Harkbank International has recently aquired a plot of land from one of its costumers who was long overdue on debt payments, a certain Mr. Peddler. Harkbank staff was sent to investigate the location and reportedly found a run-down house there, shown in the image below.
The house is located on Drury Lane, Dutchtown, an abandoned fishing village on a small island, part of the Molíí Archipelago. This chain of islands is currently Independent but is under Harkback oversight, its exact location is classified. We haven't recieved any further reports from the first investigator team for several weeks and we therefore sent a 2nd team consisting of demolition specialists to improve the value of the plot by destroying the shack atop it and to retrive the boat used by the first team to get to the island. In their last report, they wrote of unsettling noises echoing through the corridors and halls, maddening symbols littering the walls and unexplained movement of objects inside the confines of the manor.
Harkbank International has no knowledge of what happened to members of the first and 2nd team and has no intention to send any further teams. Satellite reconisance shows that the house is still standing.
To cut back on its losses, Harkbank international is willing to auction off the Drury lane 1 along with both boats used by our staff to get to the island and any equipment they may have left behind on the property. The auction starts at 10,000 NS$.
