At a Library in Boston, a group of Students and Professors were sitting down in an isolated sector of the Library. It was quiet there, not many people reading books due to the shattering economy.

One of the Professors present, Marcus Fletcher, started the meeting. "It is of our attention that President McMillian is heightening Military Presence in New England. This is...quite worrying."

"He becoming more like a dictator every day." A College student pointed out. "How long before he turns his attention to the libraries and Colleges? Taking out all intellectual materiel just like the Nazis?"

A Magenta-haired Girl in a blue and white School Uniform leaned forward. "Maybe the time has come for action. The Kreisau Circle must awaken again." A murmur of agreement followed this. Another Student voiced his opinion. "But, Yuri, where can we finds Arms? The Isenstadt Operation in WW2 destroyed most of our Operational Strength. We've only made a comeback recently."

Yuri, The Magenta Haired girl, chuckled. "I have a few of my guys hitting a Arms Truck as we speak. They should get a few guns from that. Afther that, we can hit Arms Depots, Firebomb Patrols, pave the way to New England's Freedom with the Blood of McMillian's Goons. It's a nasty Operation, but if We don't do something, it could be our Darkest Hour all over again."

Fetcher nodded. "All in Favour of Reactivating The Kreisau Circle?"

A huge protest has been staged in the North Dakota capital of Bismarck, demanding that the Dakota States be unified into a single nation independent of the failing USA and facing the future eagerly. The leader of the movement, called The Unified Dakota Front, has announced that North Dakota is now independent from the US and refuses to recognise US authority or laws. A nationwide curfew has been put in place so that the shaky position that The Unified Dakota Front holds can be stablised, soldiers can be seen patrolling the streets and fighting any Dakota National Guardsmen that refuse to let them become independent. The Unified Dakota Front awaits the a response from the US.

Breaking News

There was a major robbery in Washington DC today, as an armored car was broken into. Reports say that the armored stopped at a red light and was ran into pushing it into the busy intersection were two other cars ran into it. An amateur video shows next * The car that reared into the armored car drove into the intersection where it stopped and four people in dark suits and mask exit the car and approach the armored car. Once they reach the car one of the members seems to place something on the back door and backed away. The door then exploded opening the car, three of the four people then started to pile money into six duffle bags. Then shots where fired and the video ended.* What happen next is an officer arrived at the scene and was fired on, so far we have heard that the officer was hit three time and is critical condition. The robbers escaped with an estimated 4 million dollars. The authorities are currently looking for these people but they have seemed to slip away during the chaos, a message was left in the armored car through and it reads "Our dues are paid".

Seattle, Washington Outside a Local Police Station.

A White Ford Van sits on opposite side of a Police Station on the curb while a group of 5 people are in the back getting ready. They were armed with UZI Sub Machine guns and Armored with Bullet Proof vests, Which were Unpenetrable by 9mm bullets the Police use in there Pistols. From outside only the slight sound of Rattling and Shaking can be heard the only thing suspicious would be that the 2 wheels on the right were on top of the Sidewalk. Back inside the Lieutenant of the group turned around to talk to the 4 in the Back, the Lieutenants name was Boris. And that was the only thing the Privates in the back needed to know about him. They had been told about what they were going to do. This area was relatively friendly with the L.C.S due to the Police in the area being accused of Abuse of Power. A lie the L.C.S Had created to sound more friendlier as if they were trying to liberate the Populace.

Boris turned around to check on the Privates in the back trying to lean over his own seat without hitting the Horn. "Everyone ready back there?" he said as he gave a Thumbs up to them.

The privates all responded "Yes Lieutenant Boris!" as they stood straight with Uzi's cradled in there arms. Boris was surprised by how ready they were.

"Alright we all know the plan correct? rush in, shoot up the place, steal some Documents and run out Okay? No survivors." He reloaded his Black UZI with a thirty round magazine before stepping out of the Driver door and giving a quick burst to the windows. The other Four opened the doors and jumped out started firing bursts at the Areas where they saw rapid movement. the words No survivors still fresh in there heads. Boris began running towards the front door and bashed it in. Even though it was already unlocked, it was faster to just break it open anyway. Already a few bodies littered the main area and a few were limping away. The Police officers already inside began running away as 4 others followed Boris in and began laying down fire on the Front desk. Bullets were ricocheting off of the filing cabinets behind the desk.

