The Premier had called an emergency wartime meeting in the Kremlin regarding the recent Chernarussian declaration of war on Inprobus and the future war operations Chernarus would stage as the Coalition forces assembled in the Nickel Empire and Canadas for an eventual invasion of Inprobus; among those who would be present, other than the Premier, was President Dmitry Vladislav, Chief of General Staff Alexei Zhukov, Minister of National Defense Yuri Baganov, and the various commanders of the other branches of the Chernarussian military. All of the leading military commanders and generals as well as government officials had been called up for the meeting, and the Premier made a few last-minute adjustments to his suit, wanting to look presentable for the meeting. After only a minute of waiting, the first arrival, Baganov, entered the door. The two of them exchanged their greetings, with the Premier offering him a drink, which was promptly refused. This was an important meeting, after all. The rest of the men who had been called by the Premier to attend the meeting entered one by one, in the next few minutes; once Nikoláy was sure that everybody was present, the meeting began.

"As all of you should know, fairly recently, the country of Inprobus, under James Ziett II, has launched two unjustified invasions of Omya and Cretiz, without any form of casus beli. With this, a Coalition of nations across the globe have condemned this move, and as we speak, troops are being gathered and assembled in the Nickel Empire and Canadas for an invasion of Inprobus. Chernarus is part of this Coalition, and I have announced that an initial force of 100,000 men will be sent to the Nickel Empire to participate into the invasion." The Premier paused. "This invasion will, with absolute certainty, cost many lives, especially Chernarussian ones - we also have no complete idea of Inprobusian military capabilities, given that they have been mostly isolated from the rest of the world. The recent Ziett coup has changed this, and with the invasions in mind, we can safely assume that the Inprobusian military is not one to be taken lightly, given how quickly they were able to overwhelm resistance on Omya and Cretiz. However, despite this, the sheer military might of the Coalition will be able to overwhelm Inprobus; how we will win is not the question, but rather, how will we minimize our losses while still, at the same time, participating in the invasion and scoring victories against the opposing forces." Nikoláy finished, looking around the room to answer any questions or address any suggestions the group would come up.

"If I may, Premier?" Baganov said, and received a curt nod in response, "It is true that we have no real idea of the full military capabilities of the Inprobusian military, and the only intelligence we have are mostly unconfirmed reports sent from resisting forces in Omya and Cretiz - and that this also hinders our goal of ultimately minimizing Chernarussian losses while still advancing and assisting in the Coalition invasion. However, it would be preferable that, before we make any rash decisions, we consult with the rest of the Coalition nations first, namely the Nickel Empire, Petrokovia, Exaequatio, and Canadas. Cooperation is key if we are to minimize our losses and yet still invade Inprobus successfully." The rest of the group voiced their approval for Baganov, including the Premier. "I completely agree; after this meeting is concluded, I will send a message to the rest of the Coalition in regards to this."

"Even with that, there's still the problem of what we do as the Coalition begins to advance further into Inprobus," The Chief of General Staff started, "Chernarussian logistical and supply capabilities have never been our strong suit, and we can only expect resistance to get only more fanatical and determined as we advance further. Given that we're not contributing as much troops to the invasion compared to countries like Petrokovia, we should be careful on how we progress in the invasion, and appoint sensible commanders to lead our forces in the invasion."

"Naturally," The President responded to the Chief, "it might also be logical to, with consultation with the rest of the Coalition, of course, to seek a single commander of the Coalition invasion force, although some nations might not agree to one. However, like Baranov said, we should cooperate and seek a possible meeting involving major commanders of the Coalition force, to come up with a plan for invading Inprobus." The meeting continued on, as the group discussed various topics and matters of relevance pertaining to the invasion and Inprobus. However, soon, it was concluded, and once the rest of the group had already left the Kremlin, the Premier prepared to send a message to the rest of the Coalition:

Regarding the situation involving Inprobus, I would like to request a meeting between the leaders of all Coalition nations, in order to effectively coordinate a strategy against Inprobus and ensure that the invasion, while still remaining successful, results in a minimal loss of both civilian and military losses. Cooperation is imperative to the success of the invasion, and given that we have no real idea of Inprobusian military capabilities, it is also necessary that our forces cooperate in order to fight against the defending Inprobusian military. The meeting will discuss all matters of relevance regarding the war and hopefully will also discuss a possible strategy of fighting against Inprobus for use by all Coalition nations and militaries.

