It was a busy day, in the city of Adesa. It had a population of 3 million, built on the largest island in the nation. Or rather, several terra-formed islands. The city had been built with Europe in mind. It looked quite alot like London, if London was tropical, and on several islands. It began as a peaceful day, but that quickly changed. For a long time, in fact, 2, maybe 3 years the country had been in constant war. Thousands were dead from these wars, and quite frankly, many were needless. Now, due to the exhaustion of the military and the government, many who thought of change, have risen up in revolt all across the nation. There are the monarchists, who believe that the nation should return to it's old ways as a kingdom. The revolutionaries, who believe a peaceful government should replace the current one, and the loyalists, who support the current state of the government and nation. This is not a war, not a revolution as of now, but simply, chaos. In the streets, people often riot and beat each-other with random objects. Sometimes, two large groups of people will fight in the street, leaving a bloody mess for the police and military officials to take care of. The military is not officially stepping in yet, but it is pure chaos. The police are overwhelmed, but the military refuses to take action, until people die. No one is dead yet, but in these conditions, someone will pay the ultimate price soon. No one knows who it will be, and when, but everyone is a potential target.

8:39AM.
Adesa, WPT.

It was a sunny day when Leo Kazantsev woke up in his house. He had no wife, or children, but despite this, he was a happy man. He woke up, before making a breakfast of eggs and bacon, like he normally did. After finishing his breakfast, he went to go change into his clothes. But, he wasn't just some white-collar worker. He was a military official. Not just a captain, or a colonel. He had one of the highest ranks in the entire military. He was the "Commander-General, Commander of Land Forces." of the army. He put on his official military uniform, a red-colored suit which covered his chest, and some of his legs. His suit was adorned with the official badge marking his rank on both shoulders, with a gray background, with a golden crown and wreath, with a sword running through the wreath. It also had 2 blue stripes running across his chest, marking that he was second in-command to the highest commander of the army, the "Lord Commander: Chief of General Staff.". He then went to read the newspaper, after putting on his uniform. The newspaper shocked him. The title read: "Riots Nationwide! Could this be the downfall of this nation?". He quickly ran to his Mercedes, before turning the vehicle on, and driving to the nearby Military Headquarters, at the bottom of the hill. His house was located on the top of the hill, with a perfect view of the city in the morning.

[North Arkana]

North Arkana is aware of the riots occurring in the WPT, but at this time, has no inclination of becoming involved. The Pacific Fleets continue their normal operations, and even the Arkanan recon satellites take nothing more than medium-grade pictures suitable for civilian maps, tourism brochures, and civilian mapping programs, but not suitable for military purposes. Things are so routine, that even the routine message indicating that the satellite is doing so is automatically sent to the WPT government.

[The Southern Island Confederation]

Badal, Badal Island, The Southern Island Confederation
Jack Chambers had been a man of ambition. He had made the push to unite the islands and drive out colonial powers in a revolution that shocked the world. Being the man that he is, Mr. Chambers unsurprisingly took interest in the WPT's collapse of stability. "Who knows?" he thought "It could promote my image." and everyone knew how much the foreign community was against him.

Signaling to one of his advisors, he opened the door to bring in his military cabinet. The cabinet shuffled in and sat in the chairs provided across the room. "Yes...Sir.." one of the men stuttered. Jack pulled out a map of the world and pointed in the location of the Western Pacific Territories. Considering that the Southern Islands were also a Pacific territory, the two nations were relatively close. "The Western Pacific Territories are in the midst of a Civil War, many innocent lives at are stake. Now, you may ask why do I care about innocent lives? I don't, but there is a man who would be grateful We export his resources, and I come closer to being a global power. This is a simple job, get it wrong and you'll get more than a retirement party." he motions his cabinet to leave, and they follow.

Leo was at the bottom of the hill, in the heart of the beautiful, sunny city of Adesa. He had just arrived at the military headquarters, a building that was 3 stories tall. He walked into the lobby, to be greeted by the "General, Quartermaster-General." of the army, Vadim Zakharov. Vadim greeted Leo, and asked Leo why he arrived early. Most of the officials didn't come here until 9:15AM. Leo explained the news to Vadim about the riots. Vadim was shocked, as he had just returned from a vacation in his homeland, Russia. He hadn't expected mass riots all over the nation. Vadim told Leo to go back home and relax until 9:45AM, when all the other officials would be there to decide on what to do.

