I'm probably one of the last people who'd go around defebding TBR, but it's been weeks, aren't you all tired of making the same type of commentary everywhere, especially considering the fact that it's wrong? The Black Riders were far from liked or, depending on the areas of NS you'd check, even respected. However, their effect on Gameplay is not something that could ever be argued. This is a group which, under that name, absolutely dominated Raiding for an extensive period of times. The tools developed there, and I'm referring to the legal ones moreso than the ones that resulted in DOS, are tools that permanently have drastically affected the way raiding worked. To run around tossing needless commentary in new threads about how a region could be "more powerful" when, hell, they don't even seem to want to do that thing, shows an incredible amount of ignorance regarding how large of a mark The Black Riders era left.
