases? Also, if you could make a Dojustu, what would you have it do?

I'm not too sure on the level of development, to be honest. Whatever works best is what we'll stick with.

I'm fairly open for things - as long as it's explainable and not game breaking, I'm alright with it.

Again, age is sorta "meh". Teenage would be the general group, though.

Appearance:

Personality: He is very proud, even arrogant, but, is also somewhat upbeat. He knows how to have fun and crack some jokes once and a while to lighten up the mood. Something few Uchiha have mastered.

Biography:
Kaizo was born as the son of Satomi Uchiha, a low ranking member of the Clan, and was considered to be the same for most of his life. He was treated as though he was somehow inferior to everybody else, when in fact, the opposite was true. Kaizo was special, as he naturally had three chakra natures. Wind, fire and earth. This gave him access to perhaps the rarest and most exalted ability in the world. The power of Dust Release, and the ability to influence his surroundings at the molecular level.

After discovering this at the age of 7, he trained his abilities ceaselessly, and, by the time he was 10, he had already mastered the Atomic Dismantling Jutsu. This was partly thanks to the abilities of the Sharingan, but, his was only a single tomoe until the age of 11. However, his chakra was not yet developed enough to handle more than one use per day. Despite this, his ability to learn the technique so quickly was astonishing, and the upper ranking Uchiha took notice quickly. Kaizo went from a reject to a prodigy nearly instantly in the eyes of the Uchiha.

However, the boy was feared by the village elders and the Hokage. After all, the last Uchiha to show such incredible progress at such a young age was none other than the infamous Madara. But, they also did not want to create conflict with the Uchiha. All the village could do is monitor the boy's progress, and make sure he remains loyal.

Goals: To become the most powerful ninja in existence, plain and simple. The Uchiha's blood runs strongly through him, and, while he doesn't know it yet, everything he does is is done subconscious effort to test his power and then improve it.

Strengths:
- He has the Kekkei Tōta, in particular, Dust Release. This allows him to levitate, and use Particle Style
- He has a Sharingan
- He is incredibly talented, and picks up new skills with some ease

Weaknesses:
- His Dust Release takes immense amounts of Chakra, and, cannot see continuous use
- His Sharingan has only developed to the second stage, as he has spent a majority of his training improving his kekkei tōta
- He is arrogant and snobby, believing himself above others due to his abilities, which causes him to often underestimate people

With my character, I'm making up for the Rinnegan by making him young and inexperienced.