Highrose, Cirilla
As the President continues with the conference in Highrose, he is contacted by one of his advisers about the happenings in WPT.
President: "Great, another civil strife...."
Secretary: "Well, what should we do, sir?"
President: "Alert the Embassy there. And if necessary, tell them to get our people out of there in case."
Secretary: "Right away, sir!"

The military hub was busy with activity. A order had just been given to all of the military officials in the city. "Adesa must hold. There are mobs everywhere in the nation, and Adesa is the only city that completely remains loyal." The first step, organized by Vadim and the other officials was to gather as much defense materials as possible. Buildings were being filled with sandbags, to make defensive positions. Hesco walls were being constructed to create choke-points and checkpoints. It was a sign of things to come.

It's a Cold,Dark night in Stuttgart,Everything seems dead.But a Few Loyalist Refuse to lay down and die.After 27 Loyalist Tunnelled out a Monarchist Prison,Via tunnel Reese.All but three were Beaten to death by The Monarchist Mafia.With a Broken arm,Jane Brooks barely manages to drag an Uncinscious,but still living,escapee behind a Completely Burned Truck,or what is left of one.The Mob Combs the Streets,Every step sends Fear so quickly as if it Travels the speed of Light,Jane and the Other three surviving escapees,Named Alfred Moore and Lisa Golding,here shouts to Come out,Lisa,Who was Previously unconscious,Wakes up only to be struck with fear as she sees a Figure walk right past her.Alfred crawls into a Charred up Building.Lisa and Jane hide under the Burnt up truck,which is missing is floor.Quick footsteps approach followed by screams,What could it be?

Confederation Forces start firing on suspected rebel positions on the Coast.

Confederation Forces wait in preparation for the battle. These were the moments most people would find comforting, but the brain-washed army of the Benevolent leader would rather find comfort in tearing the heads off the enemy. The time was nigh, but they would have to hold on for a bit longer.

12:00 PM, El Cielo, The United States of Ingensterra

On an average day in the United States of Ingensterra, Carlos San Rivera sits at his usual 1200 briefings. As always, most issues are the same, everyday, boring garbage that he is briefed on every day. President San Rivera begins to drift off into his own subconscience but is quickly brought back to reality when he hears the news of unrest in the Western Pacific Territories. With the amount of travel that goes into the Western Pacific Territories this is a not an issue that can be disregarded. A meeting is called immediately. "Please issue a travel advisory for this issue immediately and attempt to get as many travelers out of the region as possible." Mr. San Rivera tells Rolando Geissler- the Clerk of State, "And General Simmons, prepare for military response as you see necessary. However, do not engage in combat. We must not get ahead of ourselves." Upon the completion of a meeting in regards to the unrest, President San Rivera returns to his office alone. Saying nothing, but thinking much. He knows this is the start of a revolution. It is time for change.

Imperial Fleet in the Pacific Colonies

"General, there is a turmoil in a Pacific realm near our colonies!" Said an Imperial Soldier as he reads through reports from Patrol ships in the Sea border between the Empire and Philippines. The General who knew that the Emperor is attending important diplomatic matters made a decision himslef and said "Mobilize our ships, we will choose the fate of that country, I've also fought them on Azenyanistan but I will not give biased actions in this turmoil.For more details for our mobilization We will initially mobilize 50% of fleets which is equivalent to 2 aircraft carriers, 100 fixed wing aircraft, 60 Helicopters, 8 Cruisers, 5 Nuclear powered submarines, 16 Destroyers and 8 Frigates." After a few hours, the Imperial Flotilla has sortied to WPT, which is just a few kilometers away.

"Think of the gain! The revolutionaries establish a new government and keep their noses out of international crisis'. And if we help them establish a stable government system, we could even get some political leverage on them. I mean they wouldn't be another Stopway, great as that would be, but it can be useful." Said Defense Minister James Charleson

"This 'revolution' is nothing more than an angry mob: they have no chain of command or even a plan of how to run their government. Heck, they don't even know how to fight! we'd be better off selling them pitchforks and torches, not automatic weapons!" Retorted Minister of Foreign Relations, Carl Kesseler.

