Established in 1650 by the Foreign Affairs and relations act, the Royal Arctic Ministry of Foreign Affairs is one of the oldest government departments and oversees promoting the interest of the Arctic government, industry, trade, investment, civil society, subjects and all things related in the international community and is aimed at successfully cooperating with sovereign nations peacefully and diplomatically in hopes of establishing stronger diplomatic and economic ties with other nations. Whether it be regionally or trans-nationally, the ministry is the paramount government institution tasked with the promotion and protection of Sunarctica's diplomatic interest.
Each and every diplomat sent overseas has been given a degree in International Diplomacy, Foreign Relations, Foreign Policy, and Economics. Each is highly qualified and hand picked for any assignment they're given. Likewise, it is expected of nations seeking an embassy within Sunarctica to have sufficient officials to be sent to represent your country. Once an embassy is confirmed as being established, construction of that embassy (if it is not a pre-destined plot) will begin immediately according to your government's specifications.
