1900, an alternate world, (OOC, Sign ups, Now Open!)

Hey guys!

The idea of this RP is to create a completely alternate world, while also alternating some of the history of the countries before the year 1900, for example, you could say the French won at Waterloo, or, you could say that the Danish - Norwegian personal union never ended, etc.

I would much appreciate a mapper, and a experienced Co-Op to help me with this Roleplay.

2. Your alt history makes no mention of HOW you got Britain's colonies.
3. The German Empire was only formed in 1871. Do tell how you managed to form a massive overseas Empire within 29 years, when the British dominated for centuries. How would you expand that fast in Africa, before even defeating them?
4. How do you have a military population of 40 million, when the Germans only managed to mobilize 11 million throughout ALL of WW1 and 18 million in all of WW2?

I'm thinking of having a Democratic Socialist rise up in Russia around the time of the revolution. I'm ultimately going to have him take power instead of Lenin, and install a Titoist system of Worker-Self Management. Maybe have Tito (who at 1917 would be 25) work with him or something.