"Gentlemen, please, I would like to see this revolution unfold too, but I agree with Mr. Kesseler here, this group of revolutionaries needs structure. I say, we plant a few SEA operatives, give them forged citizenship and credentials, and help actually organize this mess of violence into a concerted effort. Charleson, can you get them into the country undetected?" Asked Nicholas, sitting at the head of the table, carefully mediating the seemingly perpetual disagreement between the two Ministers. They were both brilliant men, but their contrasting mentalities have sometimes been a problem.

"Piece of cake, they'll scuba to land from a Mako sub at night. I'll arrange the purchase of an apartment in the city, and it'll be like they were born there." the Minister of Defense said, confidently.

TNS Vea, Mako-Class Nuclear Attack Submarine, 2100

As the diver alarm sounded off, SEA agent Daniel Mirason tried to get up from his bed on the top bunk, and bumped his head against the curved roof of the submarine hull, grunting in pain.

"Hey Cannoy, I ever tell you how much I hate submarines?" He complained,

"Only a few dozen times today. You think I wanted to be trapped in this metal tube with a hundred other men? Well that's the dive alarm, a couple minutes and its life in the city again. Get your duffel bag, I hope you packed light." Said squad leader Joseph Cannoy.

Mirason checked his waterproofed bag, a suit and some casual wear, lots of notebooks, a fountain pen, an unregistered smartphone, a heavily modified Glock 18, swiss army knife, and some other light equipment. Anything else they needed could be purchased. As the 7 men sat in the flood chamber, scuba gear on, a bell rang and the room began to fill with seawater. When they were fully submerged, the hatch opened, and they swam out, carefully monitoring the time they took to ascend, so as not to get the bends. When they reached the shore, they quickly sneaked into the shrubbery, dried off, and changed into respectable clothing. Their GPS indicated their apartment was at least within walking distance.

Cannoy adjusted his tie and picked up his bag again, before turning back and saying "Well come on then, boys: we've got a revolution to start."

[Azenyanistan]

Azenyanistani citizens were being recruited into the Department of Informants by Azenyanistani informants, the Azenyanistanis wishing to know what the hell is going on in WPT.

Meanwhile, a small force of 11 troopers, 11 Merkava tanks and their crews, 11 99mm field guns and their crews, 11 111mm support guns and their crews and 11 88mm AT/AA guns and their crews was being prepared. Small but enough to deal with the enemy be it on the defense or on the attack. They had however no means of transport from Azenyanistan and into WPT.

Lisa peaks out from under the Charred up truck,Quickly realizing that their was some kind of fight.but Cannot Distinguish who fought the Monarchist.Lisa Whisperes to Jane "it's clear".as they Emerhe out from under the Wrecked truck,Alfred runs out of the building, saying "It's was our Men,they-"he is given no time to finish as the sound of Howitzers being Driven down a Road thunders through the air.Lisa pulls Jane,who has a fractured hip and a broken arm,out from under the wrecked truck.Helping her into an abandoned shop to their left.Alfred quickly runs into a building Adjacent to the shop.They duck under windows.trucks carrying howitzers drive down the street moments after they duck.When the convoy leaves,they run down the street,looking at a map of Stuttgart,realizing they're in what was the Industrial sector,dead center of Stuttgart.

While the Arkanan government, and as a result, the ADF, has no desire of becoming involved in the current situation, the Special Services Sections of the Central Security Agency are far more interested. Under the premise of an NGO sending an advance teams into the nation prior to establishing centers for medical and humanitarian aid, teams of personnel from the SSS begin entering the country. For the time being, the teams remain out of the way, avoiding the areas in turmoil while they prepare for whatever it is the CSA is planning.

[Esgonia]

Elingrad International Airport, Eldrichta

After returning home from Cirilla from a military checkup, he was then informed by his secretary about the worsening situation in WPT, he immediately heads to Central Command.
When he gets there, he then was greeted by the Minister of Defense and 2 Majors. In the war room, he was briefed about the continuous riots in the country, endangering the citizens there, but they cannot afford to involve themselves in the war so soon after the Cirillan conflict and the recent civil war in Azenyanistan. That would stretch the military further, but then, they were an important ally and their civilians were caught in the line of fire.
After a few minutes of deliberation and thinking, they decided to send in a small peacekeeping battalion instead. They are ordered to defend important facilities such as hospitals, embassies, oil refineries, and the like. They were to be sent immediately and should arrive in 6-8 hours.

