We are on a world modeled off of real life, as in that is the origin of our planet which is similar to the original Earth, as an experiment, though IC the "theory" is controversial and not accepted by everyone, in part because there is very little written proof of it. So, in a way, far into the future. But IC it is 2050, a few centuries since the inhabitants of the original Earth for whatever reason abandoned us (as in stopped interfering).

My timeline is vagueish, because my world is a part of this known world. I've run role plays in the medieval period, equivalent to around 500 BC, and more modern RPS with more modern nations visiting at modern day.

I just roleplay as modern time with the World Assembly, since that makes it simpler with the modern tech nations in the WA.

We are about 2043, in a slightly alternate timeline- obviously, as Hong Kong and Macau are united and independent rather than part of the PRC. Basically just far enough ahead to utilize fusion power and improved urban transit/building technology.

I RP in the year 2025-30, the technology is mostly modern 2015 technology, but futuristic technologies are increasingly common. And my country isn't actually real (geographically speaking), it's on a fictional island in the Caribbean.

No clear timeline, but I imagine it is around ~2400. We've got guns that shoot plasma for miles, antimatter bombs and interstellar FTL travel, but no massive Dyson Spheres or things like that. The nation is on a distant planetary system.

The year on our calendars reads 2097, but much of our technology is similar to that of the world of the game series "Dead Space", which takes place in 2508. The only reason as to why we aren't an interstellar empire yet is because of the sheer amount of resources in our system, negating the need to expand.
