Dragons, the master of Strength, the masters of Space
In this world, dragons rule the skies. These fierce
creatures have shaped mortal life like no other. As they are the only creatures that can transcend space and time.
Long ago, when mortal humans and other species were just developing across the universe, the gods gave the world a powerful gift. The king of the gods, Ryujin, created dragons from the stars in the universe itself. These dragons were not only able to fly, but they were so strong that they could travel across the planets in the universe.
These dragons greatly developed mortal civilizations, and those who can tame these mighty creatures were legendary warriors. These mortals became known as Devasir which in the language of the gods means "Dragon Riders". These mortals were not only seem as great warriors, but as messengers of the gods as they were able to travel with their dragons to different planets and explore the universe.
The gods also granted the mortal planets unique artifacts with magical properties. These artifacts serves as the planet's ultimate source of magic and allow for magic to be granted to the mortal people of the world.
The World Today
After thousands of years many planets have been settled by different mortal species. Thanks to the powerful dragons that inhabit the universe. However this has created great conflict. Bloody wars have been fought over the centuries between the various planets, trying to prove their superiority. Currently in year 112 of the Fourth Era, their is a very tenuous peace between two of the larger powers in the known universe. The first is the Dalmar alliance that is a group of planets that are trying to create a united government for the known planets in the universe to avoid war and endless conflict. The second is the Arqua Confederacy that believes that each planet has the right to rule itself and that the Dalmar's vision is nothing more than slavery. These two groups have lived in peace for the last few decades but the peace has always been uneasy.
Despite the relative peace that exists between the planets, a new threat rises in secret. Unknown to any of the world leaders, a cult is rising in secret. This cult is obsessed with the power of dragons and seeks to harness it for themselves.
Only the Devasir will possibly be able to stop them. However, will they be able to put aside their differences and save the universe?
About the RP
Nuridia is the Co-creator of this OP and I give her huge credit for much of the story and ideas.
This RP is a fantasy RP that has medieval technology. Magic exists can be used by characters, though it is usually based on their planet of origin. Also I am only going to allow a certain of number of planet apps so that there aren't too many and it gets out of hand.

I am the OP so I, along with any Co-OP I appoint am in charge. Nuridia is my Co-op and co creator so her word is the same as mine.

There will be a three character limit, one planet and country limit, and one dragon limit per person. Expect for Co-ops who may play more characters if necessary.

Magical Abilities(optional)- Dragon eyes- the ability to hear the thoughts of and communicate with all dragons by look and touch. Also has a strong natural affinity for dragons. Has the magical ability to control and create fire, can start fires telepathically.

Occupation- Princess of Kasai
Bio- Born as the daughter and third child of Emperor Yozei and Empress Sayako, Tatsuko came from an impeccable royal lineage with her mother being the daughter of the powerful Akiwara clan and her father being descended from the gods. Or so she thought, everyone knew that there was something different about this child the moment that she was born into the world. Empress Sayako, although being a relatively good person wasn't exactly known for her chastity and has had at least two affairs. The emperor was obviously pretty pissed about it but didn't really raise a stink as he didn't want the scandal. Also, he knew that the children his empress bore him were his as Sayako only slept with her husband when she was ovulating and she made sure all of her children had the same father. However, one night the empress ran into a strikingly handsome young man with strange purple eyes that had slit pupils like a dragon's. She had her fun with him for a while but then after some thought decided that she'd stay faithful to her husband from now on as she did care for him in her own way. One night, the emperor and empress were intimate in their marriage bed and in the middle of the act, the empress noticed a change come over her husband. His eyes changed and he seemed to glow with a faint light, his body had been possessed by none other than the Dragon God himself, Ryujin. That was the man that Sayako had met, the King of the Gods himself and he had taken over the emperor's body in order to continue to sleep with the empress. Yozei was all very shocked by it when it was explained to him and even more shocked when Sayako turned up pregnant. When the baby girl was born, she looked normal for a while she opened her eyes and everyone gasped. They were a vivid, nearly luminescent purple with pupils that were slit like a reptile's. The emperor and empress couldn't deny it anymore, this child was the daughter of Ryujin himself and as such, the Blood of the Dragon or chiryou as they're called on Kasai. Not wanting to abandon the child, the empress raised her like a normal princess and named her Tatsuko, meaning Dragon Child. Her life was fairly ordinary for a Heian princess but she grew up knowing she had an earthly and heavenly father. The whole incident made the empress sober up and the imperial marriage started to heal a bit, but Tatsuko always knew she was different. Some of her father's children by his other wives would insult her or avoid her like she was the plague, and even the emperor had a hard time accepting a child who wasn't biologically his. Her other siblings would sometimes want to call her stepsister when they got mad or blame her for their parents' problems, but mistreat a god's child at your own peril and so they just kept quiet. The emperor finds it hard to be around Tatsuko although he's tried to be kind to her and so have her other siblings a little. Tatsuko grew up with Ryujin's favor, seeing the god more often than demigods usually see their demigod children, and Ryujin, sensing the potential in the child he gifted her with a present on her fifth birthday, he created a dragon named Ryoumaru just for her that would be her lifelong companion out of a falling star.

