The world up until now in NS has been a terrible place. Two sides constantly at war in a political system in the world that clearly does not work but only leads to perpetual fighting. War mongers like Unibot and Halcones have made war into an industry and a sad art form. They derive political capital from the fighting they engage in regions. But no longer shall war be the goal of major regions, but rather growth and development. Thus, Balder is pleased to announce the creation of the World Bank of NS. We are dedicated to supporting new regions, and supporting future growth and development in the game. If you have a fantastic idea, but lack the capital to buy stamps, we can help you out given the capitalistic investors in our region who wish to give back to the community that helped nurture them.

We do not approve of the sad economic state of the game, and it tears our hearts out that we see great ideas failing because they don't have stamps to recruit. We don't believe in the pay to win game, but we are willing to help alleviate that and support a better world. As such, all the major regions in the game have agreed to back the bank at the (NS) Bretton Woods conference in Balder. Major players from all the great regions were invited and hashed out the agreement that will be coming public to all of you guys once all the projects have started running.

How many stamps do you need? As much as you're willing to give, even if it's a small amount.
Why should the world bank support your region? What is your plan for regional development? I created our region after becoming dissatisfied with how other regions were run: the lack of both IC and OOC rules, the no-term-limit elected positions, the inconvenient off-site forums, and the lack of any interesting and active role-play opportunities. I founded the Isles about two weeks ago, spending the first week creating a Constitution, OOC rules, a recruiting telegram, and making a clean and presentable region. I then started the process of manually recruiting, sending eight telegrams at a time to new nations. It's exhausting work but I do it anyway because I want to have a fun, friendly, and active region where everyone can participate and have equal status in the region. My goal is to continue growing the region, developing a community, engaging in diplomacy and war, and make sure everyone is having a genuinely fun time.

Why should the world bank support your region? What is your plan for regional development?
Underworld / Hell, while not a new region is in need of capital to truly flourish. I believe it would be a wise investment for World Bank as you'd be putting it in experience hands, and I can guarantee noticeable growth and development from your investment. First time I became Hell's delegate I built the region to over 140 nations, until we were ravaged by war. My current approach to regional structuring and development is outline within The Kingdom of Hell factbook and Hell's other factbooks. Regional plans are in place, we just need the capital to really get going.

My aim would be to build up Underworld into the 70s at least if not higher, have it become more than just a mere outpost, further the establishment of the Kingdom of Hell with Underworld as it's large base. This would allow The Kingdom of Hell's community to flourish and continue it's culture exports like our newspaper Hell's Bells, which would gladly include a promotional ad for the World Bank. The World Bank as an organization could also count on myself and my network of regions as supportive of your cause, I've played NS a long time, and I never forget a favor.

We have a small population of eleven nations, and have a delegate election coming up. We need stamps, as people seem to be reluctant to endorse the delegate.
