General
I do ask all of you to be kind to one another outside of RP and to keep heated discussions that do not concern the RP to a minimum. This is to keep it a safe and fun environment! I am the OP and I am your god, or whatever you prefer to call your overlord, that means my decision is final! No if's, and's, or but's, though, of I do contradict myself on one ruling you may bring up one that I ruled differently and I may change it for simplicity unless it majorly affects the RP though this is my decision.

History
Try to keep your nation's History similar or at least tied to the history if possible. Though it is required that you are realistic! Though this is Alternate History, that doesn't mean you can have someone teleport back in time and give you AK-47s! Though as cool as it would be IT ISN'T ALLOWED! So please keep it realistic, like, China, it is set to collapse pretty soon into various warring states, if you create a set of events leading up to it's collapse then that is what we are looking for! So I implore you to ask about the nation you wish to apply for!

Please remember this when you think about technology, we are on the eve of a great advancement in Tech! So please be patient do not go ahead and think you can instantly research everything you want in 3 posts.... It takes time and this will be closely watched over.

Time in this RP will advance a tad slower than your average RP, though we do not have a set speed for each post, you are required to date each post! Each post must be within 3 weeks of the last at a maximum! You also cannot post a day before the last post. So If someone post on the 25th and you wanted to post on the 24th, do it before them! So please pay close attention to this because it is vital to the RP to keep track of Time!

War
War if it is to be fought between a Player and a NPC, the player must consult the OP or Co-OP. This is to decide who should win the war. Though the war must still be fought for a appropriate amount of time and losses as well must be appropriate, which is also decided by a Co-OP or OP. As well, to prevent the clustering of the main IC thread, a Secondary War IC thread will be created for the players and OPs convenience. A War between a player and a player will also have to go by the OP before it happens though if neither player can agree which side can win they will fight the war but the OP does the results for each battle etc. If further clarification is needed to decide who won the war is needed, the OP or Co-OPs will be requested.
