LHC 2015 Cuban Municipal Provincial Elections:

From the LHC Comisión Electoral Nacional (CEN) National Electoral Commision (NEC) a Legally Registered Independent non governmental electoral organization.

The LHC Cuban national municipal provincial elections will be held sun april 19. Runoff elections were no candidate receives at least 50 % perenct plus one vote, will be held sun april 26 2015. Voters must be at least 16 years old. Voting is voluntary.

The 168 Municipios are divided into districts. The Districts are divided into small sub districts. Each sub district nominates a candidate by a show of hands. Each district elects a municipal delegate from the sub district candidates. The candidate who recieves at least 5o % percent plus one vote is elected. A by election is held in the district, if no candidate recieves at least 50 % percent plus one vote. Runoff elections are held as many times necessary, or new candidates are nominated. After talking too and taking into account a nominated candidate's statements, the candidate commission publishes a biography with pic of the candidates in designated public spaces. Detailling the candidates profession and voluntary work record or not, for the nation, the people and the revolution. The candidate commission reserves the right to add any other pertinent information about the candidates. The candidates are not allowed to make speeches. Are not allowed to campaign for self, or against other candidates. Are not allowed to propose or make promises they can or cant keep. The elected delegates are not paid a wage or salary $ for thier work. No political parties or political organizations are allowed to participate in the election process.

89.88 % of all eligible LHC Cubans voted in the 2015 municipal provincial elections. For Fidel, Raúl, the nation, the people and the democratic socialist revolution. Electing 14,424 delegates in the first round on Wed April 19 2015. 1,165 delegates will be elected in the second round on Sun April 26 2015. A delegate is elected in the first round, if they get at least 50 % percent plus one vote. 90.52 % percent of the ballots were valid, 04.93 % were annulled and 04.53 % were blanks.

Anulled ballots, are ballots marked in support of all candidates on the ballot. May also include comments. Blank ballots, by anti social, anti democratic, anti revolutionary, gusano worms, escoria scums. Not voting, are those voters effected by our new immigration policy of return. Those voters traveling within the nation or overseas, those voters too sick to vote.
