Could someone provide descriptions of the various sectors, and provide some real-life examples of what a government is doing when it spends money there? I'm particularly interested in social policy.

It was examples of how spending in each of the sectors found there would affect citizens' lives that I was curious about.
The United Socialist States of Canafis is a scholarly bastion of learning and reason, comprised of intelligentsia who rank themselves by the number of their university degrees. The United Socialist States of Canafis respects the less fortunate citizens of its nation and provides ample support for its neediest citizens in the form of public housing and Welfare. The citizens of The United Socialist States of Canafis generally tolerate the petty Administration officials who occasionally inject their presence into many citizens' and businesses' daily lives. The mostly-uniform citizens of The United Socialist States of Canafis are treated fairly equally when it comes to most aspects of society such as laws, freedoms, rights, class, status and other common affairs due to a high level of spending on Social Equality. The birds and the bees live in harmony with the plants and the trees in Canafis, a lavish, stunningly beautiful nation noted for its high budgetary contributions to the Environment. Defence is of little concern to the Canafis government with only small percentage of their budget devoted to building armies and tanks. Commerce in Canafis is fairly healthy where there are more SuperConglomoMarts per capita than in most of its neighbors. Education is often a topic of great budgetary debate and a fairly major concern of the government of Canafis. Thanks to the high allocation of national funds to Public Transportation, getting around in The United Socialist States of Canafis is an easy and painless task for visitors and citizens alike. While not a high budget priority in The United Socialist States of Canafis, Spirituality is honored and respected by most citizens who regularly attend some kind of organized quest for well-being organized by the state. The HealthCare system in Canafis is all-encompassing and permeates most facets of life incorporating everything from wellness to well-being, from exercise to employment, from scoop to nuts and most things in between. Not everyone in Canafis is a police officer or a lawyer, but a lot of citizens are in this nation that has more than a passing interest in Law and Order.
