"Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov returns from exile; Still spreads ideas of revolution..."
Hmm. I should pay him a visit and discuss some things... I'll book a flight tomorrow. he thought.
Viktor put on his coat, and exited his house, walking to work. He arrived at the steel refinery, and went to his locker, hanging up his hat and coat.
"So..." said one of his co-workers. "What made you want to work at a place like this?"
"Not much work is Russia for a guy with a degree in economics and politics right now."
"Eh, there'll probably be some soon." the co-worker laughed. "Russia's in disarray."
"Yeah..."
"Eh, the Tsar's probably going to fix it..."
"You still support the Tsar?"
"Why not? It's not like there's a better system. Plus, even if there was, with all the police roaming around, does a person have any choice?"

Writing that, the people of the Bolivarian Republic were in turmoil. The rich had much while the poor very little. Over 60% of the population were workers and farmers who were at the mercy of capitalists and landlords. This increased the population's support for socialism and the writings of Marx. Although in exile, the Worker's Resistance Front was founded and had received much support. The army was desperately trying to increase its size but, for every arrest of a member or founding member, three more joined.
The founder of the WRF, Antonio Jueves had been executed publicly by the police of the Bolivarian Republic. That day, over three hundred people had joined. Workers, indigenous populace as well as farmers and soldiers were mostly the WRF although many intellectuals had also joined seeing the fall of the Republic in time.

Juan Carlos Rodriquez was born many years after Simon Bolivar had liberated the lands known today as the United Bolivarian Republic of Latin America but his name was widely known and praised from the illiterate farmers to the educated graduates. He wanted to become known like that, as well. He had just passed a law which gave him more power to Crush the rebellious scum that Jueves left behind . The real reason was to, one day, and this day would come soon abolish the parliament and control all powers. Then, he would pass laws to ensure the continuation of the corporations's activity and the prosperity of the country and himself.

Akbar III of the mughal empire watched the city carefully but interested from his balcony in the royal palace. It was a beautiful palace, surrounded by a fortress located on a hill. He walked over to a wooden table with a large map on it. I showed the great Mughal empire, his empire. But it also showed it's powerful neighbours. Russia to the north, China to the east and the Belgians to the south. The chinese were their friends, in theory, as they were not filthy europeans, who thought themselves as better than the indians. They had come with their religion, christianity, to India and tried to spread it. He already had problems with keeping the hinduist masses down with violence, but the muslim military police was effective, and knew exactly were to strike. 200 years ago, the indians had not known about the sea-faring europeans, who conquered all whom they thought as "inferior".

The belgians. First there had been the dutch and the portuguese, and now the belgians ruled most of southern India. But he had to drive them out somehow. But he couldn't do it alone, no. If he tried diplomatically, he would soon be at war. If he tried with the sword, he would not only have to face the belgians but their other allies too. He sat down and wrote a letter in indian, that would soon be translated by his scribe, and sent far away.

Sultan Abdul Hamid II sat at his desk in the Tokapi Palace in the Capital of the Ottoman Empire, in Constantinople. Even though we has not an absolute ruler of the Ottoman Empire, he still had many official duties to undertake. For one, he was the commander in chief of the ottoman military (lest he give the task to someone else) and Minster for Foreign affairs in his own Parliament. His nation was still reeling from the loss of most of the Empire's Balkan Territories. The pain was still strong, they only managed to retain Constantinople, Bulgaria and Macedonia. Due to the threat of rebellion in these territories, a large presence of the army had to be located there. There was some 750,000 Ottoman infantry, artillery, Cavalry and Machine Guns located in the Balkan Provinces of Bulgaria and Macedonia. Continually, in the Capital of the Empire, the were 30,000 elite guards of the 3rd Guard division, all sworn to protect the Sultan, the Caliph of Islam. With foresight, the Ottoman Sultan had decreed that the city be fortified for siege, considering that they were now surrounded by Greek territory. The royal family, parliament and government were to soon to move to Ankara, as a temporary capital.

With a stroke of his pen, the Sultan authorised the expansion of the Black Sea fleet. The iron clad ships were to be doubled. The Ottoman Battleship, Osmana, the capital ship of the Navy and the empire. She was a heavy battleship, one of the largest on the planet. She was soon to be joined by two more of their kind. The Ottoman Navy was by no means the most powerful on Earth however. That title belonged to the British Empire. However, the combined fleets of the Ottoman Empire led to:

60 Ironclad destroyers

As well as the naval decree, there was a declaration that a third of all young Turkish men were to join the armed forces.

The weapons testing facilities of the Ottoman Empire were undergoing much activity lately. It was here that the Ottoman Machine guns were designed created and tested. Nowadays, however, something more glorious was occurring. Two, possibly revolutionary designs were being created. The both took advantage with new inventions, the automobile and the aeroplane. Only a couple had been built so far, but demonstrations to the Minster of defence today would hopefully allow for their mass production.

