Hello.
If you wish to establish embassies with the Holy Eternal Empire of HYDRA-Russia you have come to the right place.
Please read and accept our terms and conditions below, then fill out the application form.
All embassies will be located in New Petersburg, the capital. They will all be on Embassy Row, a street spanning both sides of the Old Petersburg River.
Also, please vote on the poll above. This will help provide valuable feedback to us.

Diplomatic Personnel
-Ambassador must be religious.
-Ambassador must be over 30 years old, with past experience.
-Diplomatic staff may not bring their family for the first 5 years of service, but after that their family will be allowed into the Empire and will be allowed to live/work here.
-There must be a maximum of 10 guards, unless your nation has any special needs/requests.
-All non-diplomatic employees (such as but not limited to: cleaners, technicians, security personnel) must be hired locally.
Transport and Security
-All cars must be civilian models, with the exception of the Ambassador's car, which can be armoured to a level of T4 Ballistic Protection.
-All vehicles will be inspected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before they can be used.
-All weapons will be inspected by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before being allowed to be used on HYDRA land.
Other
-Use of Nazi and Communist imagery is prohibited. Please alter uniforms accordingly.
-The Embassy and all Consulates will be considered neutral territory. However, for the sake of security and safety, our security services will be allowed in at all times.
-If a citizen of your nation commits a crime on HYDRA land, we will punish him/her accordingly. If they flee onto Embassy land, your security team must hand them over to us for trial and punishment.
-If you fail to do the above, we reserve right to close your embassy and arrest all diplomatic staff/deny them exit. We also reserve the right to deny any of your diplomatic staff entry in to the Empire.
-Should conflict/war break out between us, it is a requirement for all diplomatic consulates to be shut. The staff will be allowed exit. However, the Embassy must remain open for the duration of the conflict.

Nations who are members of the United Legion of Peacekeepers may ignore sections 1 and 2 of the Terms and Conditions, and may establish an office in HYDRA High Command. Nations who are members of embassy regions to the United Legion of Peacekeepers may ignore section 1 of the Terms and Conditions.

Your request for special protection has been noted. We have allocated a more secure building for your diplomats to live in, and will have an Imperial Guardsman Defence Squad (IGDS team) on standby. The walls and windows have been toughened, and other security features have been put in. Your ambassador will be notified of all of the security features upon arrival. However, due to this, your embassy building will only be opened for access in 3 weeks from today (13/09/15). We apologise for the inconvenience.
