What would the world be like if you nation controlled it?

Just as the title says. If your nation controlled all the world's territory, what would happen?

If Allancia controlled all the world's territory, we would implement massive reforms for education and economics. As we would have full reign over the entire planet's resources, we would begin the colonization of the moon and exploration of Mars. And seeing how we're a totalitarian superstate, we could finally call ourselves the New World Order.

If the Imperium took control of Earth as it is presently, it would be deemed merely a tertiary world because of it's undeveloped, inefficient and backward economy and infrastructure (by Sidh standards) - a place that doesn't have a single space elevator or even conventional orbital docks nor intercontinental mag lines is hardly even a tertiary world by Sidh book, seeing how these facilities are among the first major engineering projects undertaken on any developing world.

The gross overpopulation by humans would represent a serious problem. Granted, a billion or two would have perished in the process of Sidhae taking over the world, seeing how nations of Terra would doubtfully just surrender even when obviously outclassed in every respect, but the remainder would still pose a problem. These survivors would be driven out of the more lucrative areas and herded into major metropolitan areas (the ones surviving the invasion, that is) that would be converted into huge ghettos. Meanwhile, Sidh settlers would construct their own cities, either near the old Earth cities or on their ruins - clean, efficient and beautiful as opposed to the dilapidated slums that the old cities would become. Humans in the ghettos would evidently suffer massive food and water shortages, and would be allowed to starve or kill each other off over the scarce resources, saving Sidh authorities the need to cull them manually. Just in case that wouldn't help, sterilizing bio-agents could be unleashed upon the population, ensuring that the human population of Earth drops to below 1 billion within two generations.

From there on, the humans would eke out a meager existence in unsanitary, overcrowded crime-ridden slums (think every remaining city in the world being reduced akin to Detroit), toiling in Sidh-owned sweatshops for basic subsistence. Which basically wouldn't be much of a change for over a half of the world's population to begin with.

Of course, all humans would be offered a way out - either to submit as slaves to Sidh masters, or to convert and become Sidhae themselves, either outcome being satisfactory.

Free of 99% of the issues that currently plague it. Whether the human race could overcome its arrogance to do so, is questionable.

Given that the UNE controls untold billions of planets, she is bound to be quite effective at managing them.

If the Mechanocracy of Russia was successfully able to travel back in time and conquer MT Earth, there would be a massive reduction of the planet's population for a start. Early 21st century Earth was woefully overpopulated and thus we would have to work to reduce the global population to under two billion, either through genocide or relocation to huge Gulags offworld (of which there would be plenty, to acquire resources no longer existent on Earth) - and the so-called Great Purge would start with every disgusting liberal hellhole on the planet.

• The United States of America would be first and foremost on the Genocide list. Whether in its own manifest or that of our arch-rival in our own universe, America has been a thorn in Russia's side for centuries and continues to be so in the MT dimension. Meticulously rooting out every last living thing in North America and putting it to the torch as vengeance will be carried out without even a hint of second thought.
• Its allies in Europe would be absorbed into a rekindled Warsaw Pact following the disbandment of NATO and the EU. We'd then replace every government member with a Machine Race administrator. Let's see how they like it when we strut into their sphere of influence and crash their precious currency through the floor when they get uppity about it...!
• Asia's bloated populace would be used for cheap labour, probably in the American wasteland where we can make their miserable hides useful by drilling for shale oil for the durasteel industry back home. Devoted Communists would be given a life of luxury - except for North Korea, whose leadership will be summarily transformed into baby food, having been deemed to be more useful as such.
• The Russian Federation would be disbanded and restored into the glorious Soviet Union as the seat of humanity under Communism. We'd make this our home as we did in our own universe, performing a Stalin-style purge of the tycoons, Mafia bosses, and other such instances of human sludge as we rejuvenated our Motherland.
• As for the Earth itself? We'd build giant Tesla coils across the world and convert it into a super-dreadnought, then build a time portal to our own dimension so we can lay waste to our enemies and get another Earth! Then conquer the galaxy! Muahahahahahaha!*cough*

After we'd done all that, then begins the slow, painful process of converting the human race to perfect Communism...

One, there'd be a lot more of the local species in Tinell running around. Most of them stay here because humans haven't figured out how to properly get along with people of different skin tone, let alone species.

Two, with the world successfully conquered, the "Global Tinellian Empire" would start setting sights on outer space to form a galactic empire.

Three... There'd be a lot more spicy food.

Four, all people who identify themselves as hackers would have their hands chopped off.

Five, all people with an obsessive hatred towards a fandom would be beaten with sticks.

It's difficult to tell what would happen if we somehow gained control of the world because it's so unlikely; we're hardly the most powerful nation at the moment. On the face of it, we're quite a nice country so we would most likely try to increase education and living standards all over the world. After all, it would be part of Waspeaters now, so we'd have a duty to make things better for people. We'd probably also keep a fair degree of freedom for the territories, as we use a federal system and would have no problems with extending that to the rest of the world. So it would seem that we'd be benevolent rulers. But then in order to have taken power we might have needed to change the way we do things to be more assertive and, well, nasty. History does seem to show that whenever Waspeaters is given any taste of power it turns all exploitative and devious, so things might not end up as rosily as you might think...

In some ways better-there would be no starving in the streets, in other ways, not so much. Murderers and drink drivers who killed would face the death penalty. Laws would be simpler if possible. One negative thing would be the amount of racism allowed towards blacks, but on the plus side, the Internet would be uncensored and tech would be better.

If The Empire of Ammerinia were able to unite the world under their banner via negotiations, war, or time-travel, the world would be very different on the geopolitical scale. 20th and early 21st century earth was lacking in the form of technology, and was in a larger state of turmoil during the period. Thus we would go nuts with technology once the world was under our control, as well as vastly changing the political systems of every national government.

Peace through superior firepower, and a meritocracy instead of inefficient democracy or lunatic autocracy. Medical care would be a global initiative, as would be prioritizing the creation of arable land, as well as science and infrastructure. The Imperial Senate would rule unquestioningly, but at the behest of the people. Dissidents would be those too insane to be reasoned with, with only the most local of support structures. Feeling a sense of not national, but global pride, such incidents caused by these cretins would be wholly condemned. As we take our first true steps towards the stars and expanding beyond our sickly world, we'd look back and say the only thing we could to the burgeoning Empire...thank you.
