The year is 4E 193; twenty-three years since the beginning of the Great War, And One hundred and ninety three years since Martin Septim sacrificed himself and end the Oblivion crisis. It seems the whole of Tamriel has settled into an uneasy peace with the Empire only controlling the provinces of Cyrodiil, Skyrim and High Rock with the borders being threatened by the Aldmeri Dominion in the south, Hammerfell to the west and the Argonian states of Black Marsh and Morrowind to the east after the eruption of Red Mountain which consequently destroyed Vvardenfell. However, This story does not concern the bloody battles in far away lands; In concerns the rich Imperial Pliton Magius, Who is sitting in his study from his house in Skingrad, Writing an advertisment to collect mercanaries for a rather certain task involving a particular series of books: The Mythic Dawn Commentaries. No-one knows where these mysterious books are, But Magius is paying an extreme price for whoever can find them. The Mercanaries are asked to meet at Twelve Noon at Luther Broads boarding house in The Imperial City before they set out over the whole of Tamriel to find the treasured books.

(Ok, Here's how applications go. The group of Mercanaries will be closed at 10 people, And there can only be one of each race in the party. If you didn't get to be the race you wished to be, Tough. I will still be accepting applications for other roles as opposed to the mercanaries, E.g. Bandits, Marauders, Counts, And anyone who may be involved. Applications should look like this:)

Appearance (Preferably Text): 6'0, brown hair swept right above his eyebrows. Very toned.
Profession: Soldier
Classification: Warrior
Weapons+Armour: Imperial armor and sword. No helmet.
Skills (Three maximum, And remember to be realistic. You can't be skilled at Sneaking, Wearing Heavier armour and casting Destruction spells): one handed weapons, medium armor, shields.
Personality: Steady, and supportive. A kind and sometimes serious personality. He can be funny, but can turn angry in a second.
History (Any significant events and a base history): Fought in the great war for the empire. He was engaged in many of the important battles. He has since left the army to become a mercenary. His parents were killed by elves increasing his hatred for them. He has no siblings and lived in a country farm.
Experience (List any Guilds/Cults your character has been in, Or any Military experience.): Above.

Appearance (Preferably Text): Tall and slim with pale, almost translucent skin. Has teal colored hair which she wears in a braid past her feet and pupil less blank white eyes that seem to glow at night.
Profession: Princess of Pyandonea/Sorceress
Classification: Elemental mage, snake mage
Weapons+Armour: Light armour, ebony/willow composite bow, medium armor.
Skills (Three maximum, And remember to be realistic. You can't be skilled at Sneaking, Wearing Heavier armour and casting Destruction spells): Casting Destruction spells, archery and casting water magic.
Personality: Quiet, distrustful of new people and doesn't really speak much unless she has to. However, she is also kind and compassionate. Very bookish and can often be seen with her nose in a volume.
History (Any significant events and a base history): Born to the Wizard-king of Pyandonea, King Orgnum and Queen Marvaine Adlai, Elena grew up on the island continent of Pyandonea and lived a fairly peaceful life. She is the third oldest of seven siblings and was educated highly especially in magic. None of them ever expect to inherit the throne since their father is immortal but that never really bothered Elena since she doesn't have much interest in ruling. She has traveled to Tamriel in search of the books she knows that the entire fate of the world usually rests in Tamriel and what happens there. Also her land has a long history with the empire, as Elena father had a hand in putting Potema Septim on the throne.
Experience (List any Guilds/Cults your character has been in, Or any Military experience.): Warrior training from age seven, has been part of the wizard's guild.

Well your elf is a high, wood, or dark elf. And dang. They can live for hundreds of years and still kick arse.

Elena is a Maormer, a sea elf. Apparently they're pretty rare like the snow elves, and their king is immortal.

They struggled at times to provide for themselves and Athoris grew up hunting and providing for his family. He grew up understanding responsibility and from the age 15 joined the imperial army where he served for 4 years before growing tired of the military and wanting to seek adventure. He departed from the army and joined a mercenary group and traveled across the world. He has now traveled to the Imperial City seeking adventure and fame.