Geography and Ecosystem- Similar to Asia, especially Japan, but warmer and more exotic, dragons are fairly common in the far mountains and they have a myriad of animals and plants.

Sacred Artifact of Planet- Dragon Flute, a magic flute carved by Ryujin and blown by the goddess Kazehime. Its music has the power to persuade and charm any dragon and make it easier to control, put it in a trance or control a dragon's mind entirely depending on the music played. Currently owned by Princess Tatsuko.
Native Species- Shifters, basically humans with the power to shift into any animal, except dragons.
Most common magical ability- Fire

Bio- Opal was born as one of the princesses of the Celeste kingdom on the planet of Cielo, called the most magical planet in the universe to King Lune and his queen Solanna. Celeste is the kingdom on Cielo that's in charge of the planet's celestial affairs and as such they have powers based on the sun, moon and stars as it is the kingdom's duty to control the sun and moon on Cielo. Opal was born ten minutes after her elder twin sister Amber , Opal was born with the powers of the moon and Amber was born with powers revolving around the sun. Her life was relatively peaceful and happy, most people on their planet were born with magic and so Opal and her siblings were encouraged to use theirs as much as possible. However, there was a problem in the family as well that would shatter their tranquility. Opal's younger sister Pearl was born as pristinely ungifted, a rare and outcast thing on Cielo. When one is pristinely ungifted, it means that they are born without a single drop of magical gift inside of them and as such they cannot use or feel magic. Also they are immune to any and all magic both good and bad and no type of magic will affect them, although conventional means will. The only royal born in seven thousand years to be born without magic, Pearl was ashamed and grew jealous of her sisters. Opal tried to reason with her, but Pearl, struggling with feelings of unworthiness, jealously and anger broke into the royal vaults and stole the Celestial Stone, the Artifact of their planet. Amber fought Pearl and managed to save the artiface but Pearl acquired a dragon one day and ran away from the castle to join the cult that would steal the artifacts and take over the world because of her desire to take the magic from all Cielo's inhabitants. Ever since then, Opal's been traveling through space trying to find Pearl and bring her home.

Personality- Motherly, warm, kind and nurturing but won't hesitate to scold Opal to keep her out of trouble and she is dangerous when angered. Fiercely loyal to Opal and will protect the ones she loves to the death.

Name- Cielo
Geography and Ecosystem- A typical fantasy setting but also similar to the Mysterious Star from Fushigiboshi no Futagohime, they are pretty tech-savvy and have created airships that are kind of like hot air balloons, magical powered elevators and self-powered bikes. Myriads of all types of magic creatures live there.
Population(max 3 million)-
Sacred Artifact of Planet- The Celestial Stone, a powerful pendant that has half a sun disc and half a moon disc. The mirror on the moon disc can absorb magic from anything, living or inanimate and it also controls the tides of the planet.
Native Species- Humans and Tarsi, a creature that's highly similar to humans except that they have horns like unicorns and wings like a Pegasus. They possess some of the most powerful magic in existence.
Most common magical ability- Weather control.
Alliance?(The Delmar, The Confederacy, neither)- None
Ruling Country of Planet- They all rule it equally, but the Magi Magnus is the ultimate authority in the whole of the planet when all the crowned heads of the kingdoms have to come together.