Chancellor Otto von Bismarck was walking to the conference room where a meeting was being held to decide whether or not the Empire should finally go to war against James Ziett II. Already he could hear the booming sound of people applauding. cheering and booing at the speeches being said whether war or peace was the answer. Otto entered the room, nobody seemed to notice him as everybody kept listening to the speeches. He took his seat next to President Crowley. "What has happened so far?" Otto said to Crowley. "There has been 7 speeches so far, not including this one, then we have one from the Emperor before anything happens." As Crowley replied. The speech went on for what seemed forever before the speaker said "and this concludes my speech to the parliament for why war must not happen." As the person left the podium they were met by a barrage of cheering, booing and applauding. The crowd fell silent as Emperor TonyDimes walked up to the podium. All eyes strained on him as he cleared his throat and started speaking.

"Members of parliament, the military and the cabinet, you have been sitting here all day listening to people believe why we should and shouldn't declare war on James Ziett II. They have all been long, so I will try to keep my speech short. All the speeches have valid points. I am for one believe we should declare war on James Ziett II. Well he has said he will do nothing to the Empire if we don't act aggressive to him in any way, this is just his way of cloaking his real intention; to make the Empire fearful of him so we don't try and stop him while his armies go rampaging on our door-step. While his intentions do seem good now this is the first step in forcing us to become his own personal protectorate. Mark my words, once that happens the children of the Empire will be forced to fight in his armies for world conquest while the parents are sent to work camps to slave away in order to feed the war machine. Our friend Edward Eichmann was driven out of his country who did nothing threating to the world and who is currently here raising an army to help regain power. In the wake of Edward's departure a human who more crazy and blood thirsty then his dad has come to power to make the entire world bow down to him or be broken in the process. Our friends and allies have sent forces to the Empire as we mobilized our own for war. They are expecting us to make the first strike and the longer we wait the more powerful Inprobus becomes. So the question is when is war going to come not how can we avoided it. So I ask you do you want to see the world fall or do you want to see it rise?"

The crowd exploded into clapping and cheering as Emperor TonyDimes walked off the stage. "So Crowley I guess ware going to war." "Good, I was getting nervous it wasn't going to happen."

Army Group Southern Cretiz will invade will the Southern part of Cretiz, hence the Army Groups name led by Field Marshal Bart Simpsons with soldiers from Kristall to help from the penal colony. Army Group Western Inprobus will invade western and north-western Inprobus to prevent a counter-attack led by General Diocletian while Army Group Southern Inprobus will go straight for the capital fled by General Maximian. All our other allies will be in the various Army Groups. "

"Good Erich, you have done a fine job, now send the orders for the soldiers to move it."

Nickelian forces have now crossed the Inprobusian frontier to start a war not seen in decades.

Exaequatio has sent several fleets to blockade the sea near Inprobus. It's also contains one million troops which will be deployed on the Inprobussian shores. Prime Minister Fontaine has stated that he wants Inprobus' government overturned and its leaders turned over for trial, including Ziett and Eichmann, and to establish Inprobus into a democracy.

Fontaine offers Ziett to surrender himself peacefully and in exchqnge the world powers will grant Ziett leniency during his trial and sentence.

With little debate, Petrokovia has declared war on the Empire of Inprobus, stating that its invasions of Cretiz and Omya were unfounded and unacceptable. Petrokovia has sent 1.5 million troops to the Nickel Empire to aid in their invasion, and has asked Canadas to allow Petrokovian troops in their nation as well. The USSP has sent a large naval blockade consisting of 5 Naval Squadrons to the waters of Omya and Cretiz, and is transporting some 5 million troops to land in former Cretiz by means of large transport vessels. They are expected to storm the beaches in two days. Along with these 5 million Petrokovian troops, is a force of 10,000 Kromoli troops and 500,000 Yakreshnanese troops is aiding the invasion of Inprobus. Petrokovia's military numbers have swelled to about 11 million in the week since Petrokovia declared war on Inprobus.

