"War. War never changes.
When atomic fire consumed the earth, those who survived did so in great, underground vaults. When they opened, their inhabitants set out across ruins of the old world to build new societies, establish new villages, forming tribes.

As decades passed, what had been the American southwest united beneath the flag of the New California Republic, dedicated to old-world values of democracy and the rule of law. As the Republic grew, so did its needs. Scouts spread east, seeking territory and wealth, in the dry and merciless expanse of the Mojave Desert. They returned with tales of a city untouched by the warheads that had scorched the rest of the world, and a great wall spanning the Colorado River.

The NCR mobilized its army and set it east to occupy the Hoover Dam, and restore it to working condition. But across the Colorado, another society had arisen under a different flag. A vast army of slaves, forged in the conquest of 86 tribes: Caesar's Legion.

Four years have passed since the Republic held the Dam - just barely - against the Legion's onslaught. The Legion did not retreat. Across the river, they gathered strength. Campfires burned, training drums beat.

Back East, time is different, the old Capital was scorched by nuclear fire, millions gone in an instant, no blood, no pride, after the Master's army was destroyed, those Super Mutants who didn't integrate into society up north, Went East, until they could see what was left of the Washington Monument poking into the sky, they started raiding parties, against those few lucky people that did survive the flames, but the tide turned when the Men in Steel arrived, Elder Owyn Lyons, leader of the Capital Wasteland Brotherhood of Steel, but now the Brotherhood has met its match, to the North is the Enclave (Pronounced Anclave). Who shout propaganda about bringing back the Old and reestablishing America, only the foolish believe this. But War. War never changes."

Short Bio: Henry used to be a member of the Brotherhood of Steel until he defected to the Enclave because he thought that his chances of surviving were better there. He eventually left the Enclave whenever he found out that his chances of surviving there weren't much better, and he found out about some of the "bad things" they were doing. So essentially he's a "shoot on sight" person for both organizations. But he's managed to survive this long so he must be pretty good at it.

Name: The Man With No Name or TMWNN for short (...and yes, I'm capable of comprehending the irony of completing a "Name" category with this). Other names include: the Wanderer of the Wastes, the Law in a Lawless Land and "That Guy".
Age: An accurate age for TMWNN doesn't exist although most accounts place him around the late-30s to mid-40s.
Equipment: TMWNN's equipment, according to supposed "eyewitness" accounts, varies depending on the situation and environmental factors.
Faction: TMWNN isn't affiliated with any known faction existing within or without the wastes of the former United States of America (which I believe, in the Fallout universe, was subdivided into 13 commonwealths).
Short Bio: Well, writing a biography for a mysterious character whose origin is relatively unknown is going to be fun...
Although there is no accurate date as to when TMWNN was born, physical descriptions placing him in his late-30s to mid-40s would put his date of birth in between 2243 and 2235; assuming he's 37 to 45 respectively. Accounts of his early life are few and far between, some even attesting to TMWNN being raised by deathclaws but the more reliable sources state that he was born in the sand-storm, drought ravaged, post-apocalyptic American mid-west. Whether he had a peaceful or tumultuous childhood is debatable (the latter being more likely) but what we do know, or at least believe to be a strong possibility, is that TMWNN was enslaved by raiding tribals at some point in his early adolescence. There aren't many tales about his life in captivity but TMWNN eventually escaped, some attributing slave revolts and rebellions to him. Stories began to surface about his exploits, small things at first; a raider gang wiped out here...a feral ghoul den cleared there. The tales of TMWNN's adventures gradually grew in their danger and daring; a nest of death claws inhabiting a quarry were found dead by prospectors...a super mutant group threatening a town in the Capital Wasteland were killed. However, like all good things, TMWNN's time had to come to an end. Some say he died at the first battle of Hoover Dam, others that the Enclave killed him in their assault on Project Purity but the particularly prudent don't believe he ever died; that he's still out there, wandering the wastes...

