Exaequation Alliance wrote:DP-441 spoke in his usual, genial tone. "Well actually, intelligent life never evolved on Usatuna. You see the Usatunan evolved on aother planet. But their home world was about to be destroyed when their star entered into its red giant phase. So the Alliance moved all of them to another planet, which was of course named Usatuna. It lacked any animal life, but was however filled with lush plant life. So now that we got that small detail settled. I--" He was then cut off by Hjicklerticteklatdo.
"For Yahova's sake! You kept vital information from us! And you sit there smug and arrogant and blame it on us?!" He slammed one of his ten tentacle-like appendages on the table, which knocked over a glass of blue milk. "I can't believe this!"
DP-441 continued. "Well don't worry about reparations," he said to the various Numeneran delegates. "We can rebuild their cities worth no issues. In fact most of the infrastructure survived. Reparations are technically impossible any way, since Usatuna is a member of the Alliance, and the Alliance has no true economy." He paused and gathered his thoughts. "I do agree however, that you need to disclose any other possible threat to the galaxy. We can't have something like this happen again."
He looked over at Rayne, "Yes we are aware of your isolationist trend in your nation. We suffer the same fate too, and seems many others join us in this 'galactic isolationist' viewpoint. Personally, I find it overall negative to the development of our nations and the well being of the galaxy. Which is why I propose a cultural alliance between all nations who wish to participate." DP-441 just came up with that out of no where, and merely said it to sound diplomatic. He was hoping no one would take him up on this 'cultural pact' as other wise he would have to wing it and come up with the provisions on the spot.

"I doubt it." said Rayne. "You guys seem pretty one-dimensional..."
The two Hek'ell stood in front of Speares and got closer to Aura and the other Numeneran delegates. "You will not treat him like that. He IS a god. And so is his entire race." Speares sat quietly in the background, smiling. The City States of Numenera wrote:"I have to agree with the Petrokovian delegate." said Aura. "As for your superiority we have meet races who's very intelligence and technology makes them into gods. If your so superior why is it that this galaxy, let alone this planet even exist now? Surely a superior beings such as yourself would have turned this world into nothing more but building blocks for your ships." she said sarcasm seeping out of her voice. From the first meeting the delegate from IE was the first time she truly met a being that she can hate and while inflecting physical harm isn't her nature she has nothing against insulting the egotistical delegate.
