In the Government Cabinet, Gustav Stresemann, the Equatorian Foreign Affairs minister, checks his e-mail and reads the Greenese e-mail. He answers it in the name of the Reich and says that he will go himself to the conference.
To: Than Qaataq
From: Gustav Stresemann

Hello, Than.
I am the equatorian Minister of Foreign Affairs, I am responding to your e-mail quickly, just to let you know that I'll take part on the peace conference, in the name of the First Reich. We hope to reach an agreement.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs,
Gustav Stresemann.

gustavstr@equomail.ec

After 2 hours, his first class jet is ready to go to Nuuk Airport. After more than 3 hours of traveling, the jet reaches Nuuk. The Minister is taken to a quicky city tour, before being taken to the conference. He takes his seat and puts a "greater" flag of the Reich on his desk.

"Thanks, I am fine." Gustav answers to Than." I am wondering if they will even come, most are not interested in peace I think." Gustav brought a double-headed eagle in a cage, the rare equatorian national animal. He opens it, and the eagle flies majestically in wherever the conference takes place.

"For sure." replies Gustav Stresemann.
He takes a small notebook from its winter jacket and opens it, there are some possible subjects to be talked about, some of them are:
  1. Independence for Genoan colonies
  2. Genoan arrogance about being helped
  3. War crimes in general
  4. Compensations for those who fought on the wimning side
  5. Damage caused by the war
"These are the subjetcs I brought to talk about, you may have others." says Gustav Stresemann, as he hands the notebook to the Greenese, written in Equatorian.

"Translator!" Shouts Than. A man rushes in and he translates the Equatorian to Greenlandic and Burmese. "Hmm. I also have some things to discuss." Than whispers in his translator's ear and the translator writes something on the notebook. Than then gives it to Gustav.

Greenese Discussion Points
1. Humanitarian aid to civilians
2. Formation of vigilante groups in the colonies.
3. Punishment of imperialists.
4. Disarmament of imperialists.
5. Formation of an alliance between the Equator Confederation and Greenland-Myanmar.

"Perhaps we should start with my topics, hehe." says Gustav "Number one: we should really think about giving independence to the Genoan colonies ourselves if Genoa doesn't do it. I went to Equatorian-occupied Pakistan, and it looked like an independent nation. There were Pakistani flags everywhere, and the country is rapidly developing due to the equatorian investments and autonomy given..." Gustav asks for a Greenese man nearby for a coffe, in a basic greenese.

"Right, Venezuela, Pakistan, and Panama will be declared independent. They will receive support from us until they have established a good economy." The a Greenese guard walks in to the room carrying a tray with coffee cups. The guard hands one to Gustav, and one to Than. The guard then leaves. "Now, why was Genoa so angry when we tried to help?"

"Well, Pakistan is already highly developed, Venezuela is a bit. But... about Genoa..." Gustav is interrupted by the guard, he picks the coffe and drinks it for a bit, trying to taste anything different from the equatorian one. "I think they are way too proud or arrogant, they should at least be grateful: We and other nations turned the tide of the war, yet they claim all the credit." Gustav feels better with a hot drink in such a low temperature.

"I don't think Genoa should be punished, but they must understand that all they did was sit around, while we took action. They should be thanking us, not dissing us. Think, if we didn't step in, Genoa would have fallen to the imperialists." A military officer rushes in. "The Kumashi Rebels are on Raginarik!" He says. "Not now Zeniv! The vigilantes will have it under control!" Than says. "Sorry. Just that we have a rebel problem. Anyway, on to war crimes."

Gustav Stresemann ignored the officer and proceeded. "Well... About that, we should have a more careful investigation. The Imperialists did in fact commit war crimes, but we don't know nothing about the other nations." Once again, he drinks some coffe, getting the "warm-up" feeling again.

"Civilians claim that when passing through their towns, imperialists would randomly select 5 people to be shot. They have to be tried for that." Says Than. "Anyway, the Russian Federation did in fact invade neutral Iraq, so maybe that could be considered a war crime? Your army did actually bomb civilian locations, but the imperialists were using them as human shields, which is also a war crime."

"Well... Venezuela was indeed Imperialist's fault." says Gustav, while finishing his coffee. "But we may have made a mistake, which we wouldn't say it was a war crime, but, you know...: We bombed North Panama and killed almost everyone and everything, in order to install a military base. It was very sucesseful but the arrogant Genoans ordered us to retreat. Beside that, Venezuela was not, because that would only be avoided by high military casualties." Gustav raises his finger, and the double-headed eagle lands on it. He places it inside the cage once again.
