Due to the need for increase exports and potentially and the limited capacities of our region the the EC decided to seek trade and development opportunities outside the region ... We at first started trade contracts with Yohannes, when are very profitable, and now EC looking for more trade partners.

We possess one of the largest agricultural sectors in the field of organic farming in the region ...We can also export a large volume of industrial crops, and especially rape. The largest sector in the region we have in the cultivation of cannabis, both for pharmaceutical and textile industries, and for use as cheap biomass for heating, and also to the classical use as drugs.

Great national industry which play an important role national and municipal enterprises in almost all sectors is very strong in robotics,informatic and comunication industry, manufacture of industrial parts and military industry. Very specific and dominant sector is Energy then, EC constitute more than 20% of electricity in the region and supplying the power grid of economic union CES ... The energy we produce with hydrogen, either in thermal power plants fueled by hydrogen or large nuclear power plants using Sunforge technology.
