The lands grew lush off of the decayed remains of civilizations long since lost and overthrown. The security of past victories breathed new life into Quixotikans, and to their leader. The nation was born in the heat of battle as they separated from a vast empire to embark on their own journey. Their success was only due to Azali Quix; youngest noble of the royal house, and by far the most bloodthirsty. Her ruthlessness oft outweighed whatever other qualities she might have possessed. Now that battles came few and far in between, the only hope for a continued future of the nation lay in alliances forged in negotiation.

Her fingertips dance nimbly in tandem with the feathered quill giving life to the words scrawled in obsidian ink on the tea-colored parchment. Each individually hand written by Lady Azali Quix. Nestled inside the invitation is a rich stone of Veredene – the strongest stone known to the nation. She had selected such a stone to simultaneously imply her personal strength and convey her respects to the outside nations.




Greetings,

You are cordially invited to attend Equinox - a celebration of Quixotika’s expansion into its own establishment. The night will serve in remembrance of those lost for what has been gained, a means of forging new ties and connections with your most prestigious nation, and indulgence of pleasures seldom endured during the calling of war.

Formal attire is highly encouraged, and weapons shall be left at the door and returned upon departure. We request that only one representative from your nation attend.

[Holy Altmoran Empire]

Character Name: Aheno Archela

Species: Human (Male)

Physical Appearance: Has thin, long(ish), light brown hair with some darker streaks in it (To be specific, it covers his forehead reaching the top of his eyes just below the eyebrow, he tends to have his fringe slightly to the left, at the back it reaches the middle of his neck, he doesn't style this in any particular way, at the sides it reaches to his upper jaw, he doesn't let it cover his ears by parting the hair so it goes either way around them) bold blue eyes that appear slightly large, stands at 5'9, he has relatively thin lips and a straight nose. He has no acne and his cheeks have slightly more fat than someone of his age, this makes him seem somewhat childlike in appearance. His build is lean however toned, he has a very straight back and broad(ish) but not big shoulders. And a very distinct however somewhat thin Scar that runs from the top left of his temple across the cheek, just under his nose, across his lips and ends at the bottom right of his lower jaw. It is a faint reddish colour.

Reason for Attendance: Aheno is a 19 year old Conscript from Wadien Military Academy. The Altmoran government sends young prodigies on diplomatic missions in order to give the Altmoran education system a good reputation. He was recommended by the Marshall of the Academy due to his high intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure. He also doesn't seem to care about the importance of his mission and apparently just sees it as an opportunity to meet some new interesting people. He was reported to be looking forward to his duty as a diplomat...Possibly because he wants to exploit the fact that since he is an adult (according to Altmoran Law), he is going alone and wants to obtain Alcohol.

[Soviet Socialist Republic]

Character Name: Viktor K. Mortalno

Species: Human

Physical Appearance: Standing at Six and a half feet, with broad shoulders and defined muscles, the Empress' oldest nephew is the picture of strength. A retired colonel in the Arstotzkan Orbital Defense Corps, he has devoted the latter half of his thirties to becoming a diplomat and a scholar. His uniform and assault rifle traded in for a black suit and a sour attitude. As per state mandate, he shaved his head clean of any and all hair. His cold calculating blue eyes only care for furthering the goals of the Empire. Accompanied by two KGB officers, both similarly dressed, he is almost never by himself.

Reason for Attendance: By special order of Empress, he is to 'Lighten up, relax and have a good time for once', as well as 'Make a friend or meet a girl'. Officially, however, his reason is to open a diplomatic dialogue with the government of Quixotika.