"You two! Secure the Second floor and find anything we can use! Documents, Weapons, Anything!" He pointed at the ones too his left "You two are with me! were going to defend the First floor!" as he finished his sentence a Police officer ran in and fired two shots. One miss but the other hit Boris in the Chest. Boris fell down and the two Privates turned to where the shots were fired and fired a burst. Within half a second the Officer was on the ground, this time unlike Boris not getting up.

One of the privates started helping Boris up as he began checking for any wounds. as he felt around he found the bullet. Crumbled up in a unrecognizable Metal ball. "That's gonna leave a Bruise." he said as he got up.

When the two Privates above on the second floor finished Police had arrived. The Squad organized in the Main Area on the first floor Boris began utter words that the Four Privates under him would hate or love to hear, Charge!

Boris and the others walked out the front door and began firing on the Police cars in order to keep the Officers down. A few of the Officers landed a few shots but all hit the chests due to there training to "Aim for Center Mass" Boris and his Privates shrugged them off much more effectively due too adrenaline pumping in there bloods. By the time they had passed the police cars and were behind the Officers they were all Dead or Dieing.

Boris put the keys in the car and the Privates hopped in the back. A Safe house was not far away thankfully.

Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska
Marcus Haynes was getting acclimated to the high-tech accommodations present in the former air force base. The place was worth the terrible cost the Nebraska Liberation Front payed for it. Eighty seven were dead and more than twice that number wounded before the facility fell to NLF forces. However, with a cadre of experienced civilian and ex-military pilots, the aircraft present in the hangars would bring a new level of power projection for the Front. The old stars of the USAF were painted over and replaced with the seal of Nebraska. Haynes was ex-air force himself and knew the importance of the Strategic Air Command and the enormous boon it granted his forces. A knock on his door interrupted his reverie. "Come in," he said.
A man with an erect posture suggesting military experience wearing an ornate dress uniform entered the office.
"What's the status of the preparations, captain?" He asked the newcomer.
"Everything is on schedule, sir," Captain Schmidt replied. "We should be ready to move by tonight. The aircraft here, as you know, are mostly reconnaissance, but we did recover 18 FA/18s in storage and 4 B-52s on display. Captured military vehicles are not in common supply, so we'll be conducting most operations on foot. However, our aircraft, accompanied by EC-130s to jam enemy radar and comms, do have the capacity to destroy the bridges across the Missouri. Our agents in Omaha are continuing to incite unrest and protests have become more and more common and violent. The police department is reluctant to suppress the rioters and many of them sympathize with us. We cannot take the city yet, as it might provoke a huge backlash, but we are slowly fanning the flames of rebellion."
Marcus was silent for a moment, then he replied. "Very good, captain. Continue working on bringing this facility's more... important capabilities on line."

Schmidt saluted and left Marcus alone, save for the tactical maps that plastered his walls.

He tapped some of the ash on to the his table, but some landed on his Flecktarn fatigues. Ignoring it, he ordered, "Could you get a squad to send a letter to the Pacific Federation, PSLF and the LCS asking to create an alliance? We'll need likeminded allies if we wish to have or ideals move forth and Raul Castro wants us to try out his new passenger jets. Tell the squad not to fly over any territory held by facists; damn Fourth Reich lunatics could ruins our whole revolution just to promote ignorance and hatred."
"Ask you wish, Prime Soviet; each group should have the letter in 5 days" Ms. Cortez saluted.
"We are all equals in Florida, no need to salute me; salute the whole nation instead, they are the true heroes." Prime Soviet Castro shot back; he hated when people tried to make him feel like a god on Earth. That wasn't his purpose; his purpose is to make everyone have long, happy lives.

