Greetings to you, Mr. Varkov. Keep in mind all of the nations that voted for unification were predominantly Shia. While almost all of the nations have Sunni minorities, they are generally small, and usually split between supporting and opposing the new state about 50/50, while Shia muslims almost completely support it. There was a bit of opposition in Azerbaijan, given that Azerbaijani culture and traditions differ significantly from Persian and Arab cultures, but we plan on implementing laws and an autonomous government to calm the area, and to preserve Azerbaijani culture. Persian and Arabic are both official languages in the Shia Republic, and the curriculum for Shia schools is to teach children about both Arab and Persian culture, traditions and history. Kurdish minorities are guaranteed an autonomous state under the new constitution, which is better than their previous treatment, which was general oppression and ignorance of their culture and language. We would like to thank you greatly for your massive amount of aid, which will almost entirely cover the expenses of unifying the Shia Republic, as well as funding modernization efforts for major cities.