Grand Admiral Anders Hansen was on deck on the Leviathan Tordenskjold overseeing operation Vitulf (White wolf) the naval blockade and bombardment of Inprobusian cities and their navy. They were also reafy to assist Petrokovian troops in reaching Inprobus as they were able to Ferry the armies over to selected bridgeheads that the Imperial Special Forces were soon to establish. It was 02:67 as the canoes were put in the water as 750 men silently sailed towards the major port as the fleet was distracting them with bombardments

The footsteps of Field Marshal Paulus were heard by the occupants of the command post. The 2 guards stood at attention and saluted when Paulus entered the command post. "At ease. You two may leave." The guards quickly left, leaving Paulus alone with General Schweinfurt, who was working a radio. He turned around, and looked at Paulus. "I don't need to salute you, do I?" Paulus smiled. "Normally, you do. But ill cut you some slack." Schweinfurt nodded. "Thanks. Anyway, everything is ready. We can now move on Omya as soon as you give the go-ahead." "Excellent. The plan should work. Our fleets in Omya's northern shores should act as a steel wall. As we push into Omya, the Inprobussian forces will move towards the north. Any remaining forces will face our fleet. Speaking of fleets, is the plans for the Cretiz invasion still in use? I heard the Petrokovian's were to land on the Cretiz shores." "Unfortunately, the Petrokovian's are there, Paulus. The plan cannot be set into motion." Paulus dropped his cigar onto the floor. He did not need to grind it out, as the bitter cold extinguished it for him. "Dammit," Paulus said. "I suppose we can maybe work out a plan with them, seeing as we are invading Cretiz either way." Schweinfurt turned off the radio, and turned back to Paulus. "I'm afraid I have more bad news. The super tanks that were given flamethrowers need a bit of work. The fuel tanks for the flamethrowers were not installed correctly. Our engineers are solving the problem." Paulus sighed. "For God's sake. We needed those to clear out the deep snow. And to cook the food." "Do we postpone the invasion?" "No. Operation Cold Steel must proceed on schedule. Have the units cross the border. And hopefully, we can reveal our super tanks on the frontlines, as they will cast shadows of fear on the enemy." "They cast shadows alright. Those things are pretty damn big. Not to mention unconventional." "Schweinfurt, just look at our Cougar's and FV215's. This nations tank forces are anything but conventional. Now get the troops ready to move. And don't forget the forces at Valais AFB. We will defiently need air support during this operation." "Alright. Ill get it done." With that, Paulus left Schweinfurt to get things ready.

2 hours later

The rumbling of tanks was felt by the border guards as the vehicles passed the border patrol station. Followed closely by the infantry transports, the tanks moved at high speeds. The plan was to use blitzkrieg tactics, where the armour was to move fast and quickly seize territory from the enemy. However, the infantry was to also move with the tanks. And to keep supply lines from becoming vulnerable, forces still in ACOC would move in and secure the captured territory afterwards. Once the invasion force was passed the border patrol station, General Schweinfurt, who was inside a Jadgtiger command tank, opened his hatch and looked back. He smiled as he saw the 7 super tanks following closely. He closed the hatch again and radioed Paulus. "This is Schweinfurt. Just calling to tell you the forces are over the border. Who needs passports when you have thousands of tons of armour and guns?" Paulus laughed. "Excellent, and the super tanks?" "They are keeping up just fine. I'm surprised those things can do 35 kilometres, seeing as they weigh a tonne." "Actually, they weigh 188 tonnes, and they can do 35 because of their, not one, but two engines." He paused. "But be careful. While it's massive amount of armour will keep any enemy tanks from destroying it, the enemy is not stupid, and will use artillery and bombs against them. And if the tanks get bogged down, it will be incredibly easy to hit them. We have one super tank's flamethrower working. Use it to melt the snow so they won't get stuck. Treat the tanks like you would a god, Schweinfurt. They are not cheap, and because of that, they are the only ones we are getting for the entire operation." "You got it. Schweinfurt out." He turned off the radio, and sat back in his chair. "Lets kick this war off," he said.

