This is a mainly RP-based community, centered around a central RP and several other splinter RPs and mroe specific chats. You don't have to participate in any of them, except I highly suggest you are at least somewhat active in the central RP and the central Chat.
To a deeper degree, this is a Coalition of nations bound together politically, militarily, and economically. The goal of the Coalition is simple: Dominate the Omniverse.

RULES
1.) If you wouldn't say something in public/in front of close relatives/on camera/to a mod, then don't say it here. Try to keep it at a PG-13 rating or below. Even if you're slaughtering a planet, refrain from going into detail for the most graphic parts. Also, don't turn this into a porno, it won't be tolerated. Remember, there is usually at least one mod watching a thread, and they see all.
2.) If you state a fact about your nation that isn't in a factbook, write it in a factbook and don't change it for no reason. Sure, it'll change after wars and such, but you don't magically go from owning 0.5 billion to 1807461084517895706875 quadrillion systems in hours.
3.) Have fun and allow others to do so.
4.) All your typical forum and RP rules apply.
5.) This works democratically for the most part, but I, the second-in-command, and the third-in- command will be able to give executive orders at times. Follow these when there is not a clear reason not to.