Short Bio: Stoyan Azenov was born in the year of 2239 in the New Vegas. Both of his parents were the leaders of the branch called Night Wolves MC - West Coast. Stoyan was educated by his mother; Steya, who is well-educated. In his childhood times, Stoyan was learned how to shoot by his father; Nikolai, who is a professional shooter. Stoyan keeps learning how to shoot until he became professional just like his father. In his teenage times, his father teached Stoyan how to drive a motorbike, Stoyan learned quickly. When he reached at the age of 26, he became a Lieutenant in the branch. He also met a hot American girl in New Vegas which she is so popular, first they became friends and then bestfriends and then mutual relationship and then serious relationship and then they have sex. They actually love each other. When Stoyan reach 31, a group of drunk NCR soldiers started to shoot the members of the Night Wolves which his father, mother, and his girlfriend got killed. Stoyan Azenov was really mad at the NCR; his motto said; "We do not forgive, we do not forget." Stoyan lost his loved ones but Stoyan takes his father's throne and he became the leader of the branch. He usually participates the NCR raiding in the West Coast. He is known as the Surgeon because he tortured his enemies brutally.

Pre-Apocalypse,
The pre-apocalypse biker-gang, the Night Wolves, was formed in the year of 1989 at the USSR. The club began forming out of a mixture of rock music fans and motorcycle enthusiasts who held then-illegal rock concerts in Moscow as far back as 1983. By 1989 the club was consolidated as an informal motorcycle group bearing the name "Night Wolves", during the Perestroika era of the Soviet Union. It became the first official bike club in the USSR. The club established several chapters in Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Germany, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Macedonia. Alexander Zaldostanov became the leader of the club in 1989.

The club runs multiple rock clubs and arranges many rock concerts in Russia. It also runs several tattoo parlors and is one of the founders of the annual International Moscow Tattoo Convention. In 1995, they launched a clothing line, "Wolf Wear," and established the "Wolf Engineering" custom shop subsidiary. It has gathered mechanics and general motorcycle enthusiasts from all across Russia, runs several motorcycle repair and custom shops and also developed the Wolf-Ural (Волк-Урал) motorcycle together with the manufacturer IMZ-Ural. They usually ride Harley-Davidsons. Another subsidiary is the racing team "Wolf Racing" which was created in 2001 and participates in and organizes various events in Russia.

Post-Apocalypse,
After the Nuclear War ended, the Soviet Union was affected in the nuclear fallout which resulted in the collapse of the Soviet Union. Various factions were formed inside the USSR but the Night Wolves never fell down. At the collapse of the USSR, the Night Wolves were scattered around in the former USSR countries and created their own branch. The Night Wolves also scattered in the post-apocalypse Europe where they created their own branch and roam in the ruins.

In the year of 2156, the Night Wolves goal is to internationalise the motorcycle club, reaching the faction to America, Asia, Middle East, and Africa. The first Night Wolves in America was established in Alaska and then Vancouver, then, California, and soon, all of the contagious United States.

In 2200s, the famous Night Wolves branch in the contagious United States were the West Coast which is the most active, brutal, and strongest branch in the United States. Raiding enemy bases like the NCR. Their hangout is located in New Vegas. Their territories reached their controlled some parts of Mojave Deserts to New Vegas.

Goals: Raiding enemy territories. Sometimes, they do joyride or killing survivors if they want to.

Faction Bio: Talon Company was all but destroyed at the hands of the Vault dweller, having come out and destroyed them in a heated battle after he sought revenge for the mercs sent out after him. Having been destroyed, they might not have ever come back. However, Gregory Lyons (long lost son of Owyn Lyons) has gone out and rebuilt Talon Company. They quickly grew in power from the remnants of the old Talon Company and then began scouring the wastes for more men. Gregory trained them himself, creating a strong fighting force. Afterwards, they captured a largely untouched armory, Fulton Armory. From there, Talon Company only got stronger and conquered nearby territory.

He grew up not as a slave but rather the slaver, being noted as the most vicious of them all. He trained in all sorts and manners, even learning Power Armor training once he found a suit. Now he is in the Capital Wasteland and has rebuilt Talon Company to be better than what it was before. What could possibly go wrong?
