Director J Edgar Hoover Jr. sat in his office inside of the Gray House. He glanced out of the window, watching people scurry along in the United States of Unfreedom's fourth-largest city. He took a puff of his pipe. "I'm old-fashioned and I know it." he said laughing to himself. A wide-eyed man bursted through the door to his office. "Mr. Director! The embassies have replied to your message." said the man laying down a paper on Hoover's desk. Hoover slid on his reading glasses and began to read. "So the messages are being delivered to the Cedorian government?" he asked the man. "Yes, sir, they should be arriving in an hour give or take a few." said the man shrugging his shoulders. "Good, now would you fetch me some coffee?" asked Hoover. "Yes, sir." said the man running off. "The world is a very different now a days." said Hoover sighing as a formation of fighter-bombers flew overhead.

Secretary of State, Jacob Smith, didn't like having to oversee the planning of the security detail of the foreign dignitaries. "Yes, 10, 5 man patrols at the compound at all times." said Jacob over the phone. "Yes, we need as much security as possible at this meeting." he said hanging up the phone. "How is the security coming along, Jacob?" asked a familiar voice behind him. "Security." he said turning around to face the man. "Mr. Director." said Jacob nodding his head. "I do not want anything to go wrong at this meeting, do you hear me?" said Hoover. "Yes sir, everything is under control." said Jacob. "Good, get a message to Chairman Vallance informing him that his arrival will be taken here, at Andrews International Airport." said Hoover leaving the room.

"Director, who all will be allowed in at this upcoming meeting?" asked a reporter to the Gray House Director. "We will allow any foreign dignitary to attend, but only Cedoria and other..special nations will be allowed in for the negotiations." said the director. "Mr. Director, what is the purpose of this meeting?" asked another reporter. "The Gray House and the United States of Unfreedom government does not wish to disclose any information about this meeting yet to the public." said the director. "Thank you, and that is all the questions for today." said the director leaving the podium behind, walking through a big blue door behind him.
