This only requires that you catalogue a location before dumping diethyl mercury on it, nothing more than that. So no, no economic damage will be done.
Fabulously bisexual.
Note: I do not use NS stats for my RP, instead I use numbers I made up one evening when writing my factbooks.

Ambassador, could you show us where in the resolution we are shutting down your economy? Clearly that was not our intention.

We also offer our best wishes for the speedy recovery of the Wallenburg ambassador - and we would hope that the good ambassador Bell has prints available of that rather fine painting. Our office could do with some colour.

*General Treestomper enters the building clearly enraged*
THESE DARNED hippies and their ecology concerns! I dont give 2 freedoms for what they think nor care for any environmental impacts our fine nation has on the universe. If these species arr so unique that they become extinct then they had it coming for them. Syrvival of the fitttest is a natural thing and ill damn sure not be the weakest link in this hippiefest.... if you want any of that nonsense then you can migrate to hippietopia that put this resolution on the table. * furiously pointing in a certain unknown direction. And continues:

IF the WASP has such a strong need to collect the reseach data then THEY should be the ones to organise these expeditions for their data. I will not sacrifise my manpower or money on these hippietours just to gather some information that i could not care less about. We will vote AGAINST this proposal untill the responsibility of expeditions lied with the WASP

As we see the environment and the Earth as a physical manifestation of the Goddess Herself, We, the Hindu Matriarchy of Shaktirajya must vote FOR this resolution.

OOC: :palm: For Christ's sake, it's a goddamned education resolution! It has no effect on your economy.

IC: :palm: "For buggeration's sake, it's a godsdamned scientific survey requirement! There's not even a regulatory burden in it, just a mandate to spend a few bucks cataloguing some biomes. If your government budget can't handle that much, I can only guess your economy's so far down the shitter that no WA policy, or lack of it, is going to have a serious effect. Now be still with your industrial paranoia, nobody's coming to confiscate your guns factories."

My dear delegate, the general answers. Maybe you could not hear my point because i was not loud enough but let me try once again

We are not concerned a out the economical impacts at all. We might wven contribute to a fund that allows the WASP to investigate the biomes however we as a government do not feel responsible for the reseach and education on unique biomes other than the broadly taught darwinism statement: survival of the fittest and elimination of the weakest will benefit all species on the earth. We feel that if the WA really wants to research these biomes then they should do so under the flag and effords of the WASP and not under the nations bodies.

Placing this under WASP control in its entirity creates a huge overarching body which would have to go to extreme measures to accommodate the wide and varied nations and worlds that make up the WA, at huge expense to all nations. We decided to leave the finer details up to individual nations on the basis that they most certainly more able to adequately plan and administer such expeditions. Should any nation find itself unable to launch a scientific expedition due to lack of funds or trained personnel, help and expertise will be provided by the WA.

Well ambassadors, with four hours to go, it appears that this resolution may well pass. Should this pass, drinks are on the Caracasusian world assembly delegation budget!

Well ambassadors, a big thank you to all that helped this pass, either at the drafting phase or through their continued support. Feel free to join the entire Caracasusian WA delegation (we're even giving the interns the evening off) in The Stranger's bar.