The 66th Peacekeeping Corps, together with the 8th Fleet, immediately sets sail from Argen Naval Base to WPT

"Sakari! Get over here!". The two men were monarchists, part of a organized group called simply: "Monarchiam". They were inside the flood-tunnels of the city, a place where if in the event of a flood, water would be stored there while repairs were made. The men were armed with AR-15's, stolen from the military. Today, they were tasked with planting a shipment of C4 on the supports of the flood-tunnel they were standing in, along with 6 other groups of men to destroy all of the flood-tunnels. All together, they numbered about 16 men. Sadly however, these 16 men were to become martyrs shortly, dying for their cause. "I'm planting the last bomb, wait a minute Leif."

Sakari was confident that he had placed them correctly, but, his bomb exploded prematurely, and the blast radius was so large, all the other bombs detonated, killing the other men. The flood-tunnels burst, and exploded into pieces while creating a hole in several streets. The monarchists were infuriated. As since the AR-15's were found in the wreckage, the monarchists believed that the military intentionally detonated the tunnels, killing the men inside.

The Situation is Bad,very Bad.Jane can Barely Walk,and Lisa and Alfred Can't Find anything to Carry Jane With.All they can do is help Her Limp,they only have Traveled about four miles,Just Barely out of the Industrial Sector,with 19 Miles to Go,things aren't good.They Decide to go into a Residential Building and Hide until the next night.Finding a Radio,they here the Search is out of Stuttgart.They just Lay there and Wait,When Night Came,They Decided to Go for Stuttgart International Airport,which the Runway and Loading bay are Full of Monarchist Shipping in Supplies and Out The Spoils of War.they decide to Steal a Cargo plane.Jane can walk now,but still not that far.they walk a mile down the road,which leads them to the Airport.Jane Crawls Behind some Kind of Cezzna,but Modified with a Cargo hold and only 4 Seats.She Notices a Door was Carelessly Left open.She crawls in and ducks behind a Window.Lisa Runs Over and Ducks behind the Cezzna,Also Getting in through the Open door.Alfred Crawls over,since he Is the Only Expeirenced Flier(Even though Jane was trained to Fly,never actually has except for Training),Lisa Opens the Door to the Cockpit,Very Slowly and Quietly.Alfred Climbs in.Jane Silently Closing the Other Door,Alfred Starts up the Plane,after seeing the Fuel is 91% Full.There is a lot of shouting and gunfire.Alfred Planks to avoid and bullets.they take off and Quickly leave the vicinity of the Airport.

The rusty metal door crept open. "Sidor, It's me, Vladlen." The mysterious figure walked forwards as he shut the door. "Starda Street is being overrun. Lieutenant Gavasin just got on the horn, he said that they can't hold Starda, and that they are retreating to Gawaha Street." A figure sitting on a poker table replied "Sweet Mother of God... Sven Street isn't needed anymore. I can send the 20 or so men there to Starda along with the armored truck they have. We need to hold it, we can't let Hlad's troops be surrounded." A third figure opened the door, carrying a gun. "Is that you, Sidor? I was wondering where you were. Also, weren't you in charge of Adesa? I can't remember anything." The figure on the table replied "Yeah, it's me, Sidor. Who are you, the guy in charge of the capital uprising? The military isolated us and I heard the guy formerly in charge was put to the wall." "Yes. Yes I am. And you've done a terrible job over here. Did you hear that explosion? Remember the explosion? Well, either way, the head honchos told me to do what I see fit to keep this operation in order. And I think, you can't be fixed." The figure aimed his gun at the figure on the table. "Sidor, my name is Virolainen, and remember that name, because that's the last thing you will hear." The figure waited a few seconds, before shooting the two other figures.

A transport plane is seen flying over the city as it drops weapons for the rioters. The plane is unidentifiable as the logo has been scratched off. The plane drops SMGs, Assault rifles, and body armor.
