A collaboration by Gloriax and the Electrum Diplomatic Offices

Image

Dream Games was established after the merger of two different gaming companies - both of which based in Gloriax - those were D-Link Gaming Stores and Gloriax Game Dev. However, after the Electrum Chamber of Commerce, bought 51% stake in each of the companies, it was decided that the two companies would merge into a singular gaming conglomerate called 'Dream Games,' giving this company a unique position in being allowed to do all of the developing, distributing and selling of gaming products from start to finish. The result is a large gaming company, suited to all of your nation's needs in all things gaming - whether it be stores, game development or seat-back airplane entertainment - we cover it all.

D-Link Gaming was created in 1992, amid the rise in all things gaming, and after the video game crash by Gloriaxian Kevin Keys who just wanted to fill a gap in the Gloriax market. Since then, it has grown in size to become a juggernaut in Gloriax, being the largest game retailer in all of Gloriax. The company has always been in the black ever since, and has grown and nurtured a generation of gamers. The company only hires passionate gamers who really know their stuff, and are always happy to help with whatever gaming concerns you may have, from console problems, to general tips and walkthroughs about any game.

Gloriax Game Dev was formed in 1980, and survived the video game crash, after an emergency capital injection by Electrum, ever since then, the company has been indebted to Electrum, and have focused on both Electrumite and Gloriax gaming audiences to create the highest quality and innovative gaming products. They are famous for being the first console maker to include motion control, three dimensional screens, touch screens and other consoles. They are also a game maker, being successful in launching several franchises, including the Airline Simulator series, as well as the Tycoon series.

Game Development Form
Title: Lord Gregory's Army
Genre: First Person Shooter
Description of game/Tell us about your game or idea (Paragraph): The player controls a Gregoryisgodistani soldier who has to battle enemies in various nations on the Enemy List. There is one mode per country on the Enemy List. At the end of every level, there is a particularly powerful and evil character (called a "boss") that must be defeated to move to the next level. This will be a real (or occasionally fictional) person from said nation, generally a leader or former leader, but occasionally another public figure. The easiest nations will have three levels, while the hardest ones will have 10. Sample bosses include Rule Theriault, Cosnul Reino Kulseth, King Petrus, Doybert, Greg-God LOL (all three of them on separate levels), and various sapient coconuts, who will be referred to as xylocarps in-game. (Similarly, Coconutstan and Coconut Isle will be called Xylocarpstan and Xylocarp Isle, respectively.) This is so the game is not banned in Gregoryisgodistan for including a forbidden fruity word. There will be leaderboards online both for whoever completes the mode in the fastest time and whoever earns the most points in that mode (for killing as many people as possible in the most creative manner possible.) The soldiers will fight in a typical matter similar to the real Gregoryisgodistani Army. Accordingly, at the beginning of each level, the player will choose his weapons and parachute into the country in an act of human blitzkrieg.
Dream Game Console(s): Dream Epic
Executive Producer (idea-maker, representative): Lord Almighty Gregory

Multiplayer and Online Support: Leaderboards only.
Achievements: Yes
Skill Tree: No
Voice Acting: Voiceovers
World Design: Semi-open
Day/Night Cycle and Weather: No
Economy: None
Retail Price (in USD): 30 (Gregoryisgodistani government will subsidize 95 percent of purchase price for all citizens)

Store Application Form
Nation: Gregoryisgodistan
Representative (Nation Director): Lord Almighty Gregory
Number of Stores: 33
Locations: One in every non-slave district, plus the Capital District
Head Office location: Capital District
Other Requests: Only games approved by the Gregoryisgodistani government may be sold within Gregoryisgodistan. The Gregoryisgodistani government has approved Multiverse Pro Soccer and has conditionally approved Lord Gregory's Army, though it must review the final version before selling it. Future games may be submitted for approval. Additionally, the Gregoryisgodistani government will subsidize 95 percent of the purchase price of the Dream Epic for all households, to enable (and probably require) them to purchase Lord Gregory's Army. All games created by the Gregoryisgodistani government will be released exclusively for the Dream Epic, so there will be no additional subsidization of consoles.

Dear Mr. Korsmo,

Thank you for the clarification. We have decided to port over the following games on our consoles - all of the console games will be available on the Dream Epic, whilst the 'mobile' games will be available on our casual console, the Dream Force. We won't be porting over the Online MMORPGs as we don't have a suitable console to port to. These games will be added to our list of games by this weekend. Do you have images of your boxart we can use? If not, then that is fine, but that is just a question.
