Emilí Valore stepped into the Boaradoris Building, along with James Trailai and Madeliné Porvola, the rest of Dashgrinaar's delegation. The three got settled into their residences, and waited below for the others.

Marya Pramazski and Frank Macanoski walked into the building and settled in. They saw the Dashgrinaari delegation team and introduced herself.

Wilhelm Kriessler, Maria Russiar, and Philip Ruhausser walked into the building, seeing the other two delegations. So the three of them walked over and began to politely introduce themselves.

"Hello, how do you do?" said Emilí, "I am Emilí Valore, the head of the delegation from Dashgrinaar. I hope you have settled into your rooms, they are quite spacious. Follow me, and we can head to the meeting room to start business.

Marya shook Emili's hand and said "Hello, I am Marya Pramazski and this is Frank Macanoski. We are from Jagellion."

"Hello, how do you do?" said Emilí, "I am Emilí Valore, the head of the delegation from Dashgrinaar. I hope you have settled into your rooms, they are quite spacious. Follow me, and we can head to the meeting room to start business.

Marya shook Emili's hand and said "Hello, I am Marya Pramazski and this is Frank Macanoski. We are from Jagellion."

They all walked to a spacious meeting room and sat around the table.

"Welcome everyone. This will be our meeting room. I am Emilí Valore. Our first order of business is to pick a Secretary-General, who will preside over the meetings. The rules for this is that each nation can nominate one nation, and whichever nation is picked will supply the Secretary-General. Unfortunately, you may not vouch for your nation. Also, the SG will not vote. To begin, Dashgrinaar nominates the PPU."

The three of them were lead into to room and took their seats. They seem to bicker amongst themselves until the topic was brought up. They agreed within seconds "We would like to vote Dashgrinaar" Maria said with authority.

At that moment, the door opened and an extrodinarily short blond-haird man entered followed by an even shorter woman with thick black hair.

"Hello," said the man, "My name is Mr. Shroeder, Ambassador of Peanuta. May I present our Director of Economic Affairs Lucy Van Pelt?"

She and her two companions quickly discussed.

"We have agreed, I Emilé Valore, am the Secretary-General. Thank you. Our first order of business is to chose a currency to use as the sole trading currency, as mentioned in Article 3."
