After years of war the East Aritianian millitary is way behind in millitary technology and we are beginning weapons, armor, and aircraft reasearch and design. The millitary is getting 10 million Pappas from the government. This mission has been ordered by new Prime Minister Cicil Prats.

The parliment of East Aritiian refuses to let United We Stand see our blueprints. If any United We Stand spies are found near any reasearch facilities they will be arrested and charged with out a trial. The Prime Minister has realaeased this statement to the press.
