What would you do if you were omnipotent?

The title says it all - if you were an omnipotent being, what would you do with your power?

For the dummies who don't know what I am talking about, omnipotence is being all-powerful and being able to do literally anything. God from Christianity is a good example. You can break the laws of physics and create them anew like it's a first grade math question. You have literally all knowledge about the Universe and beings inside it, and you are in all places at once. You can destroy the Universe and recreate it from scratch. You can blow shit up, create anything from nothing and make Valve create Half Life 3, if you want to.

Basically, imagine that you are God on Earth. What would you do?

Okay, so first, my computer needs cleaning, and it's a tiring process... I'd create a huge floating fortress above my house, where I would reside. I would change the Dragon Ball comics so Goku would beat Superman (a very pressing matter). I would make an AMA on Reddit called "God does AMA", because everyone wants to ask God questions.

You know, doing small, but good things. If I get bored, I would create a gladiator tournament and create various characters from fiction to fight in it. Where else would you see Bugs Bunny face off Thanos in real life?

And if you are asking, no. I would not destroy the Universe. That's where I keep my stuff.

I stopped reading the OP.

Christian theologians centuries ago, with far less access to written wisdom than YOU have access to, made the fine distinction between omnipotence and omniscience.

You are lazy. A little knowledge, the saying goes, is a dangerous thing. But I guess you can't really do much harm starting a thread on this rather obscure forum. And for sure, there's more philosophy free to read on the internet than any one person could ever read. You have to ask yourself: "what do I really care about?" and tailor your self-education to that end.

Knowing everything in God's own mind and everything in God's creation is a huge quantity of knowledge. (Granting for the sake of argument that the known universe is God's creation). Knowing everything about the Universe, from start to end, is a huge but still finite amount of knowledge. For a God who created and knows all that, to also know their own mind, is more than that. But still finite.

For a God to know everything that can be known is incomparibly more than that. It is literally infinite, for an omniscient and omnipotent being. It would make even God's head explode.