James Porter was careful to keep his firearm concealed in the strongbox below his seat, even though he had a permit. He kept his face clear of any telling expressions as the policeman inspected his license. A fake license, of course. After several harrowing moments, the officer waved him through the checkpoint. Porter soon pulled into a nondescript garage in Bismarck, North Dakota. As he exited the vehicle, a skinny black man approached him. "You're Porter?" He asked, as he compared the picture he held. Blue eyes, dark hair, and pale skin. It fit.
"I am," Porter replied.
"I'm Mark Jacobs, the agent taking you to the safe house. Follow me."
Four hours later, James Porter was guided by Jacobs to a dilapidated bar. "There's your man," he said to Porter." Porter took a deep breath and sat on the bar next to the man sitting with a beer.
"I hear you're with the United Dakota Front," he said.
The man next to him looked to reach for what seemed to be a firearm. "What's it to you?"
"I'm with the Nebraska Liberation Front. I've come with a proposition..."

You see, we captured Offut Air Force Base a few days ago. It's the military's heart, it has... had I should say, the Strategic Air Command. Not anymore. We have more military hardware than we know what to do with. However, most of that is of a particular type: reconnaissance aircraft and electronic warfare equipment. While that's all well and good, we want a more diverse inventory of aircraft. Minot and Ellsworth air force bases are nice, soft targets. Our deal is that our forces, in conjunction, will mount an assault on both bases and seize the airfields. You can keep the facilities and most of the equipment, but we want half of the planes. Offutt is an enormous airfield, we just need the planes for it. With such firepower, we may be able to drive the Feds from the entire damn Midwest. What do you say?"

In Houston, the ex-Ranger Andy Smithers, who was fired two years ago after killing two innocent Mexican immigrants, held his Winchester rifle at a Mexican dummy and shoots it as a practice target. He had strong hatred towards Mexicans, Afro-Americans (aka African-Americans), Asians, Native Americans and Arabs because he is a white supremacist. Now the US government fell down and the Texican Brotherhood, a KKK-esque terrorist organization, dominates Texas, he was prepared to kill more non-whites for fun.

100 Texican Brotherhood members met with a strong resistance from Puebloan villagers in El Paso during a TB rally. The confrontation ended two hours later with the two sides massacring each others.

Maxim kept his emotions hidden behind a mask, not showing any signs of reaction and taking a drink from the shot glass, while he pondered the proposition. A successful raid on the air bases would certainly help his cause, the bonus equipment that would be captured would also liven up the party quite the bit. "Well Mr. Porter, it seems that we have reached an agreement." he said, moving a small glass cup towards him ad filling it "I will schedule a meeting between our top strategists within the week. I expect you to meet me at the former Nemac Warehouse, failure to show and the agreement is off. Is there anything else you would like to say?"

President McMillian enters the situation room which is full of his various advisers. The President immediately asks,"so... our army is not in a position to stop any major uprising. I'm I correct?" The small crowd of advisers begin to chatter until the response of the Secretary of Defense says,"We agree Mr. McMillian and suggest a tactical withdrawal of most troops from foreign soil to try and combat this current unrest. At the same time we should keep a contingency force and possibly ask other UN nations to fill our slot." Raleigh sits down in his chair at the head of the table and ponders for minutes until he speaks up, saying,"Yes we should do these suggestions you bring to the table, but also raise our military numbers to better deal with the rebel threat. I suggest 2,000,000 active military soldiers, 1,000,000 reserve, and 600,000 military police. The military police will be the law enforcement after the real law enforcement fails." He takes a long pause then continues,"We must adopt a strict compliance plan where force is needed to put down unrest." The advisers begin to speak among themselves when a barrage of gun shots are heard and the President is ushered out of the room with Roth quickly saying," I believe you all will come to agree and ask for the plan to be set in motion by the time of my return."

At the U.S. naval base at Norfork, just hours later.

"The President just demanded a new draft of soldiers and we should see a new group of workers soon," hollered Jacob Vasily." I don't think this president doing the right thing, he should by putting through a set of political reforms," shouted Charles Pits in response to Jacob's comment.

Results: U.S. military is set to 2,000,000 active personnel, 1,000,000 reserve, and 600,000 MPs. Almost all U.S. personnel is recalled back to the U.S. McMillian Administration adopts a compliance plan to reinforce areas of high risk and violence.