General Mufasta Kemal was a Turk born in Greece. He had been the main proponent to the modernisation of the army after it's defeat in the Balkans. The army now ran like a european army thanks to him. Now he watched the demonstration of the new war machines being developed.
"So tell me," he asked the head of the research facilities, "how do you think this will improve our armed forces?"
The head of research could hardly contain his excitement. "Just watch sir, it really does explain itself!"
General Kemal, sat back, not looking that impressed. Suddenly, the whirring of an engine could be heard, both men looked up. In the grey sky, they saw a silhouette of what looked like a large bird. It swooped down, on closer observation, it was a machine with two sets of wings, one above the other. It had a wooden frame and canvas covering. On it's nose there was a propeller with a machine gun fitted.
"By Allah," the general said
"We have a mechanism which allows bullets to be fired in between strokes of the propeller."
The plane ploughed three bales of hay with bullets, shredding them, before taking to the sky again.
Kemal nodded his head, impressed.
"Very good, you my permission to manufacture 3,000 of these."
"We are researching a more robust metal framed version, will you fund this."
Kemal, astounded by the plane's demonstration, nodded.
"Now show me this other innovation of yours."
"It should be here any second now."
In front of them, a door to a warehouse opened and out came a large car that travelled about the speed of a horse. Kemal was sceptical.
"So it traveled as fast as a horse, yet horses are plentiful and cheap. What is this automobile's advantage?"
"Well sir, when you have a look at the top as it comes closer towards us.." the inventor replied, "you can see it has a machine gun turret MoU ted on the top. Furthermore, it does not need forage or rest, unlike a horse. All it needs is fuel and oil. A commodity that we have great amounts of."
The machine drove by.
"Continually,..." the man said as two assistants came out with rifles, "it is impervious to most kinds of hand held guns."
The men started firing guns at the machines at the vehicle, but it bounced off the machine's thick armour.
'How much fuel does it need to function?"
"Three litres per kilometre."
"That means for these to be an advantage, we need to secure more oil supplies. Not to worry. Us in the government will find a way."

King Fredrick III of Prussia sat in a lavish and comfortable chair in the Prussian palace, Sanssouci, constructed by his ancestor revered around the world, Fredrick the Great. In the room he was in, some of his top generals, like Von Hindenburg, Schlieffen, and Moltke the Younger for an invasion of unclaimed African colonies to expand the border of Prussia, and strengthen her. Schlieffen proposed a two pronged all out invasion of Belgium through the Rhineland and Hannover, Fredrick, not wanting to begin an all out World War, declared it an idiotic idea, but, thought again, and kept the idea in case of war between Belgium and Prussia. Then, Hindenburg said, that all East African armies in Prussian Kenya and Somaliland, could invade the uncivilized Abyssinia, even though it's Emperor or King or what not was a Christian. Fredrick thought for a moment, and promptly declared it was a good idea, all 200,000 men in Prussian East Africa would march upon Abyssinia upon the 30 of January. His Generals nodded in agreement, with their Pickelhaubes on their heads, and iron crosses clanking upon their uniforms, when, a letter from the Mughal Emperor arrived. Fredrick excused himself, walked to his study, and began writing a reply to the Emperor of the Mughal Empire

"True, but think-Our current priority for the Motherland is to dispose of the Tsarist regime, and any help we can get with that can help. And since they are not Russians, they will have no say over what form of government takes the place of the Tsar, still leaving us to do what we see fit."
Lenin thought briefly.
"Okay, you have me convinced."

The United States would have discovered military planes a mere few days after the Ottomans have. They as well decided to produce the planes. The US furthermore begins to invest into its military. The US begins mass producing Artillery, Infantry weapons, and Planes. The US furthermore works on Making Machine guns more accurate, and giving their rifles better armor penetration, while also trying to make pulling the bolt of the Rifle back more quickly and easier to do so they could fire more quickly. The US would look to construct their own armored car, still not knowing the Ottomans made it before them. The US would soon discover the first Artillery vehicle, it came with a hole in the roof for infantry to mount their machine guns upon or to fire with their rifles.

After five long years of design and construction, Belgium has finally finished the super dreadnought BES Imperial Mastery which is the first of the Imperial-class. Armed with five turrets, each with twin 18 inch guns plus secondary armament of 10 and 6 inch guns. Two more ships are planned. In addition we request permission to buy the production license for five american aircraft which we are sure are superior to the Turkish ones.

