Theme (both songs, but mostly the 2nd, worth the wait)
Summary: Players will be playing writers in a graphic novel publishing company located in a fictional state where such publication must abide by stricked content codes. At the same time, players will be playing the characters being written about by the writers who are unaware that they are mentally linked to these characters, who are real people, in an alternate reality.
You are a writer at Hosworth Publishing, a Graphic Novel provider in the tiny nation of Moreelea. A micro-state established by Dutch settlers in the East Indies in the year 1786. Over the years a single party has come to govern the nation, and in recent times, the party has established a Content Code for various publications; among them, the Graphic Novel which in your language is known as Imhaal (a combination of the words for Image and Story). Imhaal is compared to Korea's Manhwa, and Japan's Manga and it is perhaps due to this that the Moreelean government has become so keen to regulate content so as to discourage the youth, who are fans of Imhaal, from partaking in deviant behavior.
Recently the code has been formalized, and yesterday, after learning that the main series published by Hosworth, Knight Vampires of Warlord Sho-han, has not made the cut, and despite protest from your fellow writers, and members of the imaging department; the executives at Hosworth are asking for a new series rather then seeking to revise the former; deeming it impossible to do so while still meeting the criteria of the code.
Today you walk in to discuss with other chosen writers from among the company's finest to develop a new series in hopes of saving the company.
