For those of you that do not know, (where have you been the last five minutes) The Black Riders have been running an illegal recruitment script created by the DoS player Frak/Anur.
One simply cannot overstate how messed up that is. They have been running cheating to increase their numbers and screw over legitimate regions like all of ours. This also comes after revelations that Frak was also using Bob Moran (long time TBR raider) to steal IP addresses of other users through a 1x1 pixel picture in his signature on offsite forums. Anyone that viewed the pixel had their IP address revealed to Frak. TBR is a disgrace.
As a result, Halc (founder of TBR) has had all his nations deleted. This of course means that TBR is founderless and will need to refound, this is where we come in.
Liberate The Black Riders
The World Assembly,
Remembering the long list of regions occupied by The Black Riders,
Recalling most occupations by The Black Riders are heavily "piled," meaning too many WA Members are sent to endorse the invader delegate to make a liberation by defenders feasible,
Knowing now that The Black Riders were able to obtain their huge numbers of members through unethical recruitment,
Noting that the founder of The Black Riders has ceased to exist because of these unethical actions,
Seeking to express the outrage of the NationStates multiverse at the past invasions and the highly questionable actions of members of The Black Riders,
Observing when a gameplay region becomes founderless the natives usually seek a refound by using a password,
Hoping to make that process take as long as possible because it will tie up invader resources and leave The Black Riders more vulnerable until it is complete,
Remembering that in the past Liberations have been used to prevent refounds of regions deserving the contempt of all good men,
Liberates The Black Riders.