In a flat plain outside of Köln, the Crown Prince Wilhelm II, and Steel Magnate Fredrich von Krupp, along with Wilhelm's Military entourage, look on as a Giant new Krupp cannon dubbed 'die preußischen Hammer (the Prussian Hammer). As the group quieted down, Fredrich stepped onto a podium, with the Royal Eagle on it, and began to give a speech.
"Ladies, and Gentlemen today, marks a new era in warfare, for our most grand Kingdom, with the Industrious Rheinland under her wing span, has developed a new Cannon, named, the Prussian Hammer. This cannon's ammunition, is packed with explosive, more then any other shell in the known world, and can pierce the shell of any building, ship, or citadel, and to test our theory, we shall bombard the old Rhein Castle outside of the city of Cologne!" Fredrich stood, down, as Prussian soldiers wearing ceremonial Pickelhaubes loaded the Prussian Hammer, and in seconds fired it off. The large Rhine Castle, thought once to be able to span the ages, exploded into hell fire in one shot, as people as far away as Düsseldorf ducked down in terror of the sound of an explosion, the crowd of people with Fredrich and Wilhelm clapped in the success of the new cannon. Wilhelm shook Fredrich's hand and then shouted.
"With the success of the Prussian Hammer, the Royal and Imperial Prussian Government shall like to make an order of 1,000 Prussian Hammers!"
Fredrich looked at Wilhelm, and smiled, and promptly shook his hand.

OoC: Wilhelm II in my Prussia wasn't born with the jacked up arm, so he is a bit more, compassionate, and will take time to judge.

In return, the US is willing to give the schematics for our Artillery vehicles so your troops don't have to drag heavy cannons just to get to the right position to fire it. In response to the new Krupp gun, Belgium has no choice it seems but to finally reveal a top secret weapon that has been in development for years, the armored car. For years our analysts have believed the next war would be one of trench warfare due to current technology, so it was decided to build a vehicle that could break down enemy trenches. As a result several types of armored cars have been built, a heavier one built for infantry support, and a mobile one built for our cavalry divisions to begin replacing their horses. The support one has a infantry cannon and co-axial MG and the mobile one is armed with a 45mm rapid fire gun. The unit that will drive these will be our Imperial cavalry divisions.

Whilst the Ottoman Empire was a great and almost fully self sufficient nation, the Sultan recognised the need for allies. He convened a meeting in Tokapi Palace to discuss the situation and with whom the Ottoman Empire should be allies with. The sultan sat down and beckoned his advisers to take a seat.
"Gentlemen, the Ottoman Empire, whilst being ever glorious by the name of Allah, should not become isolated on the world stage. Therefore, as minister of foreign affairs, Sultan and Caliph of Islam, I am looking for allies. I believe all of you have been looking into possible allies, so please present your cases."

An advisor came forward, "Sir, I believe that we should ally ourselves with Prussia. They have always proved themselves to be at the cutting edge of military prowess and order, they are industrialised and religious. I do believe Prussia speaks for itself."

The Sultan nodded his head, "Anyone else?"

"Yes, me your highness." Another man stepped forward. "Sir, I do believe that we should stay out of any global conflict for the time being. If we ally with anyone to soon, we could risk the destruction of the empire itself! I do believe sir, that we stay put and build up our forces. Industrialise. Wait 'til the time is right. Develop and purchase weapons. Only attack if provoked."

"I second this proposal." Another advisor said.

The sultan knew that even though he wanted an ally, knew this was the best course of action.

Therefore, as minister of foreign affairs, Sultan and Caliph of Islam, I am looking for allies. I believe all of you have been looking into possible allies, so please present your cases."

An advisor came forward, "Sir, I believe that we should ally ourselves with Prussia. They have always proved themselves to be at the cutting edge of military prowess and order, they are industrialised and religious. I do believe Prussia speaks for itself."

The Sultan nodded his head, "Anyone else?"

"Yes, me your highness." Another man stepped forward. "Sir, I do believe that we should stay out of any global conflict for the time being. If we ally with anyone to soon, we could risk the destruction of the empire itself! I do believe sir, that we stay put and build up our forces. Industrialise. Wait 'til the time is right. Develop and purchase weapons. Only attack if provoked."

"I second this proposal." Another advisor said.

The sultan knew that even though he wanted an ally, knew this was the best course of action.

Belgium would be delighted to supply and train the ottoman army and navy with veterans from our constant skirmishes against anti Belgian rebels. We could also supply ship designers.

The US is willing to for now accept your Biplanes, and in return we can sell you our Artillery vehicles. The US is working on a plane with only three wings to boost its mobility. We could also sell you better rifles so you can reload and shoot much more quickly and accurately. Please, do respond back as soon as possible.

The US designs its first Armored Car, having a gun up front, and a gun in the back, and having room for about 3 passengers. It's not as fast as the Ottomans Armored cars, but it makes up for it with its firepower. The US also produces a new rifle that holds 6 rounds, with a bolt that is very easy to pull back and fire. The US furthermore has upgraded its artillery vehicle, it now has a mounted MG rather than a hole in the roof for soldiers to fire their rifles from.