Somewhere in the Nickel Empire

The commander of the Chernarussian troops, General Aleksandr Kochev, scanned the reports about the Inprobusian military; most of them were simply summaries of unconfirmed reports from their invasions of Omya and Cretiz, and what little intelligence resistance in both occupied countries were able to gather. However, new reports were coming in thanks to satellite imagery, which allowed him to view the locations of Inprobusian defenses and their forces, which would surely be mobilizing now with a Coalition having been formed to invade them. In the front of the room was a screen displaying a map of Inprobus, and his most senior army officers were gathered around a table, discussing Chernarussian plans for an invasion, which would have to be finalized at the Coalition meeting that would happen soon. Kochev was also aware that, despite the reports, he still had no real idea of what their military was like, and that would have to be discovered through actual combat. Currently, 50,000 troops had already arrived in the Nickel Empire, along with substantial numbers of aircraft, tanks, vehicles, and artillery for the invasion. Two air fields were under the process of construction near the Headquarters and once operational, the Chernarussian Air Force would be able to start conducting operations and sorties against Inprobus.

"I realize that we have a distinct lack of information on the Inprobusian military, but hopefully we'll be able to get at least a brief overview of their military and combat capabilities from the reports. More should already be coming in, and the headquarters staff is constantly working to get it sorted out." Kochev said before turning to the screen. On it was a map of Inprobus, as well as Omya and Cretiz, which were both colored a lighter shade than Inprobus to signify that they were being occupied by Inprobusian forces, but not formally recognized as part of Inprobus. Arrows had been placed on the map, representing invasions that had already happened. So far, no heavy, bloody combat had taken place and Inprobus was being awfully quiet in regards to the war, other then there threat to launch ICBMs at everyone. Tapping several times on the screen, an arrow appeared into a strip of Inprobusian territory separating the Nickel Empire into the two - the planned Chernarussian invasion which would take place once Chernarus's full force was deployed. However, to ensure that the operation was successful, the Stavka wanted a separate Nickelian invasion from the mainland to join up with Chernarussian forces in the middle and finally connect the two lands.

I propose the meeting be hosted in Krasnograd, given that it is the capital city of Petrokovia, one of the major contributors to the invasion, and the fact that it is far away from Inprobus, thus preventing putting our leaders into unnecessary danger. Should Petrokovia agree to this arrangement, the meeting will be held in 2 days.

The Premier of the USSP agrees to the proposal for a meeting in Krasnograd, and a building is prepared for the meeting.

Petrokovian troops arrive in the Nickel Empire, and join the offensive, bolstering the Nickelian attack. Meanwhile, Petrokovian troops land in former Cretiz, and set up bases of operation. More troops are sent, and when they arrive, the total number of Petrokovian troops on Cretizian soil will amount to roughly 15 million, with 1 million Yakreshnanese troops and 50,000 Kromoli troops. Petrokovia still awaits a response from Canadas as to if the USSP is allowed to send troops to their soil.

The leader of the Armacian government and General of the army, Marcus Lee, had stated that the co-Leader of the government and the Lieutenant General - Mike, of the army will be assigned as field marshal for this war.

With Mike sent along with the 300,000 soldiers to Nickel soil, Marcus had to head to Krasnograd himself to discuss about the matters of this war. He issued a letter to the rest of the coalition stating:

Marcus, the leader and general of the Armacian government and army, will be attending the meeting that will be held in Krasnograd.

The private jet finally touched down on the runway, slowing down as it soon came to complete halt. The stairs descended, and from the jet soon emerged two people - the Premier of the Soviet People's Republic of Chernarus, Nikoláy Medvedev and the Chernarussian Armed Forces Chief of General Staff, Alexei Zhukov. Both had arrived to the Petrokovian capital to discuss working out plans for the invasion of Inprobus, along with other Coalition government and military leaders. He hoped that the meeting would be productive, although he had its doubts, of course, like with most other international, or at least partly-international meetings. The Chief of Staff and the Premier had also brought along a folder which included several maps, reports, some of them about Inprobus, but most of them detailed possible Chernarussian war operations and plans for the invasion, and even satellite images of Inprobusian defenses and the like. Entering a car, which flew the Chernarussian flag on its hood, both of the Chernarussian arrivals were soon on their way to the designated meeting place for the Coalition.

