Proposed Amendments:
- Create a council with representatives from all countries - Governing - Dashgrinaar
- Amend GV No. 2: 2/3 of BPRTA members must ratify a law for it to be passed - Governing - Dashgrinaar
- Amend P No. 2: If one of the nations in BPRTA is attacked or declares war because of an attack, it may request the aid of BPRTA and all nations must support the country. - Policy - Dashgrinaar

well then the first three ammendments of the BPRTA have been ratified. I will add it to the factbook.

How about my capital? I am the biggest island overall.
PROPOSAL
BPRTA consists of a lower council with every member in it, and a higher council with the 3 founders and 2 other elected members. The lower council would ratify new bills and the higher council would approve/veto them. Kinda like the UN security council, but with the veto thing more powerful.

I don't care where we have it, you two can decide, but I will be happy to host it in my capital city of Ienempyr. I like the two councils thing, BC, telegram it to me as an amendment.

Also, my military has found an island in the middle of our sea, it will not be owned by any of us. Just a neutral zone where we can discuss matters. Like switzerlamdu

I found the island on the map. Wow it just barely misses the border of Dash.

BTW the bottom island in our group will automatically join BPRTA.
