Apologies, but this is NOT how it works. Conquering countries is one thing. Taking slaves from these newly-conquered countries is another.

First, this enslavement heavily cripples morale.

Second, they wouldn't be well-trained - scratch that, they won't even have training.

Third, well sure, in case you bribed them, you still haven't explained to them what you've done to their family and friends - because realistically, not everyone are loners.

Fourth, you'd inherit all the crime problems in the world that the country you conquered had - drugs, alcohol, misdemeanors, everything; good luck dealing with all of that at once.

Fifth, your bringing their military down so quickly and oppressing their people and forcing them to convert to Catholicism would IMMEDIATELY result in nationwide rebellions that would result in more deaths than not - after which point, you slave-recruiting pool would be so drastically small it'd become hard to maintain the economy of the occupied region.

Sixth, do take into account that you've just occupied their nation and shot almost everyone they knew and the fact that propaganda is not an effective pieces of magical spells that mind-controls people to join your side as willful slaves (especially since you didn't even bother write down those propaganda pieces). Yeah, you also have better economic opportunity, which you've proven time and time again that it's only for white Germanic people - would that persuade a bunch of people to work as slaves for you? And don't even think about a "speschial schecrett devische zhat conwerts pplz zu yuor side" (aka mind-controllers), because that will successfully run the patience of everyone here out, resulting in their leaving the RP.

All of them landed in different areas in Japan, utterly destroying anything around the blast radius. The destruction almost felt unreal, millions if people died, together with soldiers and the destruction of important military hardware. Nobody knew who had perpetrated the attack.

Yes, I'll skip the part where you claim "millions of people died, together with soldiers and the destruction of important military hardware" and get to the main point: have you not noticed until now that the Allies have ASAT Missiles? Satellites move on a predictable orbit, and given that your weapons are outfitted with nuclear tips, wouldn't that get the Allies' attention?

In other words, before that kinetic bombardment could destroy anything, the satellite would have long since joined its fellow orbital scrap heaps. And I can guarantee that the Allies would have enough ASAT to spare to return the favor by shutting down your civilian and military electronics.

If you start a World War in a modern setting, expect consequences. In this case, if you sats are downed, so are most of your civilian and military electronics (including your missile launching and guiding systems) - I'd only afford the exception for your leader's palace.
