The Scottopian Isles Football Association (also known as SIFA) is the governing body of football within the Royal CommonWealth and has the ultimate responsibility for the control and development of association football in the Scottopian Isles. SIFA is a controlling member of all 32 domestic club teams and in right, has the ability to manage deals created with each individual team reguarding a variety of subjects, depending however on the willingness of all parties to agree to terms set down by the Ministry of Athletics, Ministry of Commrence and the Scottopian Isles Football Association with their partners.

Football is well loved in the Scottopian Isles and with the start of the season fast approaching on August 1st, 2015, many teams are preparing for their chances on the championship as well as to gain promotion to the higher division. As of today, July 5th, 2015, until January 5th, 2016 the Transfer Window is open for all 32 domestic club teams in all 3 teirs. International Nations may submit a maximum of 5 players per nation, Astyrian Nation may sumbit a maximum of 10 players per nation. Foreign agencies representing these players may provide their offer on contracts for their players by filling out the application below and a representitive from the Club Team you are interested in will contact you shortly on the contract timeframe they wish to engage your player to.