Adoff was not happy. His weekly crocodile wrestling match was disrupted by the news that apparently James Ziett II was about to be removed from power and replaced with a World Council-approved Socialist puppet. Needless to say, he was strongly opposed to such an action, and decided to back out of the country's "None of our business" policy. Within minutes a poorly-made green screen set was prepared, with Adoff sitting on a chair in front of a Ukranasian flag. The message was immediately broadcasted internationally.

"People of the world! For too long, we of Ukranas have been ignoring the agonized cries of a world..."

Adoff frowned at his hastily prepared speech.

"*Ahem*, a world in pain. Now it is time that we deny the struggles of the third-world no longer!"

He threw his paper to the ground, turning to the offscreen technicians.

"Who the hell wrote this shit? You? We ARE a third-world nation, you idiot!"

Aware that the broadcast was live, he sat back down and coughed.

"Anyway, the gist of this stupid speech is that we're sending some troops to support the peacekeeping force. I'm afraid we can only spare about 200, but at least it'll be a symbol that we'd love to help if we could. We don't have a navy though, despite being a coastal nation, so we'll need someone else to transport them. Glory to Ukranas!"

Edward Kenway stepped out of the private jet that just landed on the runway. He was followed by Lieutenant General Guy Simonds, and 2 members of the Elite Guard, who were on their way to the meeting. "This should be interesting," Simonds said, "I have never been to an international meeting before." Edward laughed. "Well, you are in for a treat. These people can never get along with each other, and fights are common. Though, I do have a bone to pick with every idiot who wants Inprobus to be a democracy." "Why is that? Isn't democracy a good thing?" "Usually. But the majority of those wanting a democracy will turn Inprobus into some socialist loser country. And we have enough commies and socialists on this planet. Also, Inprobus is simply not ready for democracy. It needs to be built up over years, not just thrown up over the course of a few days. And especially not after a bloody war. Forced democracy never, I repeat, NEVER works." Edward then whispered into Simonds ear. "I also want to inform the coalition of our new tanks. These things have been sitting in R&D for seventy years, and now we have finished them. Paulus and Schweinfurt have some to fuck shit up in Omya." With that, the 4 stepped into the Rolls Royce awaiting to take them to the meeting.

The car finally pulls up to the designated meeting building, and Medvedev as well as Zhukov step out. They enter the meeting, before taking their seats and setting down the folder. Hopefully they should be able to start the meeting relatively soon once the leaders and military commanders of the other Coalition countries started to arrive.

Ziett II rushed down to his chambers where his dozens of heads were stored. "My friends, I must speak with you! I need your advice! The world is coming to attack Inprobus!"
Diablo: We must defend ourselves. Begin sending troops to all parts of the borders. We must destroy the blockade that they have established. There are millions of troops from Petrokovia, and the Nickel Empire. We must wipe them out!

Ziett contacted his generals and ordered them to prepare three million troops to intercept Nickelian/Petrokovian forces, and a million troops to intercept Canadian forces. Ziett has also ordered to begin to mobilize the navy to attack the Exaequato-Sjealnd blockade and to keep them from advancing there troops and establishing beachheads. However, many generals belive that Ziett is too harmful to keep alive, especially after many purges and imprisonment of almost half of the military leaders of Inprobus. It is expected, unbeknownst to Ziett, that many generals and soldiers will turn on him and fight against him.

"Prepare to launch ALL of our ICBMs at the Nickel Empire and Canada." Ziett said to one of his generals. Ziett DXXII was also present in the palace chambers. He was the only completely sane individual of the Ziett children. He secretly wanted to take over Inprobus and kill his insane brothers. However, he lacked support and was forced to pretend to support Ziett II. Ziett DXXII rolled his eyes. "Are you serious James (II)? You're going to launch all of our missiles at them?"
"Of course I am! I warned them!"
Ziett DXXII nodded and smiled. He knew that this was his opportunity to strike and gain support, even if only by an outside source. "Okay James (II), I won't argue." He secretly sent an encrypted message to the countries of the Nickel Empire and Canada.

