I want to start a World War RP. The idea is an NS based World War simulation that will take place in 2025. Essentially, you will be using your NS nation for the war, rather than choosing a real world nation to play as. I have supplied a custom map for each player in the RP to have a customized selected territory. In order to claim a spot on the map for the RP, you must fill out an application then use the link I have supplied for the actual map and use a program like MS paint to color in your selected territory.
The plot of the war will basically be rising tensions lead to war. It will be a virtual free-for-all, with players forming factions as things progress. You choose which faction to ally with then you begin to fight the nations of the other side, or you can try to use diplomacy to settle tensions. However, that would defeat the purpose now wouldn't it?

Here is my application as an example:
Rules:
-The 2% rule is in effect. The largest number of active military personnel you can START with is limited to 2% of your total population. increasing forces above the 2% rule will result in damage to your nation's economy.
-A hard cap rule is in effect. The maximum number of troops you can have is capped at 9 million.
-No WMDs is in effect. This includes all weapons falling under CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological (dirty bombs), Nuclear) and extends to orbital weapons.
-No instant travel. For naval forces a very helpful site is: http://www.sea-distances.org/. Standard cruising speed (speed for long distance travel) for vessels is 20 knots.
-Mobilization takes time. Massive forces cannot be called up in an instant. Mobilization can take weeks.\
-Equipment costs money, don't claim to have more than your military can afford. Be realistic about it.
-No god-modding
-No meta-gaming
-Be realistic
-Additional rules may be added depending upon problems which may arise.
-OP (North Arkana) has full discretion, in the absence of the OP Co-OPs (Palakistan) have full discretion. OP can override Co-OP decisions.

The Iberian Land Component. This component are the ground forces of [nation=short]the_lowlands_and_saxony[/nation]. Their equipment is old cold war stock but still proves to be a worthy adversary when they need to act. Examples are:
"The Buzzards" or the Iberian Airforce. 
The Iberian Flotilla is the smallest discipline of [nation=short]the_lowlands_and_saxony[/nation]. It's main role is transport and defense. The Flotilla mainly exists of former Dutch ships such as:
