The Coldest Day
The year is 1946. Europe has just been liberated by the Allied Powers of World War Two and is now split between the blue West and the red East. Hopes for a peaceful coexistence between the two superpowers of America and the Soviet Union have all but fell apart with the arms race in full swing and tensions between the two states becoming increasingly heightened, not to mention the race to build as many satellite nations as possible. For instance, Germany has been split between a communist regime in the East and a democratic West. Korea has been split at the 38th Parallel between the Soviet occupied North and American occupied South. Meanwhile, American occupied Japan is slowly but surely rebuilding after a costly war that featured the world's first atomic weapons being dropped on both Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Meanwhile, China is facing turmoil internally as the Communists prepare to attack Republicans with an armed force as the United Kingdom, who's empire suffered detrimental losses during the war, is trying to keep a hold on it's colonies as the call for independence grows in several of them. Despite staving off the rise of fascism and rapid imperialism across the world, the sovereignties across the globe now must solve new conflicts and face new issues throughout the following years. In a world where countries rush to pick sides, a world that pits communism against democracy, dictators against presidents, and freedom against oppression, what will come of this battle of philosophy? Will anybody come out unscathed? Who will survive after the coldest day?

With two sides (communism and democracy) fighting for dominance over the world with the Soviet Union and the United States leading the way for the respective sides. You are allowed to deviate in pre-RP history slightly, but nothing major like the United States becoming communist, minor changes can be made to history to make a significantly different world that was know at the time. During the RP, history can be changed greatly, the Soviet Union can win the Cold War, the Republic of China may defeat the Communists, and South Vietnam never loses during the Vietnam War. So have at everyone!

THE SEVEN OP COMMANDMENTS
Now, in this domain, I am King thus my word is law here! Only I make the laws, though the CO-OP's can issue edicts of their own after talking with me about them before I decide whether to add it as a rule.
1. ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I TOLERATE ANY FLAMING OR DISRESPECT OF ANY PLAYER! I WILL NOT STAND IT! We are all here to have fun right? So no spoiling it with foul play. If there is any act of flaming, the flamer will be suspended from the IC and OOC and the Mods will be informed.
2. No Godmodding. I am unanimous on this point. Same goes for Metagaming and all other basic RP rules.
3. No wielding OP like control unless you are OP, which you cant be cause that's me, or you are a CO-OP.
4. No one liners in the IC. Period. I ask for simply at least two paragraphs, that's it, this shouldn't be too hard.