Meanwhile in an unknown location in Chertycia... (OOC: Please don't respond to the part of the thread below. I just want to establish that Ziett IV and LVII is in hiding and establish that they will be an issue later down the road, long after this current war has ended.)

After several weeks at sea, Emperor James Ziett IV had arrived to Chertycia, a seemingly uninhabited place in the world. He was free to utilize its resources and create a secret base to begin training his already million strong army. He had plans to build a space station to orbit earth and capable of destroying entire cities with its mighty kinetic bombardment platform. He had been launching the space station in parts with Inprobussian satellites in order to avoid the world from knowing what he was doing. But now with the war, he had to flee and start to build from scratch. He was now years behind schedule, but he had many tricks up his sleeve. Known as "MacGyver" among his bothers for his ability to build things from almost nothing, he was confident that he would be back on schedule in short time.

Meanwhile back in Inprobus...
Emperor James Ziett LVII who legally changed his name to Adoff Hitler II, was secretly raising an all-Aryan army in an unknown location underground in Inprobus. The army was quickly growing due to the hundreds of secret kidnappings around the world of men, women, and children. The young were brainwashed into thinking that they were the inheritors of the Fourth Reich, while the men and women were forced into "breeding programs" to give rise to more pure-bred Aryan children for more brainwashing. With the news of the was, Hitler II went into complete hiding to continue his ever psychotic and misguided campaign to rule the world.

Hitler II was happy of the current circumstances. A war in Inprobus and a potentially occupied one would mean more instability and potentially lead to him taking the throne with nothing but his charismatic charm.

President Crowley stood at the top of the steps leading to the ground. The plane that had taken him to Petrokovia had touched down and he was looking around, taking in the scenery and smell around him as it had been more that a year since he had been to Petrokovia, on a political mission not for a vacation. Not many government ministers went to Petrokovia for vacation due to the cold as they preferred the warmth of Exaequatio and Ukranas.

He walked down the steps followed by two members of the Royal Bodyguard. One of the Bodyguards had a brief-case full of intelligence taken by Nickelian soldiers of Army Group Inprobus before they were killed to a soldier.

After a small drive they stopped near the building where the meeting would take place. The three people then got out of the car and entered the building, took their seats and waited for the meeting to start.

Emperor TonyDimes was in the war room of the Parliamentary Palace with the Senior Government Ministers and Generals to make the next room for the invasion. Everybody was getting mad at the slow process so it was ordered that Army Group Inprobus South was ordered to go straight for the Inprobusian capital Imperial Center. Suddenly a messenger ran up to the men looking over a map.

"Emperor, Senior Ministers and Generals an encrypted message arrived from Inprobus."

"Who sent it? Surely not one of our own?" It was Waffen-SS chief Stardox.

"No sadly, it was one of the Ziett Brothers."

After reading the letter and debating all the choices it was decided to have people go to the air-raid stations in the country or if possible go the country-side while the Luftwaffe would try and destroy suspected missile silos.

"Do you think we can trust him, my Emperor?" Stardox asked TonyDimes.

"I'm not sure, I have dealt with this family before and they are unpredictable, if this information is true I would like to meet this person or at least get another message. Not rest it has been a long day."

The rest of the Petrokovian force arrives in Cretiz, bringing the total amount of troops in Cretiz to 15 million. The large force marches forward, intent of liberating Cretiz in record time.
Petrokovian forces fighting alongside the Nickel Empire's forces provide aid, marching towards the capital as well.

The Premier greets those who have arrived, offering them a glass of whiskey while they wait for the others.

The Exaequation Minister of Defense landed in Petrokovia as invited and to begin coordinating efforts with other members. "Hello everyone. My name is General William Bradley." He said in a tight lipped way. His face was so stolid it was as if built of stone.

Meanwhile, the Exaequation naval blockade prepared to ready itself agaisnt the Inprobussian navy. It was unknown of Inprous' naval strength and so there was some tension before the interception.