History- Trained magical ability and nearly every living thing there possesses some type of magic. A fantastical land where magic is everywhere, climate varies greatly depending on location. Having no magic is an extremely rare thing there and is sometimes looked down upon by society. These people are known as "pristinely ungifted" as their magical status as they are born with no trace of magic at all inside them. The power of this is that pristinely ungifted people are immune to and unaffected by magic since they possess none, although they can be attacked and killed by conventional means. They are in charge of raising the sun and moon on Cielo.

Name: Shukketsu Tenshi "bleeding angel"
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Personality: Extremely Brave and Honorable, Loyal to his men, a Gentleman , Very strong, quick, and cunning, and Caring of his son and his people.

Under his helmet he has a scar, is quite handsome, Brown eyes and black hair.
Magical capabilities: Can bend blood and ashes to form weaponry or items, and to enhance his abilities
Home planet: Puranetto Shin "Divine's planet"
Occupation: Emperor of Puranetto Shin
Bio: Born during the wars of Man and demon, he began training at the age of 7. He was harshly trained to the point of were he was a practical god at the age of 18. After 2 more years of training he joined the Army to fight for his kind. He slashed his way through countless hordes of Demons until he got bit by one. He exhibited strange abilities (explains his powers) and people wanted him banished. But he still remained loyal to his kind, and soon he fought next to the Divine. Kami no senshi or "the divine warrior" was the God of his planet. Shukketsu witnessed the death of Kami no Senshi when Kami gave up his life force to make the "Dividing river" which trapped all the demons in the underworld. When Shukketsu was a bit older (24) he met the love of his life and had a child. But because of Bushido code he could not keep his son. He rebelled against his lord to keep his son, he made it through 200 elite men and killed his lord. He then made his own Honor and put Kami no Senshi's sword on top of the water fall that connected to the Dividing River and was allowed to raise his son. His son was tooken under training at the age of 7 as well. Now he leads the greatest army ever of his advanced training and has a pact with the planet Kasai. And his son is now 14 years old. Tragically however, Shukketsu's wife died of sickness and Shukketsu became devastated. Years after the death he has always trained his son.

Geography and Ecosystem- Large mountains to Beautiful valleys, and long rivers. Ecosystem includes Earth animals such as majestic birds and deer however no fish.

Sacred Artifact: The Divine's Sword, It is said to still contain a pure energy which can make the weakest man into a great warrior, but will take away one's darkness and evil intentions. It is so powerful that it can use light to destroy others and can cut anything with a good swing. It can even kill a dragon, but it has never been touched by anyone for it is a sacred monument to the Dividing river.
Native species: Shin sedai
Most common magic: Healing, and fighting abilities such as Light and fire.

Geography and Ecosystem- Zartor has a wide ranging geography from a large southern dessert to a volcanic mountain range in the northern part of the planet.

Sacred Artifact of Planet- The sword of Zao, a powerful weapon that sparks electricity and can harness the power of lightening.
Native Species- Humans, as well as a species known as Razu. The Razu are large and muscular creatures with large ram like horns.
Most common magical ability- Fire

When Shukketsu was a bit older (24) he met the love of his life and had a child. But because of Bushido code he could not keep his son. He rebelled against his lord to keep his son, he made it through 200 elite men and killed his lord. He then made his own Honor and put Kami no Senshi's sword on top of the water fall that connected to the Dividing River and was allowed to raise his son. His son was tooken under training at the age of 7 as well. Now he leads the greatest army ever of his advanced training and has a pact with the planet Kasai. And his son is now 14 years old. Tragically however, Shukketsu's wife died of sickness and Shukketsu became devastated. Years after the death he has always trained his son.

We'll se what the IC brings, I like relationships to happen naturally but I really like your idea and we could give it a spin but we're not forcing it. So how would they even meet up?
